01賽事主題
Competition Theme
2026 WUPENiCity城市設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生作業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽主題為：“美好生活HAI家園”，要求參賽者以獨(dú)特、新穎的視角解析主題的內(nèi)涵，以全面、系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)素質(zhì)進(jìn)行城市設(shè)計(jì)。
“家園”是中國(guó)人對(duì)于城市最基礎(chǔ)社會(huì)空間的共同認(rèn)知，如何在家園中通過(guò)合理的資源分配與空間規(guī)劃實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然的永續(xù)生態(tài)、人與人的和諧關(guān)系、人機(jī)間的創(chuàng)新協(xié)同，物質(zhì)與精神的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，是人類追求美好生活的永恒議題。
HAI（Humanity+Artificial Intelligence），是將人類的創(chuàng)造力、決策能力與人工智能的高效算力深度融合的全新人機(jī)交互模式。參賽者可基于HAI核心理念，對(duì)未來(lái)城市發(fā)展方向展開系統(tǒng)性思考與設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)作，緊扣AICITY將城市打造為有機(jī)生長(zhǎng)的“高級(jí)智能生命體”的目標(biāo)，亦可結(jié)合春夏秋冬的時(shí)間韻律，探索認(rèn)清、戰(zhàn)略、精準(zhǔn)、生態(tài)的多維規(guī)劃愿景?？蓮慕煌ǔ鲂小⒔逃幕?、醫(yī)療服務(wù)、公共安全、政務(wù)創(chuàng)新、商業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)、居住環(huán)境、消費(fèi)體驗(yàn)等具體城市場(chǎng)景的智能化升級(jí)維度切入，以城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)為抓手，共創(chuàng)高效便捷、宜居宜業(yè)、充滿活力的未來(lái)智能家園新場(chǎng)景。
城市設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生作業(yè)競(jìng)賽參賽者應(yīng)圍繞主題，自選設(shè)計(jì)基地（不大于1km2），進(jìn)行基地分析和主題的解讀，并開展方案設(shè)計(jì)。
The theme of the 2026 WUPENiCity International Competition on Students Course Works of Urban Design is"Better HAI Jiayuan",which requires contestants to analyze the connotation of the theme from a unique and novel perspective to carry out urban design with comprehensive and systematic professional quality.
“JiaYuan”is the common cognition of the Chinese people for the most basic social space in the city.How to realize the sustainable ecology between human and nature,the harmonious relationship between person and person,the innovation and synergy between human and AI,and the sustainable development of material and spirit through reasonable resource allocation and spatial planning in the home are the eternal issues of human beings in pursuit of a better life.
HAI(Humanity+Artificial Intelligence)is an innovative human-machine interaction model that deeply integrates human creativity and decision-making capabilities with the high-efficiency computing power of artificial intelligence.Participants can conduct systematic thinking and design creation on the development direction of future cities based on the core concept of HAI,closely aligning with AICITY’s goal of building cities into organically evolving"advanced intelligent living entities".They may also explore the multi-dimensional planning vision of cognitive clarity,strategic layout,precise governance and ecological sustainability in line with the temporal rhythms of spring,summer,autumn and winter.Starting from the dimension of intelligent upgrading of specific urban scenarios—such as transportation,education and culture,medical services,public security,government governance innovation,commercial operation,living environments and consumption experience—participants can take urban planning and design as the starting point to co-create new scenarios of future smart homes that are efficient and convenient,livable and business-friendly,and vibrant.
You can choose your own base or the base recommended by the organizing committee(no larger than 1km2,and the award-winning works using the recommended base will be expected to be implemented).
02參賽要求
Entry Requirements
1.參賽者資格要求
（1）團(tuán)隊(duì)所有成員在WUPEN網(wǎng)站（http://wupen.org）完成用戶注冊(cè)后，由團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人前往競(jìng)賽頁(yè)面進(jìn)行報(bào)名參賽（隊(duì)員僅需注冊(cè)，無(wú)需報(bào)名，由團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人統(tǒng)一填寫報(bào)名信息，提交作品）；
（2）參賽者建議為高等院校城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃專業(yè)及建筑學(xué)、風(fēng)景園林學(xué)、環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)、服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)、工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)的在讀本科、碩士、博士學(xué)生。參賽資格無(wú)國(guó)籍、無(wú)專業(yè)限制，鼓勵(lì)跨專業(yè)學(xué)生參賽，也支持跨校、跨年級(jí)組隊(duì)參賽。
所有成員需上傳學(xué)生證照片以證明“在讀學(xué)生”身份，若作品提交后經(jīng)審查發(fā)現(xiàn)不符合參賽要求，將取消該作品參賽資格。若有隊(duì)員在提交作品時(shí)已畢業(yè)，但可證明在作品創(chuàng)作期內(nèi)屬于在讀學(xué)生，報(bào)名依然有效。
1.Qualification requirements for contestants
（1）After all members register on WUPEN and iCity websites,the team leader can go to the competition page to sign up;
（2）The contestants are suggested to be bachelor,master and doctor current students from Urban Planning,Architecture,Landscape Architecture,Environmental Design,Service Design,Industrial Design and other related majors.The qualification for this competition has no restriction on nationality or major.We encourage cross-disciplinary students to participate in this competition.Teams can also be formed across schools or grades.
You need to upload a photo of your student ID card to prove that you are a student,and you will be disqualified if it is found that your work does not meet the requirements after the examination.
2.參賽者人數(shù)要求
（1）每組只可提交1份參賽方案，團(tuán)隊(duì)人數(shù)不可超過(guò)2人（含負(fù)責(zé)人），指導(dǎo)教師不可超過(guò)3人。每位參賽者只可署名一份作品（無(wú)論是作為負(fù)責(zé)人還是成員），每一個(gè)賬號(hào)僅能填寫一份參賽注冊(cè)表單。參賽者可同時(shí)報(bào)名WUPENiCity平臺(tái)其他競(jìng)賽；
（2）同一學(xué)校、同一教師指導(dǎo)的參賽作品無(wú)數(shù)量限制。
2.Number of contestants requirements
（1）Each team can only submit one competition plan,the number of team members should not exceed 2(including the team leader)and the number of tutors should not exceed 3.Each contestant can only sign one work(whether as a leader or a member),and each account can only fill in one registration form.Contestants can sign up for other competitions on WUPENiCity at the same time;
（2）There is no restriction on the number of the same school and works directed by the same teacher.
3.參賽成果資格要求
鼓勵(lì)參賽學(xué)生將參賽方案與所在學(xué)校本學(xué)年的正式規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)課程作業(yè)相結(jié)合，也支持自主選題創(chuàng)作。
3.Qualification requirements for work
Students are encouraged to combine the competition plan with their school's formal planning and design course homework this academic year,and the creation of independent topics is also supported.
03成果要求
Work Requirements
特別注意：參賽作品中不得包含透露參賽者及其所在學(xué)校的內(nèi)容和提示，若資格審查不合規(guī)范，將直接取消參賽資格。
1.用地規(guī)模
不大于1km2。
2.基地選擇
自選基地；
3.設(shè)計(jì)要求
（1）緊扣主題、立意明確、構(gòu)思巧妙、表達(dá)規(guī)范，鼓勵(lì)具有創(chuàng)造性的思維與方法，鼓勵(lì)從智能技術(shù)發(fā)展背景下的城市空間及生活方式組織的視角進(jìn)行思考；
（2）表現(xiàn)形式與表現(xiàn)方法自定。
4.作品文件及格式要求
（1）展板文件：JPG格式，不超過(guò)四張，圖幅設(shè)定為A1（84.1×59.4cm）。（應(yīng)保證出圖精度，分辨率不低于300dpi，勿留邊，勿加框）每張圖大小不高于5M，文件以“參賽碼-1、參賽碼-2、參賽碼-3、參賽碼-4”命名；
（2）封面文件：需單獨(dú)上傳封面圖片1張，JPG格式，圖幅為16：9。封面文件將作為入圍作品平臺(tái)展示的封面，建議考慮其設(shè)計(jì)感和美觀性，封面文字只允許出現(xiàn)作品題目，文件以“參賽碼-封面文件”命名；
（3）作品簡(jiǎn)介：100-500字設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明，將作為作品簡(jiǎn)介展示，請(qǐng)直接在注冊(cè)表單頁(yè)面填寫。
（4）作品視頻（可選）：可選擇提交1份視頻文件。視頻主題可以為成果講解或補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明，視頻內(nèi)容可包含但不限于選題理由、方案邏輯、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)、方案結(jié)論、未來(lái)展望等。視頻形式、尺寸、分辨率不做限制。文件格式為mp4,文件大小不得超過(guò)100M（建議小于50M）。文件以“參賽碼-視頻文件”命名。
4.Work requirements
Special attention:The entries shall not contain the contents and tips that disclose the contestants and their schools,and the entry qualification will be cancelled directly if its qualification examination is not compliant.

3.Design requirements
(1)Stick to the theme,clear conception,ingenious conception,standardized expression,creative thinking and methods,thinking from the perspective of urban space and lifestyle organization under the background of intelligent technology development are encouraged;
(2)Self-determined forms and methods of expression.
4.Work document and format requirements
(1)Display panel file:JPG format,no more than four sheets,and the picture frame is set to A1(84.1×59.4cm).(The drawing accuracy shall be guaranteed,and the resolution shall not be lower than 300dpi,with no edges and no frames)The total size shall not be larger than 50M,and the file shall be named"Entry Code-1,Entry Code-2,Entry Code-3 and Entry Code-4";
(2)Cover file:One cover picture should be uploaded separately,in JPG format,the picture frame of 16:9.The cover document will be used as the cover displayed on the website of the shortlisted works,and it is suggested to take into account its design and aesthetics.Only the title of the work is allowed to appear in the cover text,and the document is named after"Entry Code-Cover File";
(3)Introduction to the work:100-500 words of design instruction,which will be displayed as an introduction to the work.Please fill in directly on the Registration Form page.
(4)Video of the work(optional):You can choose to submit 1 video file.The video topic can explain or supplement the results,and the video content can include but is not limited to the reasons for selecting the topic,program logic,design points,program conclusions,future prospects,etc.There are no restrictions on video format,size,and resolution.The file format is mp4,and the file size must not exceed 100M(less than 50M is recommended).The file is named after"Participation Code-Video File".
5.語(yǔ)言要求
中文、英文、中英雙語(yǔ)均可。
Chinese and English are acceptable.
04參賽流程
WORKFLOWS
本屆大賽采用“注冊(cè)-報(bào)名-提交”一體化線上表單征集作品，參賽者在WUPEN網(wǎng)站注冊(cè)用戶賬號(hào)后，即可前往競(jìng)賽頁(yè)面，選擇相應(yīng)競(jìng)賽進(jìn)行報(bào)名。
進(jìn)入表單后，填寫必填項(xiàng)，點(diǎn)擊保存即完成報(bào)名，獲得“參賽碼”（請(qǐng)注意保存記錄，在提交表單中可查看）。
從競(jìng)賽開始至作品提交截止日，參賽者可隨時(shí)編輯修改表單信息，上傳作品，也可在競(jìng)賽首頁(yè)點(diǎn)擊“取消報(bào)名”放棄參賽。一旦點(diǎn)擊提交并確認(rèn)，作品即進(jìn)入待評(píng)審后臺(tái)，不可再更改表單信息，只可取消報(bào)名后重新報(bào)名。
報(bào)名表單最終提交時(shí)請(qǐng)注意，作品展示、獲獎(jiǎng)證書將會(huì)按照?qǐng)?bào)名時(shí)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員在表單上的填寫順序排序，一旦提交，不可更改作品信息，請(qǐng)謹(jǐn)慎填寫。
This competition adopts the integrated online form of"Registration-Sign-up-Submission"to collect works,and contestants can go to the website page and select the corresponding competition to sign up after registering the user account on WUPEN.
After entering the form,fill in the required items,click Save to complete the registration and obtain the"Entry Code".
From the start of the competition to the deadline for submission of works,contestants can edit and modify the form information,upload works at any time,or click"Cancel Registration"on the homepage of the competition to give up the competition.Once you click Submit and Confirm,no form information can be changed any more,only registration cancellation to re-register is allowed.
Please note when the application form is finally submitted that the exhibition of work and the award certificate will be sorted according to the order in which the team members fill in the form at the time of application.
05評(píng)審及作品獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)
Evaluation and Awards
1.作品獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置
（1）本屆競(jìng)賽設(shè)置一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)、提名獎(jiǎng)和人氣獎(jiǎng)；
（2）一等獎(jiǎng)為得分前1%作品、二等獎(jiǎng)為得分前2-5%作品、三等獎(jiǎng)為得分前6-10%作品，提名獎(jiǎng)為得分前11-15%作品，人氣獎(jiǎng)10份。
通過(guò)資格審查的作品，即可進(jìn)入評(píng)審；本次賽事評(píng)審將通過(guò)一輪技術(shù)審核，綜合兩輪專家評(píng)審，最終確定獲獎(jiǎng)名單。
2.一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)和提名獎(jiǎng)評(píng)審流程
（1）6月中下旬，根據(jù)綜合兩輪專家評(píng)審，得分排序產(chǎn)生一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)、提名獎(jiǎng)；
（2）7月中上旬，預(yù)計(jì)于規(guī)劃教育年會(huì)公布最終一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)和提名獎(jiǎng)獲獎(jiǎng)名單；
（3）所有一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)和提名獎(jiǎng)方案將于獲獎(jiǎng)名單公布后在WUPEN網(wǎng)站頁(yè)面進(jìn)行展示。組委會(huì)將為一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)和提名獎(jiǎng)方案頒發(fā)電子版獲獎(jiǎng)證書。
3.人氣獎(jiǎng)評(píng)審流程
獲獎(jiǎng)名單公布后，所有一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)和提名獎(jiǎng)作品均會(huì)在網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行展示，組委會(huì)將開啟人氣獎(jiǎng)投票評(píng)選通道。所有WUPEN用戶均可上網(wǎng)進(jìn)行投票，每位用戶每天可投1票。投票數(shù)前10的作品獲得人氣獎(jiǎng)。組委會(huì)將為人氣獎(jiǎng)獲獎(jiǎng)作品頒發(fā)電子版獲獎(jiǎng)證書。
4.評(píng)審特殊情況說(shuō)明
（1）評(píng)審過(guò)程中若遇到綜合得分相同的情況，第一輪評(píng)審?fù)肿髌穼⑼瑫r(shí)晉級(jí)，相應(yīng)入選或獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)名額將隨之增加（若前15%分?jǐn)?shù)線上有2份同分作品，則同時(shí)晉級(jí)）；第二輪評(píng)審出現(xiàn)同分作品，由評(píng)委會(huì)統(tǒng)一討論投票決定一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)歸屬；
（2）評(píng)審過(guò)程中若發(fā)現(xiàn)作品有抄襲的情況，將即刻停止對(duì)該作品的評(píng)審并取消該作品的參賽資格。評(píng)審結(jié)束后，所有作品將公開展示，WUPEN競(jìng)賽公開紀(jì)律監(jiān)察機(jī)制開啟，任何人可通過(guò)競(jìng)賽官方郵箱cqa wupen.org舉報(bào)疑似抄襲作品，組委會(huì)將回應(yīng)舉報(bào)者并征集證明文件交由評(píng)委會(huì)審核判斷。
1.Award setting
(1)This competition will set the first prize,second prize,third prize,nomination award and popularity award;
(2)The first prize will be awarded to the top 1%of works in the overall score.The second prize will be awarded to the top 2-5%of works in the overall score,the third prize is to the top 6-10%of the score,and the nomination awards are the top 11-15%of works.10 popular awards will also be set.
Works that pass the qualification examination can enter the evaluation;This competition evaluation will integrate 3 rounds of expert evaluation to determine the final winners.
2.First,second,third prize and nomination award evaluation process
(1)In mid-to-late June,based on two rounds of expert reviews,the scores will be sorted to determine the first,second,and third prizes and nomination awards;
(2)In mid-to-early July,the final list of first,second,third prize and nomination award winners is expected to be announced at the Planning Education Annual Conference;
(3)All first,second,third prize and nomination award plans will be displayed on the WUPEN website page after the winner list is announced.The organizing committee will issue electronic award certificates to the first,second,third place and nomination award schemes.
3.Popularity Award Review Process
After the winners list is announced,all first,second,third prize and nomination award works will be displayed on the website,and the organizing committee will open a voting channel for the Popularity Award.All WUPEN users can vote online,and each user can vote once per day.The top 10 works with the most votes receive the Popularity Award.The organizing committee will issue electronic award certificates to the winning works of the Popularity Award.4.Description of the special circumstances of the evaluation
(1)In the case of the evaluation process,the first round of evaluation of the work will be promoted at the same time,and the corresponding selection or award name will increase(if there are 2 parties on the first 15%score,then advance)The second round of evaluation has the same work,and the jury is unified to discuss the voting decision;
(2)If the work is found to be plagiarism,the evaluation will immediately stop the qualifications of the work.After the evaluation,all works will openly show,the WUPENiCity competition open discipline monitoring mechanism is open,and anyone can report suspected plagiarism through the official mailbox qa wupen.org,the organizing committee will respond to the reporter and collect the certificate of certification documents.
06組織獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)
Organization Awards
1.獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置
（1）本屆競(jìng)賽除作品獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)外還設(shè)置優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)和優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師獎(jiǎng)；
（2）優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)設(shè)置10席、優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師獎(jiǎng)設(shè)置15席。
2.評(píng)選方式
（1）一等獎(jiǎng)1席積3分、二等獎(jiǎng)1席積2分、三等獎(jiǎng)1席積1分，總分?jǐn)?shù)前10名的院校組織將獲評(píng)優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)，若出現(xiàn)第10名積分相同的情況，第10名院校均獲得優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)，相應(yīng)獲獎(jiǎng)席位也將隨之增加；
（2）一等獎(jiǎng)1席積3分、二等獎(jiǎng)1席積2分、三等獎(jiǎng)1席積1分，總分?jǐn)?shù)前15名的教師將獲評(píng)優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師獎(jiǎng)，若第15名出現(xiàn)積分相同的情況，第15名的教師都將獲得優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師獎(jiǎng)，相應(yīng)獲獎(jiǎng)席位也將隨之增加。

2.Selection method
(1)The top 10 institutions and organizations that have won the first,second,and third prizes and the total number of nomination awards will be awarded the Excellent Organization Award.The number of winning seats will also increase accordingly;
(2)The top 15 teachers who have won the first,second and third prizes and the total number of nomination awards for their guiding works will be awarded the Excellent Instructor Award.Winning seats will also increase accordingly.

本賽事規(guī)定，凡主動(dòng)參與本次征集活動(dòng)的所有參賽者，均視為已經(jīng)對(duì)所提交的作品版權(quán)歸屬作如下不可撤銷聲明：
1.原創(chuàng)聲明
參賽方案必須是參賽者個(gè)人原創(chuàng)作品，不能侵犯任何第三方個(gè)人和單位的任何專利權(quán)，著作權(quán)，商標(biāo)權(quán)及其他合法知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。一旦查實(shí)非原創(chuàng)作品，組委會(huì)有權(quán)立即取消其參與、入圍與獲獎(jiǎng)資格，收回獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)及保留追究法律責(zé)任的權(quán)利，如組委會(huì)因此被起訴或產(chǎn)生其他損失的，組委會(huì)有權(quán)要求該參賽者進(jìn)行全額賠償；組委會(huì)已先行賠付的，有權(quán)向參賽者追償所有直接損失及間接損失（包括且不限于律師費(fèi)、訴訟費(fèi)、保全費(fèi)、鑒定費(fèi)、公證費(fèi)等）。
2.同意聲明
本次采用線上評(píng)選的方式，參賽者上傳作品即表示同意授權(quán)組委會(huì)為舉辦大賽目的向所有人署名或隱名的形式展示作品，同意大賽確定的評(píng)選方式。參賽者提交作品之前，已仔細(xì)閱讀所有條款，充分理解并表示同意，本次大賽的評(píng)委會(huì)擁有對(duì)所有獲獎(jiǎng)作品的評(píng)選結(jié)果有最終裁定權(quán)。
According to the regulations of this competition,all contestants who take the initiative to participate in this collection event are deemed to have made the following irrevocable declaration on the copyright owner of the submitted works:
1.Original statement
The competition plan must be the original work of the contestant,and cannot infringe any patent right,copyright,trademark right or other legal intellectual property rights of any third-party individual or unit.Once the non-original works are checked and verified,the Organizing Committee has the right to immediately cancel their participation,finalists and award-winning qualifications,withdraw the awards and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibilities;If the Organizing Committee is sued or other losses are incurred,the Organizing Committee has the right to require the contestant to make full compensation;If the Organizing Committee has paid in advance,it has the right to recover all direct and indirect losses(including but not limited to attorney fees,legal fees,preservation fees,appraisal fees,notarial fees,etc.)from the contestants.
2.Consent statement consent
The online selection is adopted this time,and when contestants upload their works,they agree to authorize the organizing committee to display their works in the form of signature or anonymity to everyone for the purpose of holding the competition,and agree to the selection method determined by the competition.Before submitting the works,the contestants have carefully read all the terms and conditions,fully understood and agreed that the jury of this competition has the final ruling power on the selection results of all winning works.

01賽事主題
Competition Theme
2026 WUPENiCity城市設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生作業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽主題為：“美好生活HAI家園”，要求參賽者以獨(dú)特、新穎的視角解析主題的內(nèi)涵，以全面、系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)素質(zhì)進(jìn)行城市設(shè)計(jì)。
“家園”是中國(guó)人對(duì)于城市最基礎(chǔ)社會(huì)空間的共同認(rèn)知，如何在家園中通過(guò)合理的資源分配與空間規(guī)劃實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然的永續(xù)生態(tài)、人與人的和諧關(guān)系、人機(jī)間的創(chuàng)新協(xié)同，物質(zhì)與精神的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，是人類追求美好生活的永恒議題。
HAI（Humanity+Artificial Intelligence），是將人類的創(chuàng)造力、決策能力與人工智能的高效算力深度融合的全新人機(jī)交互模式。參賽者可基于HAI核心理念，對(duì)未來(lái)城市發(fā)展方向展開系統(tǒng)性思考與設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)作，緊扣AICITY將城市打造為有機(jī)生長(zhǎng)的“高級(jí)智能生命體”的目標(biāo)，亦可結(jié)合春夏秋冬的時(shí)間韻律，探索認(rèn)清、戰(zhàn)略、精準(zhǔn)、生態(tài)的多維規(guī)劃愿景?？蓮慕煌ǔ鲂小⒔逃幕?、醫(yī)療服務(wù)、公共安全、政務(wù)創(chuàng)新、商業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)、居住環(huán)境、消費(fèi)體驗(yàn)等具體城市場(chǎng)景的智能化升級(jí)維度切入，以城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)為抓手，共創(chuàng)高效便捷、宜居宜業(yè)、充滿活力的未來(lái)智能家園新場(chǎng)景。
城市設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生作業(yè)競(jìng)賽參賽者應(yīng)圍繞主題，自選設(shè)計(jì)基地（不大于1km2），進(jìn)行基地分析和主題的解讀，并開展方案設(shè)計(jì)。
The theme of the 2026 WUPENiCity International Competition on Students Course Works of Urban Design is"Better HAI Jiayuan",which requires contestants to analyze the connotation of the theme from a unique and novel perspective to carry out urban design with comprehensive and systematic professional quality.
“JiaYuan”is the common cognition of the Chinese people for the most basic social space in the city.How to realize the sustainable ecology between human and nature,the harmonious relationship between person and person,the innovation and synergy between human and AI,and the sustainable development of material and spirit through reasonable resource allocation and spatial planning in the home are the eternal issues of human beings in pursuit of a better life.
HAI(Humanity+Artificial Intelligence)is an innovative human-machine interaction model that deeply integrates human creativity and decision-making capabilities with the high-efficiency computing power of artificial intelligence.Participants can conduct systematic thinking and design creation on the development direction of future cities based on the core concept of HAI,closely aligning with AICITY’s goal of building cities into organically evolving"advanced intelligent living entities".They may also explore the multi-dimensional planning vision of cognitive clarity,strategic layout,precise governance and ecological sustainability in line with the temporal rhythms of spring,summer,autumn and winter.Starting from the dimension of intelligent upgrading of specific urban scenarios—such as transportation,education and culture,medical services,public security,government governance innovation,commercial operation,living environments and consumption experience—participants can take urban planning and design as the starting point to co-create new scenarios of future smart homes that are efficient and convenient,livable and business-friendly,and vibrant.
You can choose your own base or the base recommended by the organizing committee(no larger than 1km2,and the award-winning works using the recommended base will be expected to be implemented).
02參賽要求
Entry Requirements
1.參賽者資格要求
（1）團(tuán)隊(duì)所有成員在WUPEN網(wǎng)站（http://wupen.org）完成用戶注冊(cè)后，由團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人前往競(jìng)賽頁(yè)面進(jìn)行報(bào)名參賽（隊(duì)員僅需注冊(cè)，無(wú)需報(bào)名，由團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人統(tǒng)一填寫報(bào)名信息，提交作品）；
（2）參賽者建議為高等院校城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃專業(yè)及建筑學(xué)、風(fēng)景園林學(xué)、環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)、服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)、工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)的在讀本科、碩士、博士學(xué)生。參賽資格無(wú)國(guó)籍、無(wú)專業(yè)限制，鼓勵(lì)跨專業(yè)學(xué)生參賽，也支持跨校、跨年級(jí)組隊(duì)參賽。
所有成員需上傳學(xué)生證照片以證明“在讀學(xué)生”身份，若作品提交后經(jīng)審查發(fā)現(xiàn)不符合參賽要求，將取消該作品參賽資格。若有隊(duì)員在提交作品時(shí)已畢業(yè)，但可證明在作品創(chuàng)作期內(nèi)屬于在讀學(xué)生，報(bào)名依然有效。
1.Qualification requirements for contestants
（1）After all members register on WUPEN and iCity websites,the team leader can go to the competition page to sign up;
（2）The contestants are suggested to be bachelor,master and doctor current students from Urban Planning,Architecture,Landscape Architecture,Environmental Design,Service Design,Industrial Design and other related majors.The qualification for this competition has no restriction on nationality or major.We encourage cross-disciplinary students to participate in this competition.Teams can also be formed across schools or grades.
You need to upload a photo of your student ID card to prove that you are a student,and you will be disqualified if it is found that your work does not meet the requirements after the examination.
2.參賽者人數(shù)要求
（1）每組只可提交1份參賽方案，團(tuán)隊(duì)人數(shù)不可超過(guò)2人（含負(fù)責(zé)人），指導(dǎo)教師不可超過(guò)3人。每位參賽者只可署名一份作品（無(wú)論是作為負(fù)責(zé)人還是成員），每一個(gè)賬號(hào)僅能填寫一份參賽注冊(cè)表單。參賽者可同時(shí)報(bào)名WUPENiCity平臺(tái)其他競(jìng)賽；
（2）同一學(xué)校、同一教師指導(dǎo)的參賽作品無(wú)數(shù)量限制。
2.Number of contestants requirements
（1）Each team can only submit one competition plan,the number of team members should not exceed 2(including the team leader)and the number of tutors should not exceed 3.Each contestant can only sign one work(whether as a leader or a member),and each account can only fill in one registration form.Contestants can sign up for other competitions on WUPENiCity at the same time;
（2）There is no restriction on the number of the same school and works directed by the same teacher.
3.參賽成果資格要求
鼓勵(lì)參賽學(xué)生將參賽方案與所在學(xué)校本學(xué)年的正式規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)課程作業(yè)相結(jié)合，也支持自主選題創(chuàng)作。
3.Qualification requirements for work
Students are encouraged to combine the competition plan with their school's formal planning and design course homework this academic year,and the creation of independent topics is also supported.
03成果要求
Work Requirements
特別注意：參賽作品中不得包含透露參賽者及其所在學(xué)校的內(nèi)容和提示，若資格審查不合規(guī)范，將直接取消參賽資格。
1.用地規(guī)模
不大于1km2。
2.基地選擇
自選基地；
3.設(shè)計(jì)要求
（1）緊扣主題、立意明確、構(gòu)思巧妙、表達(dá)規(guī)范，鼓勵(lì)具有創(chuàng)造性的思維與方法，鼓勵(lì)從智能技術(shù)發(fā)展背景下的城市空間及生活方式組織的視角進(jìn)行思考；
（2）表現(xiàn)形式與表現(xiàn)方法自定。
4.作品文件及格式要求
（1）展板文件：JPG格式，不超過(guò)四張，圖幅設(shè)定為A1（84.1×59.4cm）。（應(yīng)保證出圖精度，分辨率不低于300dpi，勿留邊，勿加框）每張圖大小不高于5M，文件以“參賽碼-1、參賽碼-2、參賽碼-3、參賽碼-4”命名；
（2）封面文件：需單獨(dú)上傳封面圖片1張，JPG格式，圖幅為16：9。封面文件將作為入圍作品平臺(tái)展示的封面，建議考慮其設(shè)計(jì)感和美觀性，封面文字只允許出現(xiàn)作品題目，文件以“參賽碼-封面文件”命名；
（3）作品簡(jiǎn)介：100-500字設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明，將作為作品簡(jiǎn)介展示，請(qǐng)直接在注冊(cè)表單頁(yè)面填寫。
（4）作品視頻（可選）：可選擇提交1份視頻文件。視頻主題可以為成果講解或補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明，視頻內(nèi)容可包含但不限于選題理由、方案邏輯、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)、方案結(jié)論、未來(lái)展望等。視頻形式、尺寸、分辨率不做限制。文件格式為mp4,文件大小不得超過(guò)100M（建議小于50M）。文件以“參賽碼-視頻文件”命名。
4.Work requirements
Special attention:The entries shall not contain the contents and tips that disclose the contestants and their schools,and the entry qualification will be cancelled directly if its qualification examination is not compliant.

Self-selected base;
3.Design requirements
(1)Stick to the theme,clear conception,ingenious conception,standardized expression,creative thinking and methods,thinking from the perspective of urban space and lifestyle organization under the background of intelligent technology development are encouraged;
(2)Self-determined forms and methods of expression.
4.Work document and format requirements
(1)Display panel file:JPG format,no more than four sheets,and the picture frame is set to A1(84.1×59.4cm).(The drawing accuracy shall be guaranteed,and the resolution shall not be lower than 300dpi,with no edges and no frames)The total size shall not be larger than 50M,and the file shall be named"Entry Code-1,Entry Code-2,Entry Code-3 and Entry Code-4";
(2)Cover file:One cover picture should be uploaded separately,in JPG format,the picture frame of 16:9.The cover document will be used as the cover displayed on the website of the shortlisted works,and it is suggested to take into account its design and aesthetics.Only the title of the work is allowed to appear in the cover text,and the document is named after"Entry Code-Cover File";
(3)Introduction to the work:100-500 words of design instruction,which will be displayed as an introduction to the work.Please fill in directly on the Registration Form page.
(4)Video of the work(optional):You can choose to submit 1 video file.The video topic can explain or supplement the results,and the video content can include but is not limited to the reasons for selecting the topic,program logic,design points,program conclusions,future prospects,etc.There are no restrictions on video format,size,and resolution.The file format is mp4,and the file size must not exceed 100M(less than 50M is recommended).The file is named after"Participation Code-Video File".
5.語(yǔ)言要求
中文、英文、中英雙語(yǔ)均可。
Chinese and English are acceptable.
04參賽流程
WORKFLOWS
本屆大賽采用“注冊(cè)-報(bào)名-提交”一體化線上表單征集作品，參賽者在WUPEN網(wǎng)站注冊(cè)用戶賬號(hào)后，即可前往競(jìng)賽頁(yè)面，選擇相應(yīng)競(jìng)賽進(jìn)行報(bào)名。
進(jìn)入表單后，填寫必填項(xiàng)，點(diǎn)擊保存即完成報(bào)名，獲得“參賽碼”（請(qǐng)注意保存記錄，在提交表單中可查看）。
從競(jìng)賽開始至作品提交截止日，參賽者可隨時(shí)編輯修改表單信息，上傳作品，也可在競(jìng)賽首頁(yè)點(diǎn)擊“取消報(bào)名”放棄參賽。一旦點(diǎn)擊提交并確認(rèn)，作品即進(jìn)入待評(píng)審后臺(tái)，不可再更改表單信息，只可取消報(bào)名后重新報(bào)名。
報(bào)名表單最終提交時(shí)請(qǐng)注意，作品展示、獲獎(jiǎng)證書將會(huì)按照?qǐng)?bào)名時(shí)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員在表單上的填寫順序排序，一旦提交，不可更改作品信息，請(qǐng)謹(jǐn)慎填寫。
This competition adopts the integrated online form of"Registration-Sign-up-Submission"to collect works,and contestants can go to the website page and select the corresponding competition to sign up after registering the user account on WUPEN.
After entering the form,fill in the required items,click Save to complete the registration and obtain the"Entry Code".
From the start of the competition to the deadline for submission of works,contestants can edit and modify the form information,upload works at any time,or click"Cancel Registration"on the homepage of the competition to give up the competition.Once you click Submit and Confirm,no form information can be changed any more,only registration cancellation to re-register is allowed.
Please note when the application form is finally submitted that the exhibition of work and the award certificate will be sorted according to the order in which the team members fill in the form at the time of application.
05評(píng)審及作品獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)
Evaluation and Awards
1.作品獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置
（1）本屆競(jìng)賽設(shè)置一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)、提名獎(jiǎng)和人氣獎(jiǎng)；
（2）一等獎(jiǎng)為得分前1%作品、二等獎(jiǎng)為得分前2-5%作品、三等獎(jiǎng)為得分前6-10%作品，提名獎(jiǎng)為得分前11-15%作品，人氣獎(jiǎng)10份。
通過(guò)資格審查的作品，即可進(jìn)入評(píng)審；本次賽事評(píng)審將通過(guò)一輪技術(shù)審核，綜合兩輪專家評(píng)審，最終確定獲獎(jiǎng)名單。
2.一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)和提名獎(jiǎng)評(píng)審流程
（1）6月中下旬，根據(jù)綜合兩輪專家評(píng)審，得分排序產(chǎn)生一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)、提名獎(jiǎng)；
（2）7月中上旬，預(yù)計(jì)于規(guī)劃教育年會(huì)公布最終一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)和提名獎(jiǎng)獲獎(jiǎng)名單；
（3）所有一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)和提名獎(jiǎng)方案將于獲獎(jiǎng)名單公布后在WUPEN網(wǎng)站頁(yè)面進(jìn)行展示。組委會(huì)將為一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)和提名獎(jiǎng)方案頒發(fā)電子版獲獎(jiǎng)證書。
3.人氣獎(jiǎng)評(píng)審流程
獲獎(jiǎng)名單公布后，所有一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)和提名獎(jiǎng)作品均會(huì)在網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行展示，組委會(huì)將開啟人氣獎(jiǎng)投票評(píng)選通道。所有WUPEN用戶均可上網(wǎng)進(jìn)行投票，每位用戶每天可投1票。投票數(shù)前10的作品獲得人氣獎(jiǎng)。組委會(huì)將為人氣獎(jiǎng)獲獎(jiǎng)作品頒發(fā)電子版獲獎(jiǎng)證書。
4.評(píng)審特殊情況說(shuō)明
（1）評(píng)審過(guò)程中若遇到綜合得分相同的情況，第一輪評(píng)審?fù)肿髌穼⑼瑫r(shí)晉級(jí)，相應(yīng)入選或獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)名額將隨之增加（若前15%分?jǐn)?shù)線上有2份同分作品，則同時(shí)晉級(jí)）；第二輪評(píng)審出現(xiàn)同分作品，由評(píng)委會(huì)統(tǒng)一討論投票決定一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)歸屬；
（2）評(píng)審過(guò)程中若發(fā)現(xiàn)作品有抄襲的情況，將即刻停止對(duì)該作品的評(píng)審并取消該作品的參賽資格。評(píng)審結(jié)束后，所有作品將公開展示，WUPEN競(jìng)賽公開紀(jì)律監(jiān)察機(jī)制開啟，任何人可通過(guò)競(jìng)賽官方郵箱cqa wupen.org舉報(bào)疑似抄襲作品，組委會(huì)將回應(yīng)舉報(bào)者并征集證明文件交由評(píng)委會(huì)審核判斷。
1.Award setting
(1)This competition will set the first prize,second prize,third prize,nomination award and popularity award;
(2)The first prize will be awarded to the top 1%of works in the overall score.The second prize will be awarded to the top 2-5%of works in the overall score,the third prize is to the top 6-10%of the score,and the nomination awards are the top 11-15%of works.10 popular awards will also be set.
Works that pass the qualification examination can enter the evaluation;This competition evaluation will integrate 3 rounds of expert evaluation to determine the final winners.
2.First,second,third prize and nomination award evaluation process
(1)In mid-to-late June,based on two rounds of expert reviews,the scores will be sorted to determine the first,second,and third prizes and nomination awards;
(2)In mid-to-early July,the final list of first,second,third prize and nomination award winners is expected to be announced at the Planning Education Annual Conference;
(3)All first,second,third prize and nomination award plans will be displayed on the WUPEN website page after the winner list is announced.The organizing committee will issue electronic award certificates to the first,second,third place and nomination award schemes.
3.Popularity Award Review Process
After the winners list is announced,all first,second,third prize and nomination award works will be displayed on the website,and the organizing committee will open a voting channel for the Popularity Award.All WUPEN users can vote online,and each user can vote once per day.The top 10 works with the most votes receive the Popularity Award.The organizing committee will issue electronic award certificates to the winning works of the Popularity Award.4.Description of the special circumstances of the evaluation
(1)In the case of the evaluation process,the first round of evaluation of the work will be promoted at the same time,and the corresponding selection or award name will increase(if there are 2 parties on the first 15%score,then advance)The second round of evaluation has the same work,and the jury is unified to discuss the voting decision;
(2)If the work is found to be plagiarism,the evaluation will immediately stop the qualifications of the work.After the evaluation,all works will openly show,the WUPENiCity competition open discipline monitoring mechanism is open,and anyone can report suspected plagiarism through the official mailbox qa wupen.org,the organizing committee will respond to the reporter and collect the certificate of certification documents.
06組織獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)
Organization Awards
1.獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置
（1）本屆競(jìng)賽除作品獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)外還設(shè)置優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)和優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師獎(jiǎng)；
（2）優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)設(shè)置10席、優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師獎(jiǎng)設(shè)置15席。
2.評(píng)選方式
（1）一等獎(jiǎng)1席積3分、二等獎(jiǎng)1席積2分、三等獎(jiǎng)1席積1分，總分?jǐn)?shù)前10名的院校組織將獲評(píng)優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)，若出現(xiàn)第10名積分相同的情況，第10名院校均獲得優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)，相應(yīng)獲獎(jiǎng)席位也將隨之增加；
（2）一等獎(jiǎng)1席積3分、二等獎(jiǎng)1席積2分、三等獎(jiǎng)1席積1分，總分?jǐn)?shù)前15名的教師將獲評(píng)優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師獎(jiǎng)，若第15名出現(xiàn)積分相同的情況，第15名的教師都將獲得優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師獎(jiǎng)，相應(yīng)獲獎(jiǎng)席位也將隨之增加。

(2)There are 10 seats for the Excellent Organization Award and 15 seats for the Excellent Instructor Award.
2.Selection method
(1)The top 10 institutions and organizations that have won the first,second,and third prizes and the total number of nomination awards will be awarded the Excellent Organization Award.The number of winning seats will also increase accordingly;
(2)The top 15 teachers who have won the first,second and third prizes and the total number of nomination awards for their guiding works will be awarded the Excellent Instructor Award.Winning seats will also increase accordingly.

本賽事規(guī)定，凡主動(dòng)參與本次征集活動(dòng)的所有參賽者，均視為已經(jīng)對(duì)所提交的作品版權(quán)歸屬作如下不可撤銷聲明：
1.原創(chuàng)聲明
參賽方案必須是參賽者個(gè)人原創(chuàng)作品，不能侵犯任何第三方個(gè)人和單位的任何專利權(quán)，著作權(quán)，商標(biāo)權(quán)及其他合法知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。一旦查實(shí)非原創(chuàng)作品，組委會(huì)有權(quán)立即取消其參與、入圍與獲獎(jiǎng)資格，收回獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)及保留追究法律責(zé)任的權(quán)利，如組委會(huì)因此被起訴或產(chǎn)生其他損失的，組委會(huì)有權(quán)要求該參賽者進(jìn)行全額賠償；組委會(huì)已先行賠付的，有權(quán)向參賽者追償所有直接損失及間接損失（包括且不限于律師費(fèi)、訴訟費(fèi)、保全費(fèi)、鑒定費(fèi)、公證費(fèi)等）。
2.同意聲明
本次采用線上評(píng)選的方式，參賽者上傳作品即表示同意授權(quán)組委會(huì)為舉辦大賽目的向所有人署名或隱名的形式展示作品，同意大賽確定的評(píng)選方式。參賽者提交作品之前，已仔細(xì)閱讀所有條款，充分理解并表示同意，本次大賽的評(píng)委會(huì)擁有對(duì)所有獲獎(jiǎng)作品的評(píng)選結(jié)果有最終裁定權(quán)。
According to the regulations of this competition,all contestants who take the initiative to participate in this collection event are deemed to have made the following irrevocable declaration on the copyright owner of the submitted works:
1.Original statement
The competition plan must be the original work of the contestant,and cannot infringe any patent right,copyright,trademark right or other legal intellectual property rights of any third-party individual or unit.Once the non-original works are checked and verified,the Organizing Committee has the right to immediately cancel their participation,finalists and award-winning qualifications,withdraw the awards and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibilities;If the Organizing Committee is sued or other losses are incurred,the Organizing Committee has the right to require the contestant to make full compensation;If the Organizing Committee has paid in advance,it has the right to recover all direct and indirect losses(including but not limited to attorney fees,legal fees,preservation fees,appraisal fees,notarial fees,etc.)from the contestants.
2.Consent statement consent
The online selection is adopted this time,and when contestants upload their works,they agree to authorize the organizing committee to display their works in the form of signature or anonymity to everyone for the purpose of holding the competition,and agree to the selection method determined by the competition.Before submitting the works,the contestants have carefully read all the terms and conditions,fully understood and agreed that the jury of this competition has the final ruling power on the selection results of all winning works.
