  2.創(chuàng)作理念健康向上，主題鮮明突出，兼具時(shí)代特征與藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力，能充分彰顯國(guó)際獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的專業(yè)價(jià)值與全球視野。
  3.創(chuàng)作風(fēng)格、表現(xiàn)形式不限，鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新突破，但需具備較高辨識(shí)度與傳播適配性。

  IV.Technical Requirements
  1.設(shè)計(jì)稿中圖片之外的文字，采用英文。國(guó)際自然資源與規(guī)劃范例獎(jiǎng)的英文全稱為：International Award for Best Practices in Natural Resources and Planning。簡(jiǎn)稱為：IABP或IABP in Natural Resources and Planning。
  2.作品需提交彩色原稿，確保在不同比例尺寸下清晰呈現(xiàn)，可適配平面宣傳、立體制作、電子媒介傳播等多場(chǎng)景應(yīng)用。
  3.提交作品需包含：
  （1）A4規(guī)格彩色設(shè)計(jì)圖稿（清晰度不低于300dpi，JPG格式，需標(biāo)注標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色值、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)字體）。
  （2）矢量圖源文件（ai/cdr等格式）。
  （3）作品創(chuàng)作理念說明（填在應(yīng)征報(bào)名表內(nèi)，300字以內(nèi)，如有必要可另附word文檔）。
  1.All text in the design draft except for images shall be in English.

  2.Submitted works shall be color original drafts,ensuring clear presentation at different scales and sizes,and adaptable to multiple application scenarios such as print publicity,three-dimensional production,and electronic media communication.
  3.The submitted works must include:
  (1)Color design drawings in A4 size(resolution not less than 300 dpi,JPG format),with standard color values and standard fonts indicated.
  (2)Vector source files(such as AI/CDR formats).
  (3)Description of the creative concept(to be filled in the application form,within 300 words;an additional Word document may be attached if necessary).

  V.Selection and Awards
  1.本次征集設(shè)兩大組別：LOGO設(shè)計(jì)組、獎(jiǎng)杯與證書設(shè)計(jì)組。每組設(shè)一等獎(jiǎng)1名、二等獎(jiǎng)2名，三等獎(jiǎng)和鼓勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)若干名，由國(guó)際自然資源學(xué)會(huì)頒發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書。符合條件者可成為國(guó)際自然資源學(xué)會(huì)個(gè)人會(huì)員，享受2026國(guó)際自然資源與大會(huì)注冊(cè)費(fèi)優(yōu)惠。
  2.評(píng)選流程：每項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)選均組織專家進(jìn)行初評(píng)和終評(píng)，確保公平公正。
  1.This solicitation sets up two major categories:LOGO Design Category and Trophy&Certificate Design Category.Each category will have 1 First Prize winner,2 Second Prize winners,and several Third Prize and Honorable Mention winners.Winning certificates will be issued by iAONR.Eligible applicants may become individual members of iAONR and enjoy registration fee discounts for the 2026 International Conference on Natural Resources and Planning.
  2.Selection Process:For each design entry,experts will be organized to conduct preliminary evaluation and final evaluation to ensure fairness and impartiality.

  1.應(yīng)征資格：個(gè)人、團(tuán)體均可參與?？瑟?dú)立完成作品，也可聯(lián)合創(chuàng)作。每個(gè)應(yīng)征者/團(tuán)隊(duì)可提交多件作品，但在每個(gè)組別內(nèi)只能獲一個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。
  2.作品投遞：所有應(yīng)征作品通過電子郵件提交。郵件標(biāo)題為：姓名（或參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)）+范例獎(jiǎng)LOGO（或獎(jiǎng)杯證書）應(yīng)征作品。
  3.材料提交：應(yīng)征作品需附以下資料：應(yīng)征報(bào)名表（見附件1），個(gè)人/單位有效證件復(fù)印件。以單位名義提交的，需提供相關(guān)資質(zhì)證明文件。
  4.材料留存：應(yīng)征人提交的所有資料、稿件需自行留存底稿，原件不予退還。
  5.知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)：應(yīng)征人需簽署《著作權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓承諾書》（見附件2），未簽署者視為自動(dòng)放棄參選資格。
