在新時代的背景下，我們立足于義烏“國際開放樞紐區(qū)”，向全球規(guī)劃師、建筑師、設(shè)計師征集義烏“國際開放樞紐區(qū)”統(tǒng)合規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案，希望打造出展現(xiàn)義烏貿(mào)易、產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化、生態(tài)等多維“樞·融”的全新形象展示窗、共同描繪義烏城市新門戶的未來畫卷。
The Hub City glories in rolling hills and thriving commerce.
Yiwu City is encircled by lush green mountains,and located in the middle of Zhejiang Province,on the eastern edge of Jinqu Basin,east of Dongyang,south of Yongkang and Wuyi,west of Jindong and Lanxi,north of Zhuji and Pujiang.
Anciently known as Wushang,Yiwu derives its name from the touching legend of“Yanwu serve his father with the utmost filial piety.”Years have passed,witnessing social changes and urbanization and giving the city a unique civilization charm—culture advocates,revere martial arts,and excel in business.
Since the 1960s,Yiwu’s Small Commodity Market has quietly emerged.After dozens of years,it has developed into an international trade city with more than 6.4 million square meters of business area,over 75,000 stores,and an economic extroversion of 65%.Gathering merchants from all over the world,Yiwu is also known as the“World Capital of Small Commodities,”the interaction of international trade and commerce has shaped the city's multicultural character.
Commercial trade in Yiwu impacts the worldwide economy.As an important city in the coordinated development of the“G60 S&T Innovation Vally of Yangtze River Delta,”a national logistics hub and a vital node of the“Belt and Road,”the Yixinou China-Europe freight train departs here and transcontinental Eurasia,the Yiyongzhou sea lane connects the Asia-Pacific region.It demonstrates a simultaneous resonance between Yiwu’s commerce and the global economy.
In the new era,we stand from the Yiwu“International Open Hub Area”to invite planners,architects,and designers worldwide to collect unified planning and design.We hope to create a multidimensional,brand-new“Hub-Fusin”window showing Yiwu's trade,industry,culture,and ecology and jointly depict the future picture of Yiwu’s North Gateway.

Yiwu has taken the strategy of building the city by promoting business and taking small commodities as the communication medium.From“Chicken Feathers for Sugar”to“World Supermarket”,Yiwu has become an important global trade hub for six generations for decades.
Facing the profound changes in the global trade pattern and the transformation and upgrading of the domestic economy,Yiwu dares to take on the important responsibility and constantly explore new development paths.By docking with“YiYongZhou”in the east and integrating with“YiXinOu”in the west,Yiwu is gradually developing into an internationalized city with a special place.
Yiwu connects with the world with its open attitude,promotes regional development with the spirit of walking with the times,and devotes itself to upgrading the function and level of the internationalized hub and strengthening the clustering effect of global resources.By attracting international industries,embracing diversified cultures,and creating an international quality of life,Yiwu is gradually improving the city's comprehensive carrying capacity and global influence,deeply integrating into constructing“the Belt and Road Initiative”and realizing high-quality development.As an important support for the development of“the Belt and Road Initiative”,Yiwu's“International Open Hub Area”will also become the best carrier of its international image.
With the opportunity to expand Yiwu High-speed Railway Station and Yiwu Airport,Yiwu International Open Hub Zone will further enhance its capacity effect.In the future,it will also become the best image window of Yiwu towards the world.In this context,focusing on the multiple themes of‘coordinating the linkage of multiple port areas,shaping the new trade core,exploring the new quality of productivity,ecological high-performance land use,and creating an urban living room’,and relying on the Yiwu International Open Hub Area,the direction and path of future development of Yiwu from a new perspective and approach will be explored.Through regional integration and functional restructuring,and based on the solid foundation of the‘Small Commodity Capital of the World’,a new picture of future-oriented,multi-dimensional symbiosis,urban and rural wealth,and ecological vitality of urban development is outlined.
本次競賽針對3個不同的設(shè)計任務(wù)，劃定如下3個范圍：

東至G351（近在建蘇溪站），西至疏港快速路（近義烏西站），北至德勝巖景區(qū)，總面積約99.2平方公里。
2）概念性總體規(guī)劃范圍：
東至西城北路（近義東高速），南至西站大道（近義烏機場），北至德勝巖景區(qū)，總面積約46.7平方公里。
3）樞紐核心區(qū)城市設(shè)計范圍：
東至商城大道（近黃檗山景區(qū)），南至洪深路，西至機場路，北至滬昆高速、義東高速交界處，總面積約13.7平方公里。
