  配套活動(dòng)
  創(chuàng)作營(yíng)活動(dòng)包括：室外大型雕塑作品展、室內(nèi)雕塑作品展、學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)三個(gè)部分組成。
  （一）室外大型雕塑作品展：本屆創(chuàng)作營(yíng)入選的30件大型雕塑作品在蘇武沙漠大景區(qū)展出。
  （二）室內(nèi)雕塑作品展：同時(shí)舉辦室內(nèi)作品展，展出優(yōu)秀作品小稿。
  （三）學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)：開(kāi)幕式期間組織國(guó)內(nèi)外參展藝術(shù)家、特邀嘉賓圍繞絲路文化建設(shè)、民勤沙漠雕塑特質(zhì)、國(guó)際上其他沙漠國(guó)家藝術(shù)形態(tài)等的話題進(jìn)行討論，從不同角度、不同文化背景、不同國(guó)籍等方式，提供城市文化可持續(xù)發(fā)展的案例。

  活動(dòng)相關(guān)宣傳
  （一）邀請(qǐng)全國(guó)、省雕塑藝術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)的有關(guān)權(quán)威人士及相關(guān)媒體參與報(bào)道，各大媒體網(wǎng)站、地方電視臺(tái)跟蹤報(bào)道。
  （二）出版畫冊(cè)，詳細(xì)記錄整個(gè)活動(dòng)的每個(gè)瞬間，為活動(dòng)留下資料。
  （三）媒體支持：新華網(wǎng)、搜狐網(wǎng)、新浪網(wǎng)、光明網(wǎng)、雕塑頭條、雅昌藝術(shù)網(wǎng)、中國(guó)公共藝術(shù)網(wǎng)、中國(guó)工藝美術(shù)網(wǎng)、中國(guó)輕工信息網(wǎng)、頭條新聞、當(dāng)代雕塑、大臻藝術(shù)網(wǎng)等。

  作品評(píng)選及最終入選作品加工
  1、作品評(píng)選采取三輪評(píng)選制。第一輪，每位投稿藝術(shù)家作品中選擇一幅，進(jìn)入待選名單。第二輪從待選作品中評(píng)選出200件入圍作品。第三輪，最終由活動(dòng)藝委會(huì)從中推薦100件遞交組委會(huì)確定入選作品。
  2、作品加工：所有入選作品由活動(dòng)組委會(huì)統(tǒng)一通知，藝術(shù)家按要求時(shí)間制作雕塑模型作品將由實(shí)施單位通過(guò)招標(biāo)采購(gòu)確定的廠家統(tǒng)一加工制作。

  作品征集要求及詳細(xì)信息
  （一）活動(dòng)主題：絲路之夢(mèng)
  （二）作品征集時(shí)間：2019年9月1日起投稿截止時(shí)間為2019年11月10日。
  （三）藝術(shù)家作品創(chuàng)作范圍
  1、大地藝術(shù)作品：可根據(jù)絲路文化背景及沙漠環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)方案，創(chuàng)意大膽新穎，與環(huán)境完美結(jié)合。
  2、材料類型：以適合沙漠環(huán)境及室外擺放的材料為主，包括沙雕、石材、金屬等。
  3、特邀題材：特邀藝術(shù)家及藝委會(huì)成員專家可提供代表作品。
  （四）征稿要求
  1、作品要符合活動(dòng)主題，融入絲路文化特色與沙漠環(huán)境，必須是作者本人原創(chuàng)作品。
  2、作品數(shù)量及類型：戶外景觀雕塑30件（包括大地藝術(shù)2件）。
  3、作品規(guī)格：作品長(zhǎng)度或高度不低于8米，具體尺寸可根據(jù)周邊環(huán)境適當(dāng)調(diào)整。
  4、提交作品要求：每位藝術(shù)家詳細(xì)填寫申請(qǐng)表信息，連同jpg格式的作品圖片一同提交，圖片文件名請(qǐng)以作品名稱命名。每位藝術(shù)家提交2--5件參選作品，超出或低于要求將取消參選資格。入選作者提供模型材質(zhì)應(yīng)與作品實(shí)際材質(zhì)相同，長(zhǎng)或高不低于40cm,請(qǐng)根據(jù)本次活動(dòng)的主題及環(huán)境條件認(rèn)真考慮并提交方案。
  5、作品獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)：每位入選藝術(shù)家人民幣6萬(wàn)元（稅后）,特邀藝術(shù)家人民幣10萬(wàn)元（稅后），以上獎(jiǎng)金均含雕塑定稿小樣制作費(fèi)。參加雕塑家將獲得民勤縣人民政府頒發(fā)的榮譽(yù)證書，作品及小稿模型由民勤縣永久收藏。

  The 3rd International Desert Sculpture Symposium

  In response to the National Silk Road culture construction strategy,carry forward the cultural spirit of opening,tolerance and integration of the Silk Road,inherit the"core value of the harmonious coexistence of multiple cultures of the Silk Road",and comprehensively enhance the international popularity and influence of the project,the 3rd Desert International Sculpture Symposium will be guided by higher artistic standards,wider international horizons and deeper academic exchanges,with the theme of"Silk Road Dream",using the spirit of Silk Road as a link,the common aspiration as a goal,and relying on the platform of"Silk Road(Dunhuang)International Cultural Exposition",through the opening ceremonies of symposium and joint exhibitions of national art in desert countries or along the Silk Road will be held to enhance cultural exchanges and communication between Minqin,Wuwei and even the whole province and the countries,regions along the Silk Road,to interpret of"China's most beautiful land art is Minqin,the world's most beautiful art land is also Minqin",to boost Minqin's integration into the"belt and road"construction,constantly enhance cultural soft power and influence,and build a new artistic pattern of"West is Dunhuang,East is Minqin",and create cultural tourism brand of"Desert is Oasis,Oasis is Blue Sea".

  3.Event Activities
  Symposium activities include:outdoor large-scale sculpture exhibition,indoor sculpture exhibition,and academic seminar.
  (1)Outdoor large-scale sculpture exhibition:the event will selected 30 large-scale sculptures.
  (2)Academic Seminar:During the opening ceremony,domestic and foreign artists and invited guests will discuss the topics of Silk Road culture construction,Minqin desert sculpture characteristics,international art forms of other desert countries,and provide sustainable development of urban culture from different perspectives,different cultural backgrounds and different nationalities.
  4.Media Promotion
  (1)Invite relevant authorities of national and provincial sculpture art associations and relevant media to participate in the reporting.Major media websites and local television stations follow up the reporting.
  (2)Publish Catalogs,record every moment of the whole activity in detail,and record the information for the activity.
  (3)Media support:Xinhua,Sohu,Sina,Guangming,Sculpture Headlines,Artron,China Public Art,China Arts and Crafts,China Light Industry Information,headline news,etc.
  5.Selection and Production Process of Final Selected Works
  (1)Two rounds of selection system are adopted in the selection of works.In the first round,select one work from each artist’s submission works.In the second round,200 works will be selected from the first round.In the third round,100 works will be selected from thesecond round and recommended to the Organizing Committee for finial confirmation.
  (2)Production Process:All selected works will be notified by the Organizing Committee.Selected proposals are required to submit the sculpture model,and all the works made by the artists according to the required time will be processed and produced by the manufacturers determined by the implementing units through bidding and procurement in China.
  6.Requirements and Detailed Information for Submissions
  (1)Theme:Silk Road Dream
  (2)Submission Date:Sep 1,2019 to Nov 10,2019.
  (3)Range of the Works:
  a.Land Art Work:According to the Silk Road cultural background and desert environment design scheme,the creativity is bold and innovative,and the environment is perfectly integrated.
  b.Materials:Should be suitable for desert environment and outdoor display,including sand sculpture,stone,metal and so on.
  c.Specially invited theme:Invited artists and experts from members of the Arts Committee could provide representative works base on the theme.
  d.Submission requirements:
  ①Proposals need to fit the theme of the event and integrate the Silk Road Cultural Characteristics and desert environment,the works must be the original works of the author himself.
  ②Number and type of works:30 outdoor landscape sculptures(including 2 pieces of earth art).
  ③Specification of the work:The length or height of the work is not less than 8 meters,and the specific size can be adjusted according to the surrounding environment.
  ④Requirements for submitting works:Each artist fills in the application form information in detail,and submits the picture with jpg format.The name of the picture file should be named after the proposal’s name.Each artist can submit 2-5 proposals.Exceed or Less than the requirements will be disqualified.Finial selected artist should provide the same material as the actual material of the work as the model,and the length or height should be no less than 40cm.Please consider carefully and submit the proposal according to the theme and environmental conditions of this event.
  ⑤Work reward:Each Finial selected artist for the project would be rewards with￥60,000(after tax).The above reward includes the cost of making the final sculpture model.Participating sculptors will receive the honorary certificate issued by People's Government of Minqin County.The sculpturemodel will be permanently collected by Minqin County.
