  As an important showcase of China's reform and opening up,Shenzhen is a vibrant,creative and modern coastal city.Boasting the core engine of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),it is visioned to be a global benchmark that excels in competition,innovation and influence by the middle of this century.
  Referencing the layout of leading international cities,Shenzhen launched the construction planof“Ten Major Cultural Facilities in the New Era”.Shenzhen Opera House(the Project),the most important one among them,is expected to bring quality cultural life to the citizens as a world-class palace of art,a new international platform for cultural exchanges in GBA,a new cultural landmark of Shenzhen,and a quality coastal art parlor for the public.

  歌劇院選址于深圳南山區(qū)，深圳灣畔，蛇口半島南端、深圳灣濱海休閑帶公園之上，呈半島狀伸入海中。向東眺望深圳灣大橋與福田中心區(qū)天際線，向南隔海對(duì)望香港，向西遠(yuǎn)眺大小南山。
  設(shè)計(jì)范圍17.5公頃，由望海路分為南北兩區(qū)。設(shè)計(jì)范圍西北側(cè)為現(xiàn)狀蛇口山公園，北側(cè)為未建設(shè)綜合開發(fā)用地，東側(cè)為現(xiàn)狀深圳灣運(yùn)動(dòng)公園，西南側(cè)為現(xiàn)狀居住區(qū)。
  Located on top of Shenzhen Bay Park(Park on Shenzhen Bay Coastal Leisure Belt)at the south end of Shekou Peninsula in Nanshan District,the Project extends into the sea resembling a peninsula,overlooking Shenzhen Bay Highway Bridge and the skyline of Futian Center to the east,Hong Kong to the south across the sea,and Da Nanshan Mount/Xiao Nanshan Mount to the west.
  The design scope of 17.5 hectares is divided into north area and south area by Wanghai Road.The site neighbors the existing Shekou Mountain Park on the northwest,the vacant mixed-use land on the north,the existing Shenzhen Bay Sports Park on the east,and the existing residential area on the southwest.

  深圳歌劇院是代言未來(lái)深圳的城市杰作和灣區(qū)明珠，將建成世界級(jí)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)藝術(shù)殿堂、粵港澳大灣區(qū)國(guó)際文化交流新平臺(tái)、深圳藝術(shù)文化新地標(biāo)、深圳市民高品質(zhì)濱海文化藝術(shù)客廳。
  歌劇院片區(qū)將作為一個(gè)整體，以歌劇院為核心，打造海岸、街區(qū)、建筑、公園一體化的文化藝術(shù)帶，展現(xiàn)山海一體、充滿魅力的濱海標(biāo)志性景觀，營(yíng)造永不落幕的公共文化生活，將片區(qū)打造為國(guó)際知名人文活力海灣。
  As a new icon of future Shenzhen and a landmark in GBA,Shenzhen Opera House will be developed into a world-class art facility,a new international platform for cultural exchanges in GBA,a new cultural landmark in the city,and a quality coastal art parlor for citizens.
  The Opera House area will be considered as a whole with the Opera House as the core.A cultural belt will be created to integrate coasts,communities,buildings and parks.The goal is to shape fascinating representative seaside landscape featuring mountain and sea views,to generate dynamic public and cultural activities around the clock,and make the area a vibrant bay area of international reputation.

  深圳歌劇院主體功能地塊（南區(qū)）：深圳歌劇院主體功能地塊（南區(qū)）總建筑面積170000平方米，包括深圳歌劇院主體建筑和城市藝術(shù)客廳。其中：歌劇院主體建筑，建筑面積167000平方米?？紤]建筑與周邊環(huán)境的適宜性，建議地上或基座以上的建筑面積控制在80000平方米左右；城市藝術(shù)客廳，地上建筑面積3000平方米。
  深圳歌劇院功能配套功能（北區(qū)）：深圳歌劇院功能配套功能（北區(qū)）總建筑面積為52000平方米，包含舞美設(shè)計(jì)制作中心11000平方米、演員公寓用房20000平方米、辦公用房6000平方米、設(shè)備用房4000平方米、車庫(kù)11000平方米。
  The gross floor area of the Opera House plot(south zone)is 170,000m2,which includes the Opera House and an urban art parlor.Of which:The floor area of the Opera House is 167,000m2.Considering the suitability to peripheral environment,it is suggested to control its above-grade floor area or floor area above the foundation at around 80,000m2.The above-grade floor area of the urban art parlor is 3,000m2.
  The gross floor area of the supporting functions plot(north zone)is 52,000m2,including 11,000m2of stage design and production center,20,000m2of actor apartment,6,000m2of office facilities,4,000m2of MEP rooms,and 11,000m2of garage.

  本次競(jìng)賽采用“意向邀請(qǐng)+公開征集”兩種報(bào)名方式。
  意向邀請(qǐng)：已確定的8家邀請(qǐng)?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，按機(jī)構(gòu)英文首字母排序，分別為：

  公開征集：召開新聞發(fā)布會(huì)后發(fā)布競(jìng)賽公告，報(bào)名開始，報(bào)名要求如下：
  （1）采用全球公開報(bào)名的方式，國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)均可報(bào)名參加。
  （2）設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)需提供企業(yè)注冊(cè)證明、設(shè)計(jì)許可證明或同等效力的相關(guān)文件。
  （3）申請(qǐng)機(jī)構(gòu)法人為同一人或者存在直接控股關(guān)系的不同機(jī)構(gòu)，不得同時(shí)報(bào)名參賽。
  （4）本項(xiàng)目接受聯(lián)合體競(jìng)賽（不限境內(nèi)外），不接受個(gè)人或個(gè)人組合的報(bào)名。
  （5）以聯(lián)合體參賽的合作方需符合以下要求：
  a.建筑專業(yè)聯(lián)合體成員不得超過(guò)2個(gè)，聯(lián)合體成員不得再單獨(dú)或以其他名義與其他設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)組成其他聯(lián)合體報(bào)名參賽。
  b.聯(lián)合體合作方需簽署具法律效用的《聯(lián)合體協(xié)議》，并明確牽頭機(jī)構(gòu)，各個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)階段中雙方的分工劃分方式和設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)用的分?jǐn)偙壤?、分配方式等?br />   （6）負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目的主要設(shè)計(jì)工作的主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師需參加重要節(jié)點(diǎn)的匯報(bào)會(huì)議等工作，如在競(jìng)賽過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師與報(bào)名材料所提交的團(tuán)隊(duì)人員不符，主辦方有權(quán)取消其入圍和競(jìng)賽資格。

  Open call:the Competition Annoucement will be released after the press conference to accept registration,Registration as follows
  (1)The competition registration is open to all design practices at home and abroad.
  (2)Applicants shall provide business registration certificate,design license or equivalent documents.
  (3)Applicants with the same legal representative or direct holding relations shall not register for the competition at the same time.
  (4)The Project accepts registration in the form of consortium(either at home or abroad),but not individuals or teams of individuals.
  (5)Members of consortium shall meet the following requirements:
  a.There shall be no more than 2 members specialized in architecture;the member of a consortium is not allowed to sign up again for the competition in its own name or by joining another consortium in another name.
  b.Members of a consortium shall sign a legally binding Consortium Agreement to specify the leading party,the division of work by design stage,and the shares and way of distribution of the design fee foreach member,etc.
  (6)The chief designer directing the project shall attend the milestone presentation meetings.Should the chief designer present during the competition be inconsistent with the one specified in registration documents,the Organizers have the right to disqualify the team from the shortlist and competition.

  公開征集階段入圍的12家設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)（聯(lián)合體）每家可獲得60萬(wàn)元設(shè)計(jì)補(bǔ)償費(fèi)。
  入圍方案深化階段的6家設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)（聯(lián)合體）中，一等獎(jiǎng)可再獲得300萬(wàn)獎(jiǎng)金；二等獎(jiǎng)每家可再獲得180萬(wàn)獎(jiǎng)金；三等獎(jiǎng)每家可再獲得90萬(wàn)獎(jiǎng)金。
  Eight invited design practices(consortia)will each receive a honorarium of RMB 1 million.
  Twelve design practices(consortia)shortlisted through the open call will each receive a honorarium of RMB 0.6 million.
  Among the six design practices(consortia)shortlisted for concept development,the first-prize winner will be paid an additional RMB 3 million,each of the second-prize winners 1.8 million and each of the third-place winners 0.9 million.
