In order to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,fully implement the new development philosophy,and closely align with Deyang’s development goal of building itself into a"China Equipment Sci-Tech City",the city aims to fully demonstrate an urban image where technological innovation and ecological progress develop in synergy.Deyang is scheduled to hold the"2026 Deyang City Rose Festival"during the May Day holiday period in 2026,the main venue is Deyang University Sci-Tech Park.
Using rose horticulture as a medium,the event will integrate technological innovation,ecological aesthetics,and urban spatial development,aiming to create an exemplary"Future Garden"scenario.This initiative is designed to enhance the park’s image for investment and business attraction while fostering an open,innovative,and green atmosphere within the park.

建造評審階段：由建造終評專家委員會從10個落地實施的景觀藝術(shù)裝置中評選出大獎1名，金獎2名，銀獎3名，優(yōu)秀獎4名，共計10個獎項。
About Evaluation
Proposal Review Phase:Expert judges will select 10 outstanding proposals that meet the design requirements from the submitted works to proceed to the construction implementation phase.
Construction Review Phase:The Final Construction Evaluation Committee will assess the 10 implemented landscape art installations and award a total of 10 prizes,including:

Competition Proposal Requirements
（一）總體設(shè)計要求
本次大賽場地位于德陽大學(xué)科技園，園區(qū)建筑風(fēng)貌整體呈現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代、簡約、科技感。所有參賽作品須與園區(qū)空間氣質(zhì)相協(xié)調(diào)，強(qiáng)化“未來花園”整體視覺體驗。
設(shè)計應(yīng)堅持創(chuàng)新、綠色、融合、共享理念，突出科技創(chuàng)新、生態(tài)低碳與藝術(shù)表達(dá)的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一。作品以景觀藝術(shù)裝置為主體，輔以月季為主題花卉的少量植物進(jìn)行點(diǎn)綴。
(I)Overall Design Requirements
The competition site is located in the Deyang University Science and Technology Park,where the architectural style of the park embodies modernity,simplicity,and a technological aesthetic.All submissions must harmonize with the spatial character of the park,enhancing the overall visual experience of a"Future Garden."
Designs should adhere to the principles of innovation,sustainability,integration,and sharing,highlighting the organic unity of technological innovation,ecological low-carbon practices,and artistic expression.The works should primarily consist of landscape art installation,complemented by a minimal use of plants featuring the rose as the thematic flower.
（二）大學(xué)生景觀藝術(shù)裝置展區(qū)設(shè)計要求
設(shè)計定位
聚焦青年創(chuàng)新表達(dá)，探索前沿科技、公共藝術(shù)與月季元素融合的裝置化呈現(xiàn)方式。
設(shè)計與建造要求
占地面積：單件作品占地面積需嚴(yán)格控制在10平方米以內(nèi)（對平面形態(tài)不作具體要求）；
建構(gòu)筑物高度：不超過3米；
整體造價：不超過3萬元。
裝置屬性：永久性裝置，結(jié)構(gòu)安全穩(wěn)固，便于安裝；
色彩要求：整體色彩應(yīng)用應(yīng)遵循克制、協(xié)調(diào)原則，體現(xiàn)科技感與未來感，建議采用銀白、金屬灰、星空藍(lán)等色系，避免大面積使用未經(jīng)調(diào)和的高純度色彩；
材料要求：選用新穎、環(huán)保、可循環(huán)、低碳材料，減少環(huán)境負(fù)荷；
表達(dá)方式：可融合月季元素（實物、意象或數(shù)字化呈現(xiàn)），鼓勵結(jié)合聲、光、電、交互技術(shù)與可持續(xù)材料，設(shè)計表達(dá)宜采用抽象化手法，避免簡單具象呈現(xiàn)。
地面處理：嚴(yán)禁采用永久性硬質(zhì)鋪裝。應(yīng)依據(jù)原有地形進(jìn)行布展，可局部運(yùn)用微地形處理手法以增強(qiáng)景觀層次。
綠化及植物：所選用的月季品種須充分考慮本地氣候特點(diǎn)，確保能良好生長。鼓勵運(yùn)用新優(yōu)月季品種，為花境增添獨(dú)特魅力與新鮮感。在搭配時，充分考量開幕時的季相特征、生長習(xí)性、顏色搭配，巧妙組合，呈現(xiàn)出應(yīng)季的絢爛景觀。同時，大力提倡選擇體現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)氐赜蛱厣泥l(xiāng)土植物。
請按照以上規(guī)則進(jìn)行展園設(shè)計，否則將被取消參賽資格。
主題方向建議
“未來花園”的核心設(shè)計邏輯是科技賦能生態(tài)、藝術(shù)融合自然，既要體現(xiàn)科技創(chuàng)新的前瞻性，又要保留花園的景觀觀賞性與體驗交互性?？蛇x設(shè)計方向如“交互型生態(tài)裝置”、“數(shù)字藝術(shù)花園”、“低碳花園”、“智能園藝”等。
(II)Design Requirements for the Exhibition Area
1.Design Positioning
Focus on innovative expression by young creators,exploring integrated approaches that combine cutting-edge technology,public art,and rose elements in the form of installations.
2.Design and Construction Requirements
Site Area
The footprint of each installation must be strictly limited to within 10 square meters(no specific requirement on planar shape).
Height of Structures
Must not exceed 3 meters.
Total Budget
Must not exceed￥30,000.
Installation
Must be a permanent installation,structurally safe and stable,and easy to install.
Color
The overall color application should follow principles of restraint and harmony,reflecting a technological and futuristic aesthetic.Recommended colors include silver-white,metallic gray,starry sky blue,etc.Avoid large areas of unmixed high-purity colors.
Material
Use innovative,environmentally friendly,recyclable,and low-carbon materials to minimize environmental impact.
Expression Approach
May incorporate rose elements(physical,symbolic,or digital representation).Integration of sound,light,electricity,interactive technology,and sustainable materials is encouraged.Designs should adopt abstract expression and avoid overly literal or figurative representations.
Grounding
Permanent hard paving is strictly prohibited.Layout should adapt to the original terrain,with localized micro-topography techniques allowed to enhance landscape layering.
Greening and Plants
Selected rose varieties must be suitable for the local climate to ensure healthy growth.The use of new and superior rose varieties is encouraged to add unique charm and freshness to the floral landscape.Consider seasonal characteristics at the time of the exhibition opening,growth habits,and color coordination to create a vibrant seasonal display.Priority should be given to native plants that reflect local regional characteristics.
*Please adhere to the above rules for exhibition garden design.Failure to comply will result in disqualification from the competition.
3.About Themes
The core design logic of the"Future Garden"is to empower ecology through technology and integrate art with nature.It should reflect the forward-looking nature of technological innovation while preserving the garden's visual appeal and interactive experience.Suggested design directions include"Interactive Ecological Installations,""Digital Art Gardens,""Low-Carbon Gardens,""Smart Horticulture,"and others.

Competition Registration
本次競賽面向國內(nèi)外風(fēng)景園林、建筑、藝術(shù)設(shè)計及相關(guān)專業(yè)在校本科生及研究生，鼓勵跨國、跨校、跨專業(yè)合作參賽。
參賽者可以個人或團(tuán)隊形式自由報名參賽，團(tuán)隊成員不超過5人（含1-5人），每個團(tuán)隊可有不多于2名指導(dǎo)教師（含1-2人），每位參賽者或每個團(tuán)隊只能提交1份作品，同一參賽者不可重復(fù)報名，違者將取消參賽資格。
填寫報名表時須準(zhǔn)確填寫表單中的各項內(nèi)容，如信息不清晰或虛假填報信息，則參賽號作廢并取消該組參評資格。報名后每一小組或參賽個人將自動獲得一個報名號，重復(fù)提交報名表的參賽者以最后一次提交的信息和報名號為準(zhǔn)。作品提交后不可修改參賽者姓名、順序及指導(dǎo)教師信息。
This competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students in landscape architecture,architecture,art design and related disciplines from domestic and international institutions.Cross-border,cross-university,and cross-disciplinary collaborations are encouraged.
Participants may register individually or as teams.Each team may consist of no more than 5 members(including 1–5 persons)and may include no more than 2 faculty advisors(including 1–2 persons).Each participant or team may submit only one entry.Duplicate registrations by the same participant are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
All information in the registration form must be filled out accurately.If the information is unclear or falsified,the registration number will be invalidated and the entry will be disqualified.Upon registration,each team or individual will be assigned a unique registration number.For participants who submit the registration form multiple times,the last submission and its corresponding registration number will be considered final.After submission,no changes may be made to the names,order of participants,or advisor information.

建造評審階段：由建造終評專家委員會從10個落地實施的景觀藝術(shù)裝置中評選出大獎1名，金獎2名，銀獎3名，優(yōu)秀獎4名，共計10個獎項。
About Evaluation
Proposal Review Phase:Expert judges will select 10 outstanding proposals that meet the design requirements from the submitted works to proceed to the construction implementation phase.
Construction Review Phase:The Final Construction Evaluation Committee will assess the 10 implemented landscape art installations and award a total of 10 prizes,including:
Grand Prize:1 award;
Gold Prize:2 awards;
Silver Prize:3 awards;
Excellence Prize:4 awards.

大賽方案征集要求
Competition Proposal Requirements
（一）總體設(shè)計要求
本次大賽場地位于德陽大學(xué)科技園，園區(qū)建筑風(fēng)貌整體呈現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代、簡約、科技感。所有參賽作品須與園區(qū)空間氣質(zhì)相協(xié)調(diào)，強(qiáng)化“未來花園”整體視覺體驗。
設(shè)計應(yīng)堅持創(chuàng)新、綠色、融合、共享理念，突出科技創(chuàng)新、生態(tài)低碳與藝術(shù)表達(dá)的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一。作品以景觀藝術(shù)裝置為主體，輔以月季為主題花卉的少量植物進(jìn)行點(diǎn)綴。
(I)Overall Design Requirements
The competition site is located in the Deyang University Science and Technology Park,where the architectural style of the park embodies modernity,simplicity,and a technological aesthetic.All submissions must harmonize with the spatial character of the park,enhancing the overall visual experience of a"Future Garden."
Designs should adhere to the principles of innovation,sustainability,integration,and sharing,highlighting the organic unity of technological innovation,ecological low-carbon practices,and artistic expression.The works should primarily consist of landscape art installation,complemented by a minimal use of plants featuring the rose as the thematic flower.
（二）大學(xué)生景觀藝術(shù)裝置展區(qū)設(shè)計要求
設(shè)計定位
聚焦青年創(chuàng)新表達(dá)，探索前沿科技、公共藝術(shù)與月季元素融合的裝置化呈現(xiàn)方式。
設(shè)計與建造要求
占地面積：單件作品占地面積需嚴(yán)格控制在10平方米以內(nèi)（對平面形態(tài)不作具體要求）；
建構(gòu)筑物高度：不超過3米；
整體造價：不超過3萬元。
裝置屬性：永久性裝置，結(jié)構(gòu)安全穩(wěn)固，便于安裝；
色彩要求：整體色彩應(yīng)用應(yīng)遵循克制、協(xié)調(diào)原則，體現(xiàn)科技感與未來感，建議采用銀白、金屬灰、星空藍(lán)等色系，避免大面積使用未經(jīng)調(diào)和的高純度色彩；
材料要求：選用新穎、環(huán)保、可循環(huán)、低碳材料，減少環(huán)境負(fù)荷；
表達(dá)方式：可融合月季元素（實物、意象或數(shù)字化呈現(xiàn)），鼓勵結(jié)合聲、光、電、交互技術(shù)與可持續(xù)材料，設(shè)計表達(dá)宜采用抽象化手法，避免簡單具象呈現(xiàn)。
地面處理：嚴(yán)禁采用永久性硬質(zhì)鋪裝。應(yīng)依據(jù)原有地形進(jìn)行布展，可局部運(yùn)用微地形處理手法以增強(qiáng)景觀層次。
綠化及植物：所選用的月季品種須充分考慮本地氣候特點(diǎn)，確保能良好生長。鼓勵運(yùn)用新優(yōu)月季品種，為花境增添獨(dú)特魅力與新鮮感。在搭配時，充分考量開幕時的季相特征、生長習(xí)性、顏色搭配，巧妙組合，呈現(xiàn)出應(yīng)季的絢爛景觀。同時，大力提倡選擇體現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)氐赜蛱厣泥l(xiāng)土植物。
請按照以上規(guī)則進(jìn)行展園設(shè)計，否則將被取消參賽資格。
主題方向建議
“未來花園”的核心設(shè)計邏輯是科技賦能生態(tài)、藝術(shù)融合自然，既要體現(xiàn)科技創(chuàng)新的前瞻性，又要保留花園的景觀觀賞性與體驗交互性?？蛇x設(shè)計方向如“交互型生態(tài)裝置”、“數(shù)字藝術(shù)花園”、“低碳花園”、“智能園藝”等。
(II)Design Requirements for the Exhibition Area
1.Design Positioning
Focus on innovative expression by young creators,exploring integrated approaches that combine cutting-edge technology,public art,and rose elements in the form of installations.
2.Design and Construction Requirements
Site Area
The footprint of each installation must be strictly limited to within 10 square meters(no specific requirement on planar shape).
Height of Structures
Must not exceed 3 meters.
Total Budget
Must not exceed￥30,000.
Installation
Must be a permanent installation,structurally safe and stable,and easy to install.
Color
The overall color application should follow principles of restraint and harmony,reflecting a technological and futuristic aesthetic.Recommended colors include silver-white,metallic gray,starry sky blue,etc.Avoid large areas of unmixed high-purity colors.
Material
Use innovative,environmentally friendly,recyclable,and low-carbon materials to minimize environmental impact.
Expression Approach
May incorporate rose elements(physical,symbolic,or digital representation).Integration of sound,light,electricity,interactive technology,and sustainable materials is encouraged.Designs should adopt abstract expression and avoid overly literal or figurative representations.
Grounding
Permanent hard paving is strictly prohibited.Layout should adapt to the original terrain,with localized micro-topography techniques allowed to enhance landscape layering.
Greening and Plants
Selected rose varieties must be suitable for the local climate to ensure healthy growth.The use of new and superior rose varieties is encouraged to add unique charm and freshness to the floral landscape.Consider seasonal characteristics at the time of the exhibition opening,growth habits,and color coordination to create a vibrant seasonal display.Priority should be given to native plants that reflect local regional characteristics.
*Please adhere to the above rules for exhibition garden design.Failure to comply will result in disqualification from the competition.
3.About Themes
The core design logic of the"Future Garden"is to empower ecology through technology and integrate art with nature.It should reflect the forward-looking nature of technological innovation while preserving the garden's visual appeal and interactive experience.Suggested design directions include"Interactive Ecological Installations,""Digital Art Gardens,""Low-Carbon Gardens,""Smart Horticulture,"and others.

Competition Registration
本次競賽面向國內(nèi)外風(fēng)景園林、建筑、藝術(shù)設(shè)計及相關(guān)專業(yè)在校本科生及研究生，鼓勵跨國、跨校、跨專業(yè)合作參賽。
參賽者可以個人或團(tuán)隊形式自由報名參賽，團(tuán)隊成員不超過5人（含1-5人），每個團(tuán)隊可有不多于2名指導(dǎo)教師（含1-2人），每位參賽者或每個團(tuán)隊只能提交1份作品，同一參賽者不可重復(fù)報名，違者將取消參賽資格。
填寫報名表時須準(zhǔn)確填寫表單中的各項內(nèi)容，如信息不清晰或虛假填報信息，則參賽號作廢并取消該組參評資格。報名后每一小組或參賽個人將自動獲得一個報名號，重復(fù)提交報名表的參賽者以最后一次提交的信息和報名號為準(zhǔn)。作品提交后不可修改參賽者姓名、順序及指導(dǎo)教師信息。
This competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students in landscape architecture,architecture,art design and related disciplines from domestic and international institutions.Cross-border,cross-university,and cross-disciplinary collaborations are encouraged.
Participants may register individually or as teams.Each team may consist of no more than 5 members(including 1–5 persons)and may include no more than 2 faculty advisors(including 1–2 persons).Each participant or team may submit only one entry.Duplicate registrations by the same participant are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
All information in the registration form must be filled out accurately.If the information is unclear or falsified,the registration number will be invalidated and the entry will be disqualified.Upon registration,each team or individual will be assigned a unique registration number.For participants who submit the registration form multiple times,the last submission and its corresponding registration number will be considered final.After submission,no changes may be made to the names,order of participants,or advisor information.

設(shè)計作品排布于一張豎向A0圖版上（高1189mm，寬841mm），JPG格式，分辨率300dpi，文件大小≤30M。圖版中應(yīng)包含設(shè)計圖及設(shè)計說明，不得出現(xiàn)任何透露參賽者、指導(dǎo)教師及所在學(xué)校信息的內(nèi)容。
作品文件請以郵件附件形式發(fā)送，郵件主題及作品文件命名格式均為：“報名號-2026德陽大學(xué)生景觀藝術(shù)裝置大賽”，如：100-2026德陽大學(xué)生景觀藝術(shù)裝置大賽。

競賽參賽規(guī)則
Competition Rules
1）參賽者同意并遵守本競賽通知的內(nèi)容及競賽規(guī)則，違反規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格；競賽組委會對競賽規(guī)則擁有最終解釋權(quán)。
2）電子圖紙中不得出現(xiàn)任何有關(guān)設(shè)計者姓名和參賽院校的文字或圖案，不符合規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格。
3）競賽組織方擁有參賽作品除署名權(quán)以外的其它版權(quán)權(quán)利，包括但不限于發(fā)行權(quán)，展覽權(quán)，信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)，出版權(quán)等，設(shè)計方具有署名權(quán)。
4）所有參賽者須確保自己所提交的作品為原創(chuàng)且未參加過其他競賽。
5）參賽者不得接受競賽評委任何建議與指導(dǎo)，違反規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格。
6）現(xiàn)場建造及頒獎儀式等環(huán)節(jié)的具體日期可能因不可抗力因素調(diào)整，敬請知悉。
1)Participants agree to and shall comply with the contents of this competition announcement and the competition rules.Violators will be disqualified.The competition organizing committee holds the final right of interpretation regarding the rules.
2)No text or graphics revealing the designer's name or participating institution is allowed in the digital submission.Entries not conforming to this rule will be disqualified.
3)The competition organizers hold copyrights to the submitted works except for the right of authorship.These include,but are not limited to,the rights of distribution,exhibition,dissemination via information networks,and publication.The designers retain the right of authorship.
4)All participants must ensure their submitted work is original and has not been entered into other competitions.
5)Participants must not accept any advice or guidance from the competition jurors.Violators will be disqualified.
6)Please note that specific dates for on-site construction and the award ceremony may be subject to adjustment due to force majeure.
