  二、作品要求
  1.設(shè)計(jì)主題：
  本次2026“友城說——全球友城青年對(duì)話未來”活動(dòng)，以“鏈接青年智慧、共筑可持續(xù)未來”為核心愿景，參賽者可選擇以下任一或多個(gè)方向，挖掘友城故事與時(shí)代精神，打造有溫度、有共鳴、有視覺張力的主視覺作品，傳遞友城攜手、青年共創(chuàng)的核心價(jià)值。
  （1）友城聯(lián)結(jié)：文化交融與情誼共生
  圍繞友城間的歷史淵源、文化紐帶、友好往來等方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，融合不同城市的地標(biāo)符號(hào)、文化特色、民俗風(fēng)情，展現(xiàn)友城跨越地域的情感聯(lián)結(jié)與文化交融，傳遞友城攜手共進(jìn)、守望相助的精神內(nèi)核。
  （2）青年活力：青春風(fēng)采與互動(dòng)共鳴
  從青年參與友城交流的鮮活場(chǎng)景（青年論壇、文化沙龍、藝術(shù)展演等）、青年群體的精神風(fēng)貌與青春表達(dá)中汲取靈感，彰顯青年在友城交流中的主體地位，傳遞青春向上、活力無限的時(shí)代氣息，引發(fā)青年群體的情感共鳴。
  （3）創(chuàng)新合作：跨界融合與未來共創(chuàng)
  鼓勵(lì)將創(chuàng)新思維、數(shù)字藝術(shù)、潮流設(shè)計(jì)等手段與友城合作主題結(jié)合，打造具有未來感、互動(dòng)性與視覺沖擊力的主視覺，凸顯“創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)、合作共贏”的發(fā)展理念，呈現(xiàn)友城合作的無限可能。
  （4）可持續(xù)發(fā)展：生態(tài)共生與綠色未來
  深度融合可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念與友城共建實(shí)踐，從生態(tài)保護(hù)、綠色發(fā)展、低碳生活、人與自然和諧共生等維度出發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)兼具生態(tài)美感與思想深度的視覺作品，傳遞綠色、低碳、共生的發(fā)展理念，展現(xiàn)友城攜手共建美好未來的責(zé)任與擔(dān)當(dāng)。
  2.注意事項(xiàng)：
  （1）投稿作品須為原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)，嚴(yán)禁抄襲、剽竊他人作品，不得包含任何敏感和涉密內(nèi)容；
  （2）入選作品著作權(quán)歸主辦方所有，可用于修改、推廣及多場(chǎng)景應(yīng)用；
  （3）請(qǐng)參賽者自己保留設(shè)計(jì)作品源文件，來稿一律不予退回；
  （4）主辦方對(duì)本次大賽擁有最終解釋權(quán)。
  三、參與方式
  1.每份參賽作品需附報(bào)名表（見附件），填寫參賽者及作品相關(guān)信息，包含300字內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)說明（支持中、英文等多語種），闡述創(chuàng)意理念與應(yīng)用設(shè)想。
  2.參賽作品提交形式統(tǒng)一為電子稿，提交彩色版可編輯矢量圖（AI、PSD格式，分辨率≥300dpi），若有動(dòng)態(tài)演示視頻，時(shí)長不超過2分鐘，視頻文件大小不超過100M，統(tǒng)一提交格式為MP4格式。
  3.將參賽作品和報(bào)名表打包壓縮，以“主視覺征集+姓名/團(tuán)隊(duì)名+國籍”命名，發(fā)送至指定郵箱ycs2026 jsbciart.com（郵件主題需一致）。

  Based on the success of its 2025 launch,which brought together youth from more than 30 countries in a vibrant celebration of cross-cultural exchange,"Dialogue with the Future for Global Youth from Sister-cities"returns even stronger in 2026.We are now inviting submissions for the event’s main logo design.Use your creativity to build bridges—become both a cultural creator and an ambassador.Let your design carry the core spirit of“City-to-City Bonds,”“Youth Vitality,”“Innovative Cooperation,”and“Sustainable Development”across the globe!
  I.Who Can Participate
  Current university students worldwide,including international students in Chinese universities and students at overseas universities,either as individuals or in teams of up to 3 members.All academic backgrounds are welcome.
  Young people around the globe who are passionate about international youth exchange and creative design.
  II.Requirements
  1.Design Theme
  The 2026"Dialogue with the Future for Global Youth from Sister-cities"event is guided by the core vision of"Connecting Youth Wisdom,Building a Sustainable Future."Participants are encouraged to choose one or more of the following thematic directions to explore the stories and contemporary spirit of their sister cities,creating a warm,resonant,and compelling visual artwork that conveys the core values of sister city collaboration and youth co-creation.
  (1)City Connections:Cultural Integration and Shared Bonds
  This theme explores the historical ties,cultural links,and friendly exchanges between sister cities.By integrating iconic landmarks,cultural symbols,and local traditions from different urban communities,the aim is to illustrate the emotional bonds and cultural blending that transcend physical distance.Through these visual stories,we hope to convey a spirit of mutual support,shared growth,and collective progress among sister cities.
  (2)Youth Vitality:Youthful Spirit and Interactive Resonance
  This theme captures the dynamic role of young people in sister-city exchanges—through youth forums,cultural salons,art exhibitions,and other interactive platforms.It highlights their creativity,enthusiasm,and active participation in building cross-cultural connections.By showcasing the vibrant spirit and forward-looking energy of youth,this direction aims to inspire emotional resonance among young audiences and convey an optimistic,collaborative vision for the future.
  (3)Innovative Collaboration:Cross-Border Integration and Future Co-Creation
  This theme encourages the integration of innovative thinking,digital art,and contemporary design within the context of sister-city partnerships.We invite creators to develop forward-looking,interactive,and visually striking main visual works that emphasize the development philosophy of"innovation-driven,win-win cooperation"and showcase the limitless possibilities of collaboration between sister cities.
  (4)Sustainable Development:Ecological Symbiosis and Green Future
  This theme focuses on integrating sustainability into the core of sister-city collaboration.Through perspectives such as ecological conservation,green development,low-carbon living,and human-nature harmony,we encourage the creation of visually engaging and conceptually meaningful artworks.These pieces should reflect principles of green,low-carbon,and balanced growth,highlighting the joint responsibility and commitment of partner cities to building a healthier,more sustainable tomorrow.
  2.Important Notes:
  (1)All works must be original without plagiarism.Entries must not contain any sensitive or confidential content.
  (2)The copyright of selected works will be exclusively owned by the organizer,who reserves the right to modify,promote,and utilize them across various media and contexts.
  (3)Contestants are advised to retain the original source files of their design works.Please note that all submissions will be retained and cannot be returned.
  (4)The organizer reserves the final right of interpretation regarding this competition.
  III.How to Participate
  1.Each submission must be accompanied by a completed application form(see attachment),providing information about the participant(s)and the work,including a design description within 300 words(both Chinese and English are accepted).The description should explain the creative concept and application vision.
  2.Submissions must be in electronic format.Entries must include thecolor version in editable vector format(e.g.AI,PSD,with resolution≥300 dpi).If a presentation video is included,it should be no longer than 2 minutes and kept under 100 MB in file size.Please submit the video in MP4 format.
  3.Package your design file(s)and application form into a compressed folder.Name the folder and use the same name for your email subject using this format:Main Visual Submission+Your Name/Team Name+Nationality.Send it to email address:ycs2026 jsbciart.com.
