本活動(dòng)將按照“創(chuàng)造歷史、追求藝術(shù)”的要求，圍繞高起點(diǎn)規(guī)劃、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)、高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，堅(jiān)持“世界眼光、國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、中國(guó)特色、高點(diǎn)定位”，堅(jiān)持?jǐn)?shù)字城市與現(xiàn)實(shí)城市同步規(guī)劃、同步建設(shè)，匯眾智、聚眾力，凝聚各方智慧，搭建協(xié)同平臺(tái)，鼓勵(lì)公眾參與，用設(shè)計(jì)豐富城市內(nèi)涵，用藝術(shù)點(diǎn)亮城市魅力，打造藍(lán)綠交織、清新明亮、疏密有度、城淀相映的總體景觀風(fēng)貌，共同助力雄安新區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)。活動(dòng)通過(guò)頒獎(jiǎng)、研討、展覽、發(fā)布、落地實(shí)施等配套活動(dòng)，打通設(shè)計(jì)師、藝術(shù)家、制作企業(yè)、市場(chǎng)用戶(hù)間的聯(lián)系，建立從設(shè)計(jì)、制造到落地建設(shè)的全周期體系，培育以設(shè)計(jì)為引領(lǐng)的城市家具產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，推動(dòng)雄安新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
本活動(dòng)將聚焦雄安新區(qū)率先開(kāi)工建設(shè)的城市社區(qū)、郊野公園等有關(guān)區(qū)域，圍繞急需必要的車(chē)阻、共享單車(chē)系統(tǒng)、導(dǎo)視標(biāo)識(shí)、路燈照明、休閑座椅、垃圾桶、宣傳欄、景觀小品、花箱、市政井蓋、樹(shù)穴蓋板、臨時(shí)路障等20余種城市功能性設(shè)施和家具小品開(kāi)展設(shè)計(jì)。方案具體應(yīng)圍繞“使用功能、風(fēng)格樣式、尺度尺寸、材料使用、色彩定位、設(shè)置規(guī)則”等城市家具設(shè)計(jì)要素，統(tǒng)籌考慮功能實(shí)用有效、環(huán)境景觀協(xié)調(diào)、地域特色明顯、藝術(shù)創(chuàng)新兼具、智能科技應(yīng)用等要求，注重人性化、藝術(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)，創(chuàng)造充分詮釋雄安基因和新發(fā)展理念的城市家具設(shè)計(jì)作品，營(yíng)造多樣化、有活力的城市空間環(huán)境。
方案征集分為專(zhuān)業(yè)組和公開(kāi)組分別開(kāi)展，其中專(zhuān)業(yè)組將針對(duì)城市、郊野兩類(lèi)區(qū)域分別設(shè)計(jì)整套城市家具方案，以充分發(fā)揮專(zhuān)業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)；公開(kāi)組可靈活自由選取相應(yīng)的區(qū)域開(kāi)展單個(gè)城市家具設(shè)計(jì)，以充分展現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)愛(ài)好者的創(chuàng)新理念。經(jīng)過(guò)公眾和專(zhuān)家評(píng)選，綜合城市家具功能、藝術(shù)、創(chuàng)新、智能、生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面要求評(píng)出優(yōu)勝作品。其中專(zhuān)業(yè)組擬設(shè)置一等獎(jiǎng)1名，獎(jiǎng)金210萬(wàn)元，二等獎(jiǎng)2名，三等獎(jiǎng)3名，人氣獎(jiǎng)1名；公開(kāi)組擬設(shè)置一等獎(jiǎng)8名，獎(jiǎng)金10萬(wàn)元，二等獎(jiǎng)20名，三等獎(jiǎng)30名，人氣獎(jiǎng)20名。評(píng)獎(jiǎng)后，主辦方將繼續(xù)結(jié)合新區(qū)在建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)一步深化優(yōu)勝設(shè)計(jì)作品，并組織一流城市家具制造商打樣制作和安裝展示。

征集概況
項(xiàng)目名稱(chēng)：2019雄安城市家具設(shè)計(jì)方案征集征集范圍：本次設(shè)計(jì)范圍位于雄安新區(qū)，分為城市型和郊野型兩種設(shè)計(jì)類(lèi)型，三個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)地點(diǎn)（詳見(jiàn)附件1.征集內(nèi)容）征集方式：公開(kāi)征集。大賽設(shè)為專(zhuān)業(yè)組和公開(kāi)組。
參賽資格專(zhuān)業(yè)組
1.本項(xiàng)目接受聯(lián)合體參賽，參賽機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)為合法注冊(cè)的法人實(shí)體或由合法注冊(cè)的法人實(shí)體組成的項(xiàng)目聯(lián)合體，其專(zhuān)業(yè)背景可包括公共藝術(shù)、建筑、規(guī)劃、景觀、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、智能等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。2.參賽條件：2.1中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)須具有的企業(yè)注冊(cè)登記證明，港澳臺(tái)地區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的資格要求應(yīng)參照境外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)資格要求的規(guī)定。2.2中華人民共和國(guó)境外（指在中國(guó)境外，包括港、澳、臺(tái)地區(qū)注冊(cè)）的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)須具有所在國(guó)或地區(qū)政府主管部門(mén)核發(fā)的企業(yè)注冊(cè)登記證明；2.3聯(lián)合體的各機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)共同簽署一份聯(lián)合體協(xié)議，聯(lián)合體的機(jī)構(gòu)成員數(shù)量應(yīng)控制在三個(gè)及以?xún)?nèi)。

Under the guideline of“creating history and pursuing art”the competition will focus on forward-looking planning,high-standard construction and high-quality development,follow the principle of“global vision,international standards,Chinese characteristics,and high goals”and promote the planning and construction of both the digital‘smart’and real dimension of a city.It aims to pool as much public wisdom as possible,build a collaborative platform,and encourage public participation to enrich the culture of the city with better designs and elevate the glamor of the city by art.It will create a landscape of ecological friendliness,featured with freshness,brightness,appropriate intensity,and dotted wetlands.The competition is expected to contribute to the planning and construction of the Xiong’an New Area.Through such events like granting awards,seminars,exhibitions,and publishing and implementing new designs,designers,artists,manufacturing enterprises and consumers can be connected,a circular-flow from design,manufacturing to implementation can be put into place,and a design-steered industrial chain of urban facilities can become a reality.Ultimately,the Xiong’an New Area will get new impetus from these events to upgrade its industry structure and promote high-quality development.
With an eye on the ongoing projects in the Xiong’an New Area,like urban communities and suburban parks,this event aims to collect design ideas for some 20 much-needed urban functional facilities and amenities,such as vehicle obstructions,bicycle-sharing systems,guide signs,street lights,seatings,garbage cans,billboards,landscape artworks,pavilions,planters,utility hole covers,tree grilles,and temporary roadblocks.Specifically,it will focus on the design elements of urban facilities,such as functions,styles,sizes,scales,materials,colors,and settings.The designs should be practical,in harmony with the landscape,in tune with the context,artistically innovative,and equipped with smart technologies.etc.They are expected to be artistic and customer-friendly,highlight the distinctiveness of Xiong’an,get inspirations from the new development ideas in China,and help foster a diverse and dynamic urban environment.
The organizers will collect applications from a Professional Group and a Public Group,respectively.The Professional Group is expected to design the systemic solutions to urban facility-related issues in both urban and suburban areas,a task that will tap on the design and technical prowess of professional institutions.In contrast,the public group is free to choose among the designated areas to carry out individual urban facilities design,a way that can give full play to the innovative ideas of design enthusiasts.Based on such criteria,including functionality,artistry,innovation,smartness,ecology-friendliness,and cost-effectiveness,the public,and the experts will select the finalists from the candidate designs.One first-prize winner,two second-prize winners,three third-prize winners,and one Popularity Award winner will stand out from the Professional Group,and the first prize winner will earn an amount of 2.1 million RMB bonus.Eight first-prize winners,20 second-prize winners,30 third-prize winners,and 20 Popularity Award winners will be selected from the Public Group,and the first price winners will earn an amount of 200000 RMB bonus each.After granting the awards,the organizers will refine the award-winning designs based on the specific needs from the further projects in the Xiong’an New Area.They will also invite the most renowned urban facility manufacturers to move forward with sample-making and installation exhibitions.

ELIGIBILITY
PROFESSIONAL GROUP
①Joint applications by consortiums are allowed in this competition.Participating organizations should be either registered legal entities or joint project teams composed of several registered legal entities,whose professional background(s)may public art,architecture,planning,landscape,art design and other related fields.
②Eligibility:(Entry Requirements:)
A.Design institutions within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall have an enterprise registration certificate.Qualifying requirements for design institutions from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan are subject to the requirements for foreign institutions.
B.Design institutions outside mainland China(referring to those registered outside the mainland China,including those registered in Hong Kong SAR,Macao SAR,and Taiwan)shall have a certificate of enterprise registration issued by a competent government department in the country or region where they are located;
C.Every institution of a consortium shall sign a joint agreement forming a consortium.There should be no more than three institutional members in one consortium.
PUBLIC GROUP
Applications can be made in the name of a team or an individual.Applications are possible both from within China and abroad.There is no limit to the number of participating teams.There should be no more than five signed authors for the designs submitted by each team.

Other Terms and Conditions
(1)In line with the principles of openness and fairness,all evaluations during the competition(including the professional group and the public group)shall be put under on-site supervision from a third-party notary office.
(2)All copyrights for the works submitted by the finalists in the professional group and the winners in the public group,excluding the authorship right,shall belong to the organizer of the competition(The Administration Committee for the Xiong’an New Area).
(3)All documents and correspondence of participants in the Professional Group and the Public Group regarding this event shall be written in Chinese.

參賽資格專(zhuān)業(yè)組
1.本項(xiàng)目接受聯(lián)合體參賽，參賽機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)為合法注冊(cè)的法人實(shí)體或由合法注冊(cè)的法人實(shí)體組成的項(xiàng)目聯(lián)合體，其專(zhuān)業(yè)背景可包括公共藝術(shù)、建筑、規(guī)劃、景觀、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、智能等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。2.參賽條件：2.1中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)須具有的企業(yè)注冊(cè)登記證明，港澳臺(tái)地區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的資格要求應(yīng)參照境外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)資格要求的規(guī)定。2.2中華人民共和國(guó)境外（指在中國(guó)境外，包括港、澳、臺(tái)地區(qū)注冊(cè)）的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)須具有所在國(guó)或地區(qū)政府主管部門(mén)核發(fā)的企業(yè)注冊(cè)登記證明；2.3聯(lián)合體的各機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)共同簽署一份聯(lián)合體協(xié)議，聯(lián)合體的機(jī)構(gòu)成員數(shù)量應(yīng)控制在三個(gè)及以?xún)?nèi)。

Under the guideline of“creating history and pursuing art”the competition will focus on forward-looking planning,high-standard construction and high-quality development,follow the principle of“global vision,international standards,Chinese characteristics,and high goals”and promote the planning and construction of both the digital‘smart’and real dimension of a city.It aims to pool as much public wisdom as possible,build a collaborative platform,and encourage public participation to enrich the culture of the city with better designs and elevate the glamor of the city by art.It will create a landscape of ecological friendliness,featured with freshness,brightness,appropriate intensity,and dotted wetlands.The competition is expected to contribute to the planning and construction of the Xiong’an New Area.Through such events like granting awards,seminars,exhibitions,and publishing and implementing new designs,designers,artists,manufacturing enterprises and consumers can be connected,a circular-flow from design,manufacturing to implementation can be put into place,and a design-steered industrial chain of urban facilities can become a reality.Ultimately,the Xiong’an New Area will get new impetus from these events to upgrade its industry structure and promote high-quality development.
With an eye on the ongoing projects in the Xiong’an New Area,like urban communities and suburban parks,this event aims to collect design ideas for some 20 much-needed urban functional facilities and amenities,such as vehicle obstructions,bicycle-sharing systems,guide signs,street lights,seatings,garbage cans,billboards,landscape artworks,pavilions,planters,utility hole covers,tree grilles,and temporary roadblocks.Specifically,it will focus on the design elements of urban facilities,such as functions,styles,sizes,scales,materials,colors,and settings.The designs should be practical,in harmony with the landscape,in tune with the context,artistically innovative,and equipped with smart technologies.etc.They are expected to be artistic and customer-friendly,highlight the distinctiveness of Xiong’an,get inspirations from the new development ideas in China,and help foster a diverse and dynamic urban environment.
The organizers will collect applications from a Professional Group and a Public Group,respectively.The Professional Group is expected to design the systemic solutions to urban facility-related issues in both urban and suburban areas,a task that will tap on the design and technical prowess of professional institutions.In contrast,the public group is free to choose among the designated areas to carry out individual urban facilities design,a way that can give full play to the innovative ideas of design enthusiasts.Based on such criteria,including functionality,artistry,innovation,smartness,ecology-friendliness,and cost-effectiveness,the public,and the experts will select the finalists from the candidate designs.One first-prize winner,two second-prize winners,three third-prize winners,and one Popularity Award winner will stand out from the Professional Group,and the first prize winner will earn an amount of 2.1 million RMB bonus.Eight first-prize winners,20 second-prize winners,30 third-prize winners,and 20 Popularity Award winners will be selected from the Public Group,and the first price winners will earn an amount of 200000 RMB bonus each.After granting the awards,the organizers will refine the award-winning designs based on the specific needs from the further projects in the Xiong’an New Area.They will also invite the most renowned urban facility manufacturers to move forward with sample-making and installation exhibitions.

PROFESSIONAL GROUP
①Joint applications by consortiums are allowed in this competition.Participating organizations should be either registered legal entities or joint project teams composed of several registered legal entities,whose professional background(s)may public art,architecture,planning,landscape,art design and other related fields.
②Eligibility:(Entry Requirements:)
A.Design institutions within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall have an enterprise registration certificate.Qualifying requirements for design institutions from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan are subject to the requirements for foreign institutions.
B.Design institutions outside mainland China(referring to those registered outside the mainland China,including those registered in Hong Kong SAR,Macao SAR,and Taiwan)shall have a certificate of enterprise registration issued by a competent government department in the country or region where they are located;
C.Every institution of a consortium shall sign a joint agreement forming a consortium.There should be no more than three institutional members in one consortium.

Applications can be made in the name of a team or an individual.Applications are possible both from within China and abroad.There is no limit to the number of participating teams.There should be no more than five signed authors for the designs submitted by each team.

First prize:8 winners,100,000 RMB/entity(pre-tax)
Second prize:20 winners,25,000 RMB/entity(pre-tax)
Third prize:30 winners,15,000 RMB/entity(pre-tax)
Popularity award:20 winners,5,000 RMB/entity(pre-tax)
Note:The sum of prize money and design fees will remain constant.However,the organizing committee reserves the right to adjust the specific amount awarded to each entity in accordance with submitted final designs and evaluation results.All design fees and prize monies for both the professional group and the public group shall be paid in RMB.
Other Terms and Conditions
(1)In line with the principles of openness and fairness,all evaluations during the competition(including the professional group and the public group)shall be put under on-site supervision from a third-party notary office.
(2)All copyrights for the works submitted by the finalists in the professional group and the winners in the public group,excluding the authorship right,shall belong to the organizer of the competition(The Administration Committee for the Xiong’an New Area).
(3)All documents and correspondence of participants in the Professional Group and the Public Group regarding this event shall be written in Chinese.
(4)Taxes on the prize money or design fee(including all taxes payable both within and without China)and all expenses incurred during consultation shall be solely borne by the competitors.
(5)Individuals and organizational entities applying to enter this competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged all the terms contained in this announcement.
(6)The Administration Committee for the Xiong’an New Area reserves the right to interpret all and any terms contained in this announcement.
(7)This event and all the documents produced during this event will apply the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
