  深圳自然博物館用地選址于深圳市坪山區(qū)燕子湖片區(qū)，該片區(qū)位于坪山區(qū)幾何中心，坪山中心城東南側(cè)，臨近坪山中心公園及坪山圖書館、美術(shù)館等城市公共服務(wù)設(shè)施；東側(cè)緊鄰約1公里寬的大型城市生態(tài)廊道（田園水塘）；西側(cè)臨近集聚傳統(tǒng)商貿(mào)服務(wù)的坪山老城區(qū)。片區(qū)是坪山中心區(qū)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要拓展空間，內(nèi)部匯聚了燕子嶺、坪山河及濕地、林田等特色自然生態(tài)要素。
  Shenzhen Natural History Museum will be located around the Yanzi Lake Area,which is the geometric center of Pingshan District,on the southeast side of downtown of Pingshan.It is close to Pingshan Central Park,library,art museum and other public service facilities.The east side is right next to a 1-kilometer-wide urban ecological corridor.The west side is adjacent to the old city center with traditional trade service.The area,filled with unique natural elements such as Yanzi Hill,Pingshan River,wetlands and forests,is important space for upgrade and transformation of Pingshan Central District.

  Project Scale
  深圳自然博物館規(guī)劃建設(shè)用地面積約42000平方米，總建筑面積暫定約100000平方米，總投資控制在35億（不含標(biāo)本征集費(fèi)）以內(nèi)，建筑工程投資約21億元，最終規(guī)模及投資以政府相關(guān)批復(fù)為準(zhǔn)。
  Shenzhen Natural History Museum covers an area of 42,000 square meters,with a gross floor area of 100,000 square meters.Total investment is limited to 3.5 billion RMB(excluding specimen collection cost),in which construction cost is around 2.1 billion RMB.The final project scale and investment are subject to government approval.

  Bidding Scope
  本項(xiàng)目涉及的工作內(nèi)容：方案設(shè)計(jì)、方案深化、建筑專業(yè)初步設(shè)計(jì)；方案階段及建筑專業(yè)初步設(shè)計(jì)階段BIM；配合可研報(bào)告、概算編制及項(xiàng)目報(bào)批報(bào)建等相關(guān)工作；對(duì)展陳設(shè)計(jì)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、幕墻、景觀等對(duì)整體建筑效果有影響的相關(guān)專業(yè)圖紙進(jìn)行審核；負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)項(xiàng)目有較大效果影響的材料進(jìn)行選材定樣等配合工作。最終工作內(nèi)容以招標(biāo)文件和設(shè)計(jì)合同為準(zhǔn)。
  Work scope for this project:conceptual design,schematic design and architectural design development;BIM in schematic design and architectural design development phases;Cooperate with feasibility study report,budget preparation and project approval;Review drawings of exhibition design,interior design,curtain wall and landscape design that have an impact on the overall architectural effect;Be responsible for material and sample selection of materials that have a great impact on the project.The final work scope shall be subject to the tender documents and design contract.

  Pre-Qualification Application
  1.投標(biāo)申請(qǐng)人須是中華人民共和國境內(nèi)、外注冊(cè)的企業(yè)或機(jī)構(gòu)。
  2.接受聯(lián)合體報(bào)名，其中聯(lián)合體成員（含牽頭單位）共計(jì)不得超過三家，聯(lián)合體成員不得再單獨(dú)或以其他名義與其他設(shè)計(jì)單位組成聯(lián)合體參與報(bào)名。
  3.聯(lián)合體合作方需簽署合法有效的《聯(lián)合體協(xié)議》，并明確牽頭單位，各個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)階段中各方的分工劃分方式和設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)用的分?jǐn)偙壤?、分配方式等?br />   4.不接受個(gè)人或個(gè)人組合的報(bào)名。
  1.Applicants must be domestic and overseas entities with legal business registration.
  2.Consortium are permitted.One consortium shall include no more than 3 members(including the leading member).Each member of the consortium shall not further apply alone or participate by joining another consortium.
  3.The consortium members shall sign the Consortium Agreement legally and specify the leading member,as well as work distribution in each design stage and their share of rights and interests.
  4.Individual or teams of individuals will not be accepted.

  8設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)
  Design Fee
  1.總設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)暫定5350萬元，包括以下兩部分：
  1）基本設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)：暫定價(jià)為4000萬元（上限400元/平方米），不包含展陳設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)。
  2）未中標(biāo)優(yōu)秀方案補(bǔ)償費(fèi)、方案優(yōu)化補(bǔ)償費(fèi)合計(jì)暫定1350萬元（暫取最高補(bǔ)償費(fèi)進(jìn)行計(jì)算），在招標(biāo)人與中標(biāo)單位簽訂合同并支付第一筆費(fèi)用后，由中標(biāo)單位統(tǒng)一支付。
  1.The total design fee is RMB 53.50 million,consisting of two parts listed below:
  1)Basic Design Fee:temporarily priced at RMB 40 million(maximum RMB 400/square meter).The exhibition design fee is not included.
  2)The total amount of honorarium for outstanding bidders and compensation for scheme optimization,temporarily determined at RMB 13.5 million(currently calculated with highest possibility).Honorarium will be paid by the winner after the contract between winner and tenderee is signed and first payment is processed.
  9未中標(biāo)優(yōu)秀方案補(bǔ)償費(fèi)
  Honorarium
  本項(xiàng)目設(shè)置未中標(biāo)優(yōu)秀方案補(bǔ)償費(fèi)。
  Honorarium is set up for outstanding schemes that are shortlisted.
  1.評(píng)標(biāo)階段，未進(jìn)入定標(biāo)環(huán)節(jié)的12家單位進(jìn)行未中標(biāo)優(yōu)秀方案補(bǔ)償，邀請(qǐng)的單位每家補(bǔ)償100萬元，資格預(yù)審評(píng)審產(chǎn)生的單位每家補(bǔ)償60萬元。
  2.對(duì)進(jìn)入定標(biāo)環(huán)節(jié)的3家單位中，除中標(biāo)單位外，未中標(biāo)的2家入圍單位進(jìn)行未中標(biāo)優(yōu)秀方案補(bǔ)償，未中標(biāo)單位每家補(bǔ)償150萬元。
  3.招標(biāo)人保留要求3家中標(biāo)候選單位對(duì)投標(biāo)方案進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化的權(quán)利，如需進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，招標(biāo)人將給予每家單位30萬元方案優(yōu)化補(bǔ)償費(fèi)。如無需進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，則不支付此項(xiàng)方案優(yōu)化補(bǔ)償費(fèi)。
  1.In the design competition stage,12 design teams that have not entered the final evaluation process will be compensated.Each of the invitees will be compensated RMB 1,000,000,while the shortlisted teams from open call pre-qualification review will be compensated RMB 600,000 each.
  2.Among the 3 finalists,the final winner will be awarded of design contract,the other two teams will be paid honorarium for their outstanding proposals,each RMB 1.5 million.
  3.The tenderee reserves the right to request the three finalists to further optimize their proposal.If so,an extra fee of RMB 300,000 will be paid to each team for the work.If no need for further work before final evaluation,such fee will not apply.
