  專業(yè)組（18歲以上，不限國籍）：專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)師、畫家、高校藝術(shù)系教師、在校生及畢業(yè)生；
  業(yè)余組（不限年齡，不限國籍）：設(shè)計(jì)愛好者、美術(shù)愛好者以及熱愛藝術(shù)、熱愛創(chuàng)作人士。
  五、作品要求
  1、主題：以中孟共同戰(zhàn)“疫”和防疫為主題，包括中國援孟抗疫、新冠肺炎科普、為醫(yī)護(hù)人員加油、為疫區(qū)同胞祈福、積極樂觀面對(duì)隔離生活、居家期間趣聞等均可作為創(chuàng)作內(nèi)容。
  2、語言：中文、孟文、英文均可
  3、標(biāo)識(shí)：所有海報(bào)需加本次活動(dòng)標(biāo)識(shí)
  4、版權(quán)：作品須為原創(chuàng)且無版權(quán)糾紛，作品一經(jīng)參賽，主辦方對(duì)作品擁有使用、修改、宣傳等權(quán)利。
  5、設(shè)計(jì)要求：
  （1）電子海報(bào)：700mm×1000mm（豎版）；顏色模式分別為RGB模式（大小5MB以內(nèi)）和CMYK模式（作品大小10MB以內(nèi)）。
  （2）手工海報(bào)：700mm*1000mm（豎版）或400mm*700mm（橫版）；手工海報(bào)水彩、油畫、工筆、影像等形式均可。
  注：手工海報(bào)需先提供電子版JPG或RGB模式，大小5MB以內(nèi)，后將實(shí)體作品郵寄到指定地址保存
  六、展覽時(shí)間及平臺(tái)
  線上展覽：2020年4月至6月通過中國駐孟加拉國使館、中國國際廣播電視總臺(tái)孟語部、孟中友誼中心、Linkus網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技公司、孟國家藝術(shù)院臉書、中國駐孟加拉國使館微信公眾號(hào)等平臺(tái)同時(shí)發(fā)布。
  線下展覽：時(shí)間及地點(diǎn)待定。
  獲獎(jiǎng)及精選作品將裝訂紀(jì)念冊(cè)。
  七、評(píng)選細(xì)則
  評(píng)選方式：6月中旬由Linkus網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技公司等平臺(tái)開通線上網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票平臺(tái)，7月中旬舉行專家組評(píng)選，結(jié)合線上網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票成績和專家組意見產(chǎn)生最終名次。
  獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置：
  一等獎(jiǎng)2名（專業(yè)組、業(yè)余組各1名）：獲取價(jià)值40,000塔卡精美筆記本電腦一臺(tái)；一張價(jià)值40,000塔卡的達(dá)卡至中國南航往返機(jī)票一張；將有機(jī)會(huì)成為Linkus網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技公司特約設(shè)計(jì)師；榮譽(yù)證書。
  二等獎(jiǎng)6名（專業(yè)組、業(yè)余組各3名）：獲取價(jià)值15,000塔卡精美智能手機(jī)一部；榮譽(yù)證書。
  三等獎(jiǎng)10名（專業(yè)組、業(yè)余組各5名）：獲取價(jià)值8,000塔卡精美智能手表一塊；榮譽(yù)證書。
  人氣獎(jiǎng)10名（專業(yè)組、業(yè)余組各5名）：獲取價(jià)值3,000塔卡精美雙肩背一個(gè)；榮譽(yù)證書；

  2020 Poster Design Competition for China-Bangladesh Fight COVID-19
  The COVID-19 pandemic that first emerged at the end of 2019 is spreading out across the world and threatens the safety of the people of all countries and tests the common wisdom of human society.The grim situation of epidemic prevention and control has led many countries to stand together.Indeed,the only way to defeat COVID-19 is that all humankind unites as one.Bangladesh and China are not only strategic partners,but also close neighbors connected by lasting bonds of friendship.At this crucial stage,the Embassy of China along with other sponsors has decided to launch the‘Together We Win’2020 China-Bangladesh Poster Design Competition for Fighting COVID-19 in aim to increase the awareness of COVID-19 in Bangladesh and send a visual message to encourage the Bangladesh friends who are in panic or suffering from COVID-19.

  ---The text,graphics and images used in the works should comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of Bangladesh;No insults,racial discrimination,geographical discrimination or other offensive visual elements.
  ---Only original artwork will be considered and the copyright of the works submitted shall be owned by the author,and the committee of this competition shall have the right to promote,publicize and use the works.

  Poster Format
  A.Computer Graphic Poster:“700mm*1000mm”(vertical),RGB mode(2MB-5MB)and CMYK mode(5MB-10MB);Each Designer shall submit no more than 3 works.
  B.Manual Poster:“700mm*1000mm”(vertical)or“400mm*700mm”(horizontal),WatercolorOilInkPhoto or other types of painting.
  Exhibition
  ---Online Exhibition will be launched on social media platforms,including Facebook,Weichat,official Website and etc during April to June 2020.
  ---The selected works will be exhibited at appointed art galleries in Bangladesh.
  ---The awarded works will be selected to the Special Commemorative Album.
  Jury and Prize
  ---Jury:The final result will come out according to the votes online and the suggestion from recognized jury panel.
  ---Prize:
  A.Two 1st Prize Winners will be Awarded An Elegant Laptop worth 40,000TK&A Free China South Airline Ticket from Dhaka to China worth 40,000TK&Committee Credential each&Appointed as Linkus Freelance Designer;
