  需推動人與自然和諧共存。為此，為深化海洋哺乳動物的科學(xué)普及，引導(dǎo)公眾樹立海洋生態(tài)文明理念，組委會特此向全球設(shè)計師發(fā)出誠摯邀請，邀請大家圍繞中華白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鯨、東亞江豚等海洋哺乳動物的保護主題，開展創(chuàng)意設(shè)計創(chuàng)作。
  一、主題內(nèi)容
  誠邀海內(nèi)外設(shè)計師征集中華白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鯨、東亞江豚等海洋哺乳動物的保護主題創(chuàng)意設(shè)計作品。
  二、作品呈現(xiàn)方式
  1.短視頻、動畫作品
  以中華白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鯨、東亞江豚等海洋哺乳動物保護宣傳為主題開展宣傳視頻、動畫片制作。作品時長在3分鐘以內(nèi)，統(tǒng)一輸出為MP4格式，畫幅寬高比16:9或者豎屏9:16，分辨率不低于1920*1080，碼率不低于4mbps。
  2.海報作品
  以中華白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鯨、東亞江豚等海洋哺乳動物保護宣傳為主題開展公益科普海報。
  3.AI創(chuàng)作作品
  以中華白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鯨、東亞江豚等海洋哺乳動物保護宣傳為主題開展AI創(chuàng)作。作品類型不限，可以是AI影視創(chuàng)作、AI視覺設(shè)計、AI交互藝術(shù)等。
  4.攝影作品
  以中華白海豚、斑海豹、布氏鯨、東亞江豚等海洋哺乳動物保護宣傳為主題開展攝影創(chuàng)作。作品單張照片寬度需大于500px，組照在2.5 M至20M之間。
  三、創(chuàng)作要求
  1.創(chuàng)意設(shè)計作品要符合社會主義核心價值觀，兼具時代性、藝術(shù)性、創(chuàng)新性。
  2.創(chuàng)意作品要求突出海洋哺乳動物保護宣傳主題，設(shè)計元素恰當融入海洋保護、水生野生動物保護等元素，能起到科普宣傳及教育引導(dǎo)的作用。
  四、展覽征集方式
  1.定向邀請國內(nèi)高校教師/設(shè)計師150名，國外設(shè)計師50名；
  2.向社會公開征集50名。
  五、文件提交要求
  1.短視頻、動畫作品時長在3分鐘以內(nèi)，畫幅寬高比16:9或者豎屏9:16，分辨率不低于1920*1080，碼率不低于4mbps。
  2.海報作品規(guī)格要求：CMYK模式70x100cm,RGB模式21x29.7cm，均為JPG格式，分辨率300dpi.
  3.AI創(chuàng)作作品可以是AI影視創(chuàng)作、AI視覺設(shè)計、AI交互藝術(shù)等。
  4.攝影作品需為JPG格式，單張照片寬度需大于500px，組照在2.5 M至20M之間。
  5.作品命名：姓名+作品+單位+邀請/征集；
  6.參展表格+生活照1張；

  2025International Invitational Exhibition for Creative Designs on Marine Mammal Conservation
  The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee emphasized the need to promote harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature.To this end,and in order to deepen the popularization of science related to marine mammals and guide the public in establishing the concept of marine ecological civilization,the organizing committee hereby extends a sincere invitation to designers worldwide to engage in creative design projects centered on the conservation of marine mammals such as the Chinese White Dolphin,Spotted Seal,Bryde's Whale,and East Asian Finless Porpoise.
  I.Theme Content
  Designers from both domestic and international backgrounds are cordially invited to submit creative design works focused on the conservation of marine mammals such as the Chinese White Dolphin,Spotted Seal,Bryde's Whale,and East Asian Finless Porpoise.
  II.Presentation Forms of Works
  1.Short Videos and Animations
  Production of promotional videos and animations centered on the conservation of marine mammals such as the Chinese White Dolphin,Spotted Seal,Bryde's Whale,and East Asian Finless Porpoise.Works should be within 3 minutes in length,uniformly output in MP4 format,with an aspect ratio of 16:9 or vertical screen 9:16,a resolution no lower than 1920*1080,and a bitrate no lower than 4mbps.
  2.Poster Works
  Creation of public science posters centered on the conservation of marine mammals such as the Chinese White Dolphin,Spotted Seal,Bryde's Whale,and East Asian Finless Porpoise.
  3.AI Creation Works

  IV.Exhibition Solicitation Methods
  1.Specifically invite 150 university teachers/designers from China and 50 foreign designers.
  2.Openly solicit 50 entries from the public.
