The First Boao Cultural and Creative Forum & Expo will kick off remarkably. This heavy windstorm, which have brought together top global resources of cultural and creative industry, will be joined by more than 80 leading figures, more than 100 cross-boundary leading brands and 60,000 visitors. 100 million clicks will be created online to stimulate the creation of a more efficient shared development path at this industry-widegreat event.

The future must be an era of decentralization and cooperative integration. The Forum & Expo is themed by Resonance, which means uttering sounds across boundaries for resonance so that the whole industry can stand at the same specific frequency to maximize their voice.

我們正處在一個(gè)前所未有的飛速迭代的社會(huì)，各行業(yè)邊界逐漸模糊，產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)迅速重構(gòu)，而唯一可以跨越時(shí)間與空間建構(gòu)起底層邏輯的是人性與文化，文創(chuàng)則無(wú)疑是鏈接抽象文化與具象商業(yè)的最佳媒介。

We’re in an unprecedentedly fast-developing society, where all industries are having their boundaries blurred and the industrial ecosystem is being reconstructed rapidly. Now the only thing to use to build underlying logics across time and space is nothing but humanity and culture, so cultural and creative industry is undoubtedly the best bridge between the abstract culture and the concrete business.

通過(guò)文創(chuàng)理念與實(shí)踐形成共振，重塑我們的商業(yè)世界，以更小的周期、更大的振幅產(chǎn)生效益，我們相信，在特定頻率下的共振，將會(huì)是全行業(yè)全領(lǐng)域高效發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。

A combination of the idea of cultural and creative with practice can form a resonance to reshape our business world so that benefits can be generated at higher amplitude while in a shorter cycle. We believe that a resonance at a specific frequency will be the key to the efficient development of the whole industry and field.

2. 參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)所獲獎(jiǎng)金歸團(tuán)隊(duì)成員共有，團(tuán)隊(duì)自行協(xié)商分配，主辦方與承辦方對(duì)此不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任。

Any design style and form of expression are available

(the design content can include patterns, illustrations, creative photography, a video, 3D elements, etc.)

Consideration needs to be given to other extended applications

 (i.e., chest card, hand bag, mobilephone case, souvenir, etc.)

*注：

1. 參賽作者需保留300dpi以上分辨率可用于印刷生產(chǎn)的位圖源文件或矢量文件，獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)咝柙诨顒?dòng)結(jié)束后，向主辦方提供源文件；

2. 作品內(nèi)容不得侵犯第三方版權(quán)及著作權(quán)（如抄襲、修改其他卡通形象等），作品內(nèi)容符合法律法規(guī)等要求。

*Note:

1. Players are required to submit a bitmap source file or vector file with a resolution of at least 300dpi that can be used for printing production. The prize winners are requested to submit the source files to the host after the end of the activity;

2. The design content shall not infringe on the copyright or right of authorship of any third parties (in the form of plagiarizing or modifying a copyrighted cartoon image). The design content shall be in conformity with the laws and regulations.
