  The 2026 International Congress on Natural Resources and Planning(ICNRP 2026)will be held at The University of Hong Kong in March 2026.This congress aims to build an interdisciplinary interactive platform,bringing together experts and scholars from multiple fields such as natural resource management,urban transformation and development,and architecture and cultural heritage conservation,to offer insights and suggestions for the shared future of humanity,and facilitate the construction of a sustainable development relationship featuring harmonious coexistence between society and nature.

  征集范圍
  Entry Eligibility
  海內(nèi)外專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)、藝術(shù)院校師生、專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)人士及廣大設(shè)計(jì)愛(ài)好者，以個(gè)人或團(tuán)體名義應(yīng)征均可（同一主體提交作品數(shù)量最多3組）。
  Professional design institutions at home and abroad,teachers and students of art colleges and universities,professional designers,and general design enthusiasts are all welcome to participate,either as individuals or groups.(Each participant or entity may submit a maximum of3 sets of works.)

  1.Works must closely align with the conference core theme
  "Natural Resources,Urban Future,and Architectural Heritage".Creative directions may draw on key topics including global climate change response,urban transformation and green development,sustainable utilization of natural resources,harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and protection of architecture and cultural heritage.

  2.表現(xiàn)形式不限，支持動(dòng)態(tài)海報(bào)。每組作品需至少包含1幅橫版（建議比例16:9或4:3，主視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)必須用橫版）和1幅豎版（建議比例3:4或2:3）設(shè)計(jì)方案，以滿(mǎn)足不同場(chǎng)景傳播需求。
  2.There is no restriction on the presentation form of works,and dynamic posters are welcome.Each set of works must include at least one horizontal layout design(recommended aspect ratio 16:9 or 4:3;the key visual design must adopt a horizontal layout)and one vertical layout design(recommended aspect ratio 3:4 or 2:3),so as to meet the communication needs of different scenarios.

  4.提交文件格式：靜態(tài)作品限JPG、PNG格式，動(dòng)態(tài)作品限GIF格式，像素不低于300dpi，單文件大小不超過(guò)15M。

  Source files:Corresponding source files must be submitted simultaneously(in PSD format,including layered files,font files,and related materials).The size limit for source files may be appropriately relaxed.
  Quality standards:Works must ensure clear images,accurate colors,and be free from blurriness,distortion,watermarks,or other defects.
  5.作品需有設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明（300字內(nèi)，填在報(bào)名登記表中）。

  6.知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)要求：應(yīng)征作品必須為原創(chuàng)作品，未侵犯任何第三方的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)及其他合法權(quán)益，未在國(guó)內(nèi)外任何公開(kāi)會(huì)議、活動(dòng)、媒體平臺(tái)發(fā)表或使用過(guò)。若涉及侵權(quán)糾紛，由應(yīng)征者自行承擔(dān)全部法律責(zé)任。入選及獲獎(jiǎng)作品的著作權(quán)將無(wú)償轉(zhuǎn)讓給大會(huì)主辦方，主辦方享有包括但不限于展覽展示、媒體宣傳等相關(guān)權(quán)利，原作者保留署名權(quán)。
  6.Intellectual Property Requirements:All submitted works must be original,not infringing upon any third party’s intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests,and must not have been published or used in any public conferences,events,or media platforms at home or abroad.If an infringement dispute arises,the submitter shall bear full legal responsibility independently.The copyright of selected and award-winning works will be transferred to the conference organizer free of charge.The organizer shall have the right to use the works for purposes including but not limited to exhibition,media promotion,and other relevant activities.The original author retains the right of attribution.

  Evaluation&Awards
  1.主辦方將組織由行業(yè)專(zhuān)家組織評(píng)審，從主題契合度、創(chuàng)意創(chuàng)新性、藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力、傳播適用性等維度進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)審。評(píng)審結(jié)果將通過(guò)大會(huì)官網(wǎng)、微信公眾號(hào)（園冶杯組委會(huì)）等平臺(tái)公示。
  1.The organizer will set up a review panel composed of industry experts to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the submitted works from the dimensions oftheme relevance,creativity and innovation,artistic expression,and communication applicability.The evaluation results will be publicly announced via the official conference website,WeChat Official Account(id:yuanyeawards)and other platforms.
  2.評(píng)出一等獎(jiǎng)1組、二等獎(jiǎng)3組、三等獎(jiǎng)5組、優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)若干名，獲獎(jiǎng)作品將由國(guó)際自然資源學(xué)會(huì)頒發(fā)證書(shū)。獲獎(jiǎng)設(shè)計(jì)師可登記為國(guó)際自然資源學(xué)會(huì)個(gè)人會(huì)員（減免一年會(huì)費(fèi)），2026國(guó)際自然資源和規(guī)劃大會(huì)注冊(cè)費(fèi)享受六折優(yōu)惠。
  2.One group of works will be awarded the First Prize,three groups the Second Prize,and five groups the Third Prize,with a number of Merit Awards also to be granted.Both the winning participants and their advisors will be presented with certificates issued by the International Association of Natural Resources(iAONR).They will also be eligible to register as individual members of iAONR,with a one-year membership fee waiver.In addition,they will enjoy a 40%discount on the registration fee for ICNRP 2026.
