  COMPETITION PREFACE
  毋庸置疑,技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)教育變革已經(jīng)成為一種歷史的必然。未來(lái)的學(xué)習(xí)空間將聯(lián)通線(xiàn)上線(xiàn)下,打破物理空間、數(shù)字空間和虛擬空間的邊界,直至徹底融合。以此為背景,為適應(yīng)新的教育方法和內(nèi)容,學(xué)習(xí)場(chǎng)景、學(xué)習(xí)空間和學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的重新設(shè)計(jì),已經(jīng)成為今天的教育者們必須要面對(duì)的日益重要的話(huà)題。
  There is no doubt that technology-driven educational reform has become a historical necessity.The future learning space will connect online and offline,breaking the boundaries of physical space,digital space and virtual space until they are completely integrated.Against this background,in order to adapt to new educational methods and content,the redesign of learning scenes,learning spaces and learning environments has become an increasingly important topic that educators today must face.
  “AEEDA亞洲教育環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)”以推動(dòng)和引領(lǐng)教育環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)新時(shí)代為使命,致力于校園環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。在本屆獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置上,組委會(huì)特別增設(shè)了”校園更新改造獎(jiǎng)“,以回應(yīng)生源數(shù)量下降、學(xué)科重大調(diào)整、智慧校園建設(shè)的大背景下校園空間更新課題。同時(shí),在本屆獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)申報(bào)和評(píng)審過(guò)程中,我們?nèi)詫y手行業(yè)專(zhuān)家、媒體舉辦多場(chǎng)特色活動(dòng),多舉措推動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)和申報(bào)項(xiàng)目的影響力與美譽(yù)度。
  The"AEEDA Asian Education Environment Design Award"is committed to the innovative development of campus environment design with the mission of promoting and leading the new era of educational environment design.In the setting of this award,the organizing committee specially added the"Campus Renewal Award"to respond to the topic of campus space renewal under the background of declining student numbers,major adjustments in disciplines,and the construction of smart campuses.At the same time,during the application and review process of this award,we will still work with industry experts and the media to hold a number of special events,and take multiple measures to promote the influence and reputation of the award and application projects.
  AEEDA亞洲教育環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)(Asia Educational Environment Design Awards)旨在表彰區(qū)域內(nèi)對(duì)教育環(huán)境改善、設(shè)施提升、學(xué)習(xí)空間創(chuàng)新具有影響力和推動(dòng)力的項(xiàng)目、團(tuán)體、企業(yè)及個(gè)人。通過(guò)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)程序和高質(zhì)量的評(píng)選標(biāo)準(zhǔn),發(fā)掘具有創(chuàng)新性及示范效應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目、杰出人物和企業(yè)以及高質(zhì)量的裝備與技術(shù),推動(dòng)教育設(shè)施不斷更新,以適應(yīng)未來(lái)教育與學(xué)習(xí)方式變革。
  The Asia Educational Environment Design Awards(AEEDA)aims to recognize projects,groups,companies and individuals that have influence and drive on the improvement of educational environments,facilities,and learning space innovations in the region.Through rigorous procedures and high-quality selection criteria,we will discover innovative and exemplary projects,outstanding designers and enterprises,as well as high-quality equipment and technologies,and promote the continuous updating of educational facilities to adapt to future changes in education and learning methods.
  亞洲教育環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)(AEEDA)共設(shè)置八大申報(bào)類(lèi)別,分別為:1.學(xué)前教育設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng);2.校園更新改造獎(jiǎng);3.校園建筑設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng);4.學(xué)習(xí)空間設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng);5.校園總體規(guī)劃獎(jiǎng);6.校園景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng);7.智慧校園裝備與科技獎(jiǎng);8.人物與企業(yè)獎(jiǎng);每個(gè)大類(lèi)又根據(jù)使用者年齡、建筑用途、空間功能設(shè)置若個(gè)子項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng).每個(gè)類(lèi)別設(shè)置金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)、優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)三個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)(企業(yè)和設(shè)計(jì)師除外),獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)數(shù)量根據(jù)申報(bào)總數(shù)按比例設(shè)置。
  The AEEDA Award has eight application categories,namely:1.Preschool Education Design Award;2.Campus Renewal Award;3.Campus Building Design Award;4.Learning Space Design Award;5.Campus Master Planning Award;6.Campus Landscape Environment Design Award;7.Smart Campus Equipment and Technology Award;8.People and Enterprise Award;Each category has several sub-awards according to the age of users,building use,and space function.Each category has three awards:Gold Award,Silver Award,and Excellence Award(except for enterprises and designers),and the number of awards is set in proportion to the total number of applications.
  亞洲教育環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)(AEEDA)評(píng)選分為申報(bào)、初評(píng)和終評(píng)三個(gè)階段。初評(píng)階段決定參選是否入圍,終評(píng)階段由國(guó)內(nèi)外知名專(zhuān)家組成的評(píng)審團(tuán),對(duì)入圍作品進(jìn)行評(píng)選,最終角逐出各個(gè)類(lèi)別的金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)。
  The AEEDA selection is divided into three stages:application,initial evaluation and final judging.In the initial evaluation stage,it is determined whether the applications are shortlisted.In the final judging stage,the jury will select gold winners and silver winners from the shortlist.
  托育設(shè)施、幼兒園與早教中心、小學(xué)、中學(xué)、高中、特殊專(zhuān)門(mén)學(xué)校、職業(yè)學(xué)校、學(xué)院與大學(xué)、社區(qū)學(xué)院。
  Eligible Education Facilities include Nursery facilities,Kindergarten&Childcare center,Primary School,Middle School,High School,Specialized School,Vocational School,University&College,Community College.
  ■說(shuō)明事項(xiàng):
  1.以上設(shè)施包括新建或加建,改造或適應(yīng)性再利用及修復(fù)項(xiàng)目,已完工的項(xiàng)目必須在2025年4月份之前的6年內(nèi)完成。
  2.在建或中標(biāo)但未開(kāi)工的項(xiàng)目,也可參與申報(bào)。獲獎(jiǎng)后,獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)將標(biāo)注“在建或方案階段”字樣。
  3.已獲得“2022-2023年度亞洲教育環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)”金、銀、優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)的申報(bào)項(xiàng)目,不能再次申報(bào)本屆獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。
  ■Notes:
  1.The above facilities include new construction,addition project,renovation,adaptive reuse,restoration project,and project-in-progress.All projects must have been completed within 6 years prior to April 2025.
  2.Projects that are under construction or have won the bid but have not started construction can also participate in the application.After winning the award,the award certificate will be marked with the words"under construction or in theScheme design stage".
  3.Projects that have won the gold,silver,or excellence award of the"2022-2023 Asian Education Environment Design Award"cannot apply for this award again.
  幼兒園、中小學(xué)校、職業(yè)及大學(xué)等教育機(jī)構(gòu),教育集團(tuán)及教育投資人,建筑、室內(nèi)、景觀等設(shè)計(jì)單位,發(fā)展商、設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)顧問(wèn)公司、教育空間產(chǎn)品與裝備企業(yè)、承建商。
  Educational institutions such as kindergartens,primary and secondary schools,vocational schools and universities,education groups and education investors,architectural,interior and landscape design units,developers,facility design consulting companies,educational space product and equipment companies,and contractors.
  “AEEDA亞洲教育環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)”評(píng)審團(tuán)由國(guó)內(nèi)外教育環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)家、老師、教育學(xué)者和專(zhuān)業(yè)媒體人士共同組成,能夠從多個(gè)維度對(duì)申報(bào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行客觀、公正的評(píng)價(jià)。
  The jury of the AEEDA is composed of domestic and foreign educational environment design experts,teachers,educational scholars and media professionals,and can make objective and fair evaluations of the application projects from multiple dimensions.
  1.支持未來(lái)學(xué)習(xí):設(shè)計(jì)支持塑造學(xué)生體驗(yàn)和加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)代教學(xué)實(shí)踐方式;Supporting future learning:the manner in which the design supports modern pedagogical practices that shape the student experience and enhance academic activities.
  2.成長(zhǎng)與福祉:空間設(shè)計(jì)及材料使用,有利于師生身心健康和促進(jìn)學(xué)生生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育;
  Growth and Wellness:The space design and the use of materials are conducive to the physical and mental health of teachers and students and promote the growth and development of students.
  3.革新性:通過(guò)使用創(chuàng)新的、動(dòng)態(tài)的和強(qiáng)化使用者的建筑或場(chǎng)地解決方案,完成的設(shè)計(jì)在很大程度上實(shí)現(xiàn)了項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)。
  Innovation:the extent in which the finished design fulfilled project goals by use of innovative,dynamic,and occupant enhancing building or site solutions.
  4.可持續(xù)性:項(xiàng)目如何達(dá)到現(xiàn)代能源和環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的期望?采用了哪些可持續(xù)建筑實(shí)踐?獲得了哪些綠色建筑認(rèn)證?設(shè)計(jì)是否支持與自然的聯(lián)系?
  Sustainability:How does the project live up to modern energy and environmental design expectations?What sustainable building practices did it employ?what green building certification did it receive?does the design support a connection to nature?
  5.室內(nèi)空間:室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)元素(顏色、紋理、藝術(shù)、燈光、聲學(xué))如何豐富建筑環(huán)境?并與使用者年齡、空間功能和建筑本身相適應(yīng)。室內(nèi)空間所具有得適應(yīng)性和靈活性,如何支持學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)和教學(xué)方式。
  Interiors:how interior design elements(color,texture,art,lighting,acoustics)enrich the built environment;are applicable to the user’s age and or space function and building.The adaptability and flexibility of the interior space,how to support learning activities and teaching methods.
  6.社區(qū)需求:設(shè)計(jì)如何展示靈活性和適應(yīng)性以滿(mǎn)足社區(qū)的需求。設(shè)計(jì)是否適合當(dāng)?shù)厝丝凇?chǎng)地位置以及解決與安全、公平、多樣性和包容性相關(guān)的問(wèn)題?
  Community needs:how does the design demonstrate flexibility and adaptation to meet the community’s needs.Is the design appropriate for the local population demographic,the site location,and addressing issues related to safety,equity,diversity,and inclusivity?
  7.校園景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)主要從整體規(guī)劃、場(chǎng)地設(shè)計(jì)、功能性、場(chǎng)所精神、生態(tài)性、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、可玩性等層面進(jìn)行評(píng)分;
  The campus landscape environment design award is mainly scored from the aspects of overall planning,site design,functionality,site spirit,ecology,sustainable development,and playability.
  8.智慧校園裝備與科技獎(jiǎng)的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括:助力學(xué)習(xí)效率提升,增進(jìn)教育空間靈活性與適應(yīng)性;改善教育環(huán)境質(zhì)量,提升設(shè)施安全與管理效率及防災(zāi)能力;
  The evaluation criteria for Smart Campus E&T Awards include:helping to improve learning efficiency,enhancing the flexibility and adaptability of educational spaces;improving the quality of the educational environment,improving facility safety and management efficiency,and disaster prevention capabilities.
  1.金獎(jiǎng)數(shù)量不高于入圍數(shù)量的20%,銀獎(jiǎng)不高于入圍數(shù)量35%。
  The number of gold awards shall not exceed 20%of the number of shortlisted entries;the number of silver awards shall not exceed 35%of the number of shortlisted entries.
  2.金獎(jiǎng)分值為80-90分,銀獎(jiǎng)分值為70-80分。每個(gè)項(xiàng)目去掉最高分值和最低分值后,取其平均分。
  The gold award is worth 80-90 points,and the silver award is worth 70-80 points.After removing the highest and lowest scores for each project,the average score is taken.
  3.學(xué)前教育設(shè)施因其在規(guī)模、尺度和使用人群方面與其他教育設(shè)施存在巨大差異,因此,所有申報(bào)“學(xué)前教育設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)”的項(xiàng)目將單獨(dú)進(jìn)行評(píng)審,不與其他教育設(shè)施橫向比較。
  Preschool education facilities are very different from other educational facilities in terms of scale,size and user groups.Therefore,all projects applying for the"Preschool Education Design Award"will be evaluated individually and will not be compared horizontally with other educational facilities.
  4.所有申報(bào)項(xiàng)目在評(píng)審過(guò)程中,均采用匿名的方式,項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)單位、主創(chuàng)團(tuán)隊(duì)名稱(chēng)均不在評(píng)審資料中體現(xiàn)。
  All application projects will be anonymous during the review process,and the names of the project design units and main creative teams will not be reflected in the review materials.
