  The definition of design has evolved from its essence to extensional meaning due to the current complex system,diverse history and culture in different areas.Universities have determined their updated concepts and exploring directions of teaching and practice of design specialty,and provided proper and comprehensive considerations and solutions in all respects of discipline development.The eighth CGDA Graphic Design Academy Award always adheres to the spirit of"pioneering,open and free"to spark the enthusiasm of teachers and students majoring in design for learning.The platform aims to facilitate universities to communicate and improve,observe the world from a global perspective,broaden the vision of design cognition,and make an all-round and multi-dimensional judgment and definition on the value of design.We spare no effort to find and support design talents to enable students to enter the society and market firmly and make progress from beginners to professionals,which may promote the seamless link of education with industries and sectors.

  參賽資格Entry Rules
  專業(yè)教師Professional Teachers
  參賽對象為全日制院校美術(shù)設(shè)計專業(yè)、成人教育院校、培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)任職教師和客座教授。參賽作品必須是近五年創(chuàng)作，即2020年之后創(chuàng)作的作品。
  Competitors are the teachers and visiting professor of full-time art design schools,adult education schools and training institutions.The works in competition must be those created in the latest five years,namely those created after 2020.
  學(xué)生Students
  參賽對象為全日制院校美術(shù)設(shè)計專業(yè)在校研究生、本科生、專升本、大專生和進修生，成人教育院校、高等教育自學(xué)考試學(xué)生和進修生。2024應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生均可參賽。
  Competitors are the graduates,undergraduates,the students upgrading from junior college to university,the students of junior college and advanced students in full-time art design schools and the students through self-taught examination and advanced students of adult education schools.The graduates of 2024 can participate in the competition.
  注：參賽作品可以是得到實際應(yīng)用的設(shè)計作品也可以是未得到實際應(yīng)用的練習(xí)作品。

  Gold award,silver award,bronze award,excellence award and finalist award are set respectively.Whole-scene award,excellent advisor award and excellent organization award are also set in Graphic Design Academy Award CGDA2024.The list of awarded works will be released in the official website www.cgda.hk.Certificate of award will be given to all award winners.Excellent awarded works will be shown at official website.

  本次比賽所有的參賽作品一律通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)郵箱提交，填寫并提交《作品登記表》，表格于頁面下方下載，郵件名稱格式為：參賽者姓名+類別，發(fā)送至cgdahk 163.com
  All entries of this competition will be submitted via E-mail.Registration Form of Works shall be completed and submitted,and the form can be downloaded from www.cgda.hk.The format of E-mail is:name of contestant+category.Send it to cgdahk 163.com.

  包裝設(shè)計：需提交5張以上包裝作品的電子檔（作品的效果圖或?qū)嵨镎掌桑?，要能體現(xiàn)包裝的整體、局部或組合效果。電子文檔要求：A4幅面，300dpi，RGB模式，存儲格式為JPEG。
  Package design:more than 5 packed works in electronic form shall be submitted for every work(design sketch of work or photo of material object).The global,local or combined effect of packages shall be shown.Requirement on electronic form of works:A4 size,300dpi,RGB mode,storage format JPEG.
  推廣用品及出版物：每件作品需提交5張以上作品的電子檔（作品的效果圖或?qū)嵨镎掌桑?，要能體現(xiàn)整體設(shè)計（包括出版物的封面、內(nèi)頁和局部等設(shè)計）。電子文檔要求：A4幅面，300dpi，RGB模式，存儲格式為JPEG。
  Popularization articles and publications:more than 5 packed works in electronic form shall be submitted for every work(design sketch of work or photo of material object).Integrated design(cover,inside pages and local design of publications are included)shall be shown.Requirement on electronic form of works:A4 size,300dpi,RGB mode,storage format JPEG.
  多媒體/交互設(shè)計：網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計、UI設(shè)計、APP設(shè)計、廣告影視、動畫短片、或交互實驗設(shè)計作品等表現(xiàn)形式不限（提交作品電子檔、作品應(yīng)用鏈接或動態(tài)視頻均可，動態(tài)演示視頻時長不超過5分鐘，視頻文件大小不超過100M，統(tǒng)一提交格式為mp4格式）
  Multimedia/interactive design:unlimited website design,UI design,APP design,advertisement and videos,short animations or interactive experimental design(electronic form of works,link of works or dynamic videos;duration of dynamic video shall not be longer than 5 minutes;the size of video shall not be larger than 100M;the uniform format submitted is mp4)
  注：參賽者可按個人（小組）意愿提交作品，數(shù)量不限，不保證每個類別均有獲獎作品產(chǎn)生。
  Note:All competitors submit their works at their（group）own will.Quantity is unlimited.Some types of work may be not awarded.
  時間安排Deadline
  即日起至2024年12月15日截稿，以組委會收到稿件的時間為準。
  2024年12月24日（圣誕平安夜），在CGDA官網(wǎng)及各媒體公布獲獎名單，同期頒發(fā)證書。
  he deadline is from now to December 15,2024 and will be subject to the time when the organizing committee receives the document.In December 24,2024（Christmas Eve）,the official website of CGDA and major media will announce the awards,and the certificate will be presented at the same period.
  參賽費用Entry Fee
  教師單件作品100元/件，系列作品120元/件
  學(xué)生單件作品60元/件，系列作品80元/件
  CGDA會員參加本屆賽事費用減半。
  Fee for final judgment:
  100 yuan shall be paid for each work of teacher;120 yuan shall be paid foreach series work.
  60 yuan shall be paid for each work of student;80 yuan shall be paid foreach series work.
  CGDA members willhave a 50%discount.
