“傳承文化基因·數字紋創(chuàng)未來”是WZD2023紋藏國際紋樣設計大賽的主題。WZD紋藏國際紋樣設計大賽迄今為第四屆大賽。首屆WZD以“紋明”為主題，第2屆WZD以“紅色紋樣”為主題，第3屆WZD以“紋的宇宙”為主題，三屆各收到了數十個國家的參賽者投送的數千件紋樣及紋樣衍生作品，在國際國內評委團嚴格地評審中角逐出金、銀、銅全場大獎，佳作輩出。賽事和作品受到國內外社會和媒體的廣泛關注，取得了不菲的社會影響力，做到了讓中國紋樣“潮”起來和“走”出去。

About the'White Tower Cup'Cultural and Creative Competition Pattern Design Track 2023
The 2023'White Tower Cup'Cultural and Creative Competition is organized by the Xicheng District People's Government in Beijing,with the theme'Digital New Vitality,Creative New Momentum.'This edition of the competition leverages the regional cultural characteristics of Xicheng District,known as the'Source of the City,the Beginning of the Capital,and the End of the River,'and aims to implement the requirements for high-quality development of the cultural industry through digital empowerment at the national and district levels.The competition focuses on the concept of'One Axis,Three Transformations'as its main objective and organizing strategy,and it collaborates with the'WZD2023 International Pattern Design Competition'to conduct a targeted collection of patterns.
The competition seeks to inherit and promote outstanding traditional Chinese culture,interpreting the ancient history and cultural heritage of Beijing through patterns.It aims to explore the cultural essence of Xicheng District,establish the Xicheng pattern gene pool,and showcase the charm of Xicheng to the world through innovative creations during the competition.

北京古稱燕京、北平，北京條條道道的胡同中承載著多少代人的生活起居，宣武門外曾經聚集著的一群群士人平民們?yōu)楸本┝粝铝穗y以磨滅的記憶，過往與當下都造就了如今的北京風韻。
C.華之韻
泱泱中華大地上，有許多民族聚集于此，民族獨特的生活方式、娛樂活動打造了專屬于這個民族的文化，而這多彩豐富的民族文化最終凝聚于中華文化之中，形成了獨一無二的中華風韻。

From the ancient central axis of the Beijing to the vast Grand Canal spanning north,south,east,and west,these are the measures left by our ancestors,surveying China's 5,000 years of civilization and its vast 9.6 million square kilometers of territory,showcasing the majestic essence of a great nation.
B.Beijing Rhythm
Once known as Yanjing and Beiping,Beijing's hutongs have witnessed generations of daily life.The memories of intellectuals and common folks who once gathered outside Xuanwu Gate have left an indelible mark on the city.The fusion of history and modernity has shaped the charm of present-day Beijing.
C.China Rhythm
On the vast land of China,numerous ethnic groups gather here,each with its unique way of life and entertainment,creating distinct cultures.These colorful and diverse ethnic cultures eventually converge into Chinese culture,forming the unparalleled charm of China.

注：以上類別有交集的作品，可任選其一歸類。

Note:For works that fall into multiple categories,participants can choose one category for classification.

2.提交作品
登錄大賽鏈接（www.wenzang.cn），按步驟，提交投稿作品（PDF/ZIP格式）和投稿登記表（Word格式）、作品承諾與授權書（掃描件JPG）。

1.原創(chuàng)、合法
投稿作品須為作者原創(chuàng)，并為獨立著作權，不得侵犯第三方著作權、商標等相關權利。作品必須積極向上，不得詆毀他人、詆毀社會、詆毀國家、詆毀宗教信仰、破壞民族團結，必須符合相關法律規(guī)定；不可以使用AI人工智能生成作品提交。參賽者作品如有上述內容（或傾向嫌疑），取消參評資格，如因此產生不良社會后果，自行承擔法律責任，并賠償賽事相關損失。
2.本屆大賽一律采用在線交件方式

3.登入官網，點擊在線報名，依據提示完成參賽報名及作品附件提交。
（1）提交作品要求
登錄大賽鏈接（www.wenzang.cn），按要求，提交投稿作品（PDF/ZIP格式）和投稿登記表（Word格式）、作品承諾與授權書（掃描件JPG）。
（2）提交作品電子稿要求
投稿作品一律提交電子稿件，文件規(guī)格為：JPG，CMYK色彩模式，內置圖片精度不低于300dpi，JPG的尺寸為A3cm幅面。請在下載區(qū)下載作品模版。
（3）提交作品登記表要求
每位作者需以Word文檔的形式，填寫并提交投稿登記表一份。請在下載區(qū)下載參賽表格。
（4）提交承諾與授權書要求
每位作品需簽名作品承諾與授權書，機構作品請加蓋公章，并以JPG的高清掃描件形式提交。請在下載區(qū)下載承諾授權書。如無法上傳，可聯系客服溝通發(fā)送方式。
（5）作品命名要求
投稿作品的郵件、壓縮包名為：姓名+所在單位+主題+作品題目。如：張三北京大學B《荷塘月色》系列。
（6）數量
每位作者投稿作品不能超過3個單件，或3組系列。其中每組系列作品不超過8幅，大賽鼓勵投稿系列作品。每個參賽作品作者不超過3人。
（7）費用本次比賽均為免費。
（8）截止時間
大賽從即日開始。
投稿參賽的作品至2023年9月25日截稿，以組委會收到稿件的時間為準。
2023年11月-12月，在紋藏中國及各大專業(yè)媒體公布獲獎名單，同期頒發(fā)相關證書與禮品。
1.Originality and Legality
Submissions must be the original work of the author and have independent copyrights.They must not infringe on the copyrights,trademarks,or any other rights of third parties.The works must have a positive and constructive nature,without defaming others,society,the country,or religious beliefs.They must comply with relevant laws and regulations.AI-generated works are not allowed for submission.Participants who include such content(or show suspicious tendencies)will have their eligibility canceled.If any adverse social consequences arise as a result,the participant will bear legal responsibilities and compensate for any losses incurred by the event.

3.Submission Process
(1)Submission Requirements
Log in to the competition link(wenzang.cn)and follow the above requirements to submit the entry in PDF/ZIP format,the entry registration form(Word),and the work commitment and authorization form(scanned JPG).
(2)Requirements for submitting electronic manuscripts of works
All entries must be submitted as electronic copies in JPG format with CMYK color mode.The internal image resolution should be no lower than 300dpi,and the JPG size should be A3.Please download the work template from the download area.
(3)Requirements for submitting a work registration form
Each participant must fill out and submit the entry registration form as a Word document.Please download the entry form from the download area.
(4)Submission of commitment and authorization requirements
Each participant must sign the work commitment and authorization form,and for institutional works,it should be accompanied by an official seal.The form should be submitted in high-resolution scanned JPG format.Please download the commitment and authorization form from the download area.If unable to upload,participants may contact customer service to discuss alternative submission methods.
(5)Naming requirements for works
The email and compressed file of the submitted work should be named as follows:Name+Affiliated Institution+Theme+Work Title.For example,Zhang San,Peking University,Group B"Lotus Pond Moonlight Series."
(6)Quantity
Each participant can submit up to 3 individual pieces or 3 series.Each series should not exceed 8 pieces.The competition encourages the submission of series.Each participant can be the author of no more than 3 entries.
(7)Fee
Participation in this competition is free of charge.
(8)Deadline
The competition starts from today.Submissions must be made by September 25,2023.The submission time recorded by the organizing committee will be considered final.
In November to December 2023,the winning entries will be announced on Pattern Vault China and various major professional media outlets,and relevant certificates and gifts will be awarded during this period.
1.WZD賽道獎項設置
（1）全場大獎：金紋藏獎1名、銀紋藏獎1名、銅紋藏獎1名；
（2）特別獎：服飾及紡織品組別、文創(chuàng)組別、平面組別、數字藝術組別各設立特別獎；
（3）入圍獎：作品入圍獎（參賽作品的15%-20%）；
（4）人氣獎：通過線上公示投票選出最佳人氣獎25名；
（5）優(yōu)秀指導教師獎：凡組織15人以上的院校機構或指導教師具備評獎資格。
2.獎金與榮譽
（1）本屆大獎的獲獎作者將擇優(yōu)推薦在紋藏及各大專業(yè)媒體做專題訪談或專題報道，最大限度宣傳展示其設計成就。所有金、銀、銅紋藏大獎作品將入編“紋藏藝術紋樣庫”，并頒發(fā)《入庫資格證書》。參賽視為同意本條款，條款細則請瀏覽“作品承諾與授權書”。
（2）金、銀、銅紋藏獎及特別獎頒發(fā)紙質證書，入圍作品獎頒發(fā)電子版證書。
（3）獲得金、銀、銅紋藏獎及特別獎的作品直接推選參與“2023白塔杯文化創(chuàng)意大賽”大獎綜合評選?！?023白塔杯文化創(chuàng)意大賽”以賽道獎項+單項獎的形式進行評選，綜合評選一、二、三等獎和單項獎，大賽最高獎項獎金為5萬元。
（4）金紋藏獎獲獎作品可直接推薦“白塔杯文化創(chuàng)意大賽“單項獎評選，獲得單項獎證書與獎金。
（5）獲得優(yōu)秀指導教師獎的老師可獲得紙質證書及紋藏教學禮包，包含紋樣教學課件1份、《中國經典紋樣圖鑒》1本、紋藏紋樣視頻教學包1個。
（6）本屆大賽的所有獲獎作品享有2023“白塔杯”文化創(chuàng)意大賽服務包的使用權限。
1.WZD Award Categories
(1)Overall Awards:Gold Pattern Vault Award(1 winner),Silver Pattern Vault Award(1 winner),Bronze Pattern Vault Award(1 winner).
(2)Special Awards:Special awards will be set up for each category,including Fashion and Textiles,Cultural and Creative Products,Graphic Design,and Digital Art.
(3)Finalist Awards:Entries that make it to the finals will receive finalist awards(15%-20%of the submitted works).
(4)Popularity Award:The top 25 entries with the most online votes will receive the Popularity Award.
(5)Outstanding Guidance Teacher Award:Instructors or academic institutions organizing more than 15 participants are eligible for this award.
2.Prize Money and Honors
(1)The winners of this competition will be selectively featured in interviews or special reports on Pattern Vault and various major professional media,showcasing their design achievements to the maximum extent.All Gold,Silver,and Bronze Pattern Vault Award-winning works will be included in the"Pattern Vault Art Pattern Library"and receive a"Library Qualification Certificate."By participating in the competition,participants are deemed to agree to this provision.For detailed terms and conditions,please refer to the"Work Commitment and Authorization Form."
(2)Gold,Silver,Bronze,and Special Award winners will receive physical award certificates,while finalist awards will be presented as electronic certificates.
(3)Works that win Gold,Silver,Bronze,or Special Awards will be directly recommended for the"2023 White Pagoda Cup Cultural and Creative Competition"Grand Prize comprehensive evaluation.The"2023 White Pagoda Cup Cultural and Creative Competition"evaluates both track awards and individual awards.The top three prizes and individual awards will be evaluated together,with the highest prize being 50,000 RMB.
(4)Gold Pattern Vault Award-winning works can be directly nominated for individual awards in the"White Pagoda Cup Cultural and Creative Competition,"and receive certificates and cash prizes.
(5)Teachers who receive the Outstanding Guidance Teacher Award will receive a physical certificate and a Pattern Vault teaching package,including 1 set of pattern teaching courseware,1 book of"Chinese Classic Pattern Encyclopedia,"and 1 set of Pattern Vault pattern video teaching package.
(6)All award-winning works of this competition will have the right to use the 2023"White Tower Cup"Cultural and Creative Competition service package.

The 2023'White Tower Cup'Cultural and Creative Competition is organized by the Xicheng District People's Government in Beijing,with the theme'Digital New Vitality,Creative New Momentum.'This edition of the competition leverages the regional cultural characteristics of Xicheng District,known as the'Source of the City,the Beginning of the Capital,and the End of the River,'and aims to implement the requirements for high-quality development of the cultural industry through digital empowerment at the national and district levels.The competition focuses on the concept of'One Axis,Three Transformations'as its main objective and organizing strategy,and it collaborates with the'WZD2023 International Pattern Design Competition'to conduct a targeted collection of patterns.
The competition seeks to inherit and promote outstanding traditional Chinese culture,interpreting the ancient history and cultural heritage of Beijing through patterns.It aims to explore the cultural essence of Xicheng District,establish the Xicheng pattern gene pool,and showcase the charm of Xicheng to the world through innovative creations during the competition.

北京古稱燕京、北平，北京條條道道的胡同中承載著多少代人的生活起居，宣武門外曾經聚集著的一群群士人平民們?yōu)楸本┝粝铝穗y以磨滅的記憶，過往與當下都造就了如今的北京風韻。
C.華之韻
泱泱中華大地上，有許多民族聚集于此，民族獨特的生活方式、娛樂活動打造了專屬于這個民族的文化，而這多彩豐富的民族文化最終凝聚于中華文化之中，形成了獨一無二的中華風韻。

From the ancient central axis of the Beijing to the vast Grand Canal spanning north,south,east,and west,these are the measures left by our ancestors,surveying China's 5,000 years of civilization and its vast 9.6 million square kilometers of territory,showcasing the majestic essence of a great nation.
B.Beijing Rhythm
Once known as Yanjing and Beiping,Beijing's hutongs have witnessed generations of daily life.The memories of intellectuals and common folks who once gathered outside Xuanwu Gate have left an indelible mark on the city.The fusion of history and modernity has shaped the charm of present-day Beijing.
C.China Rhythm
On the vast land of China,numerous ethnic groups gather here,each with its unique way of life and entertainment,creating distinct cultures.These colorful and diverse ethnic cultures eventually converge into Chinese culture,forming the unparalleled charm of China.

1.原創(chuàng)、合法
投稿作品須為作者原創(chuàng)，并為獨立著作權，不得侵犯第三方著作權、商標等相關權利。作品必須積極向上，不得詆毀他人、詆毀社會、詆毀國家、詆毀宗教信仰、破壞民族團結，必須符合相關法律規(guī)定；不可以使用AI人工智能生成作品提交。參賽者作品如有上述內容（或傾向嫌疑），取消參評資格，如因此產生不良社會后果，自行承擔法律責任，并賠償賽事相關損失。

（1）提交作品要求
登錄大賽鏈接（www.wenzang.cn），按要求，提交投稿作品（PDF/ZIP格式）和投稿登記表（Word格式）、作品承諾與授權書（掃描件JPG）。
（2）提交作品電子稿要求
投稿作品一律提交電子稿件，文件規(guī)格為：JPG，CMYK色彩模式，內置圖片精度不低于300dpi，JPG的尺寸為A3cm幅面。請在下載區(qū)下載作品模版。
（3）提交作品登記表要求
每位作者需以Word文檔的形式，填寫并提交投稿登記表一份。請在下載區(qū)下載參賽表格。
（4）提交承諾與授權書要求
每位作品需簽名作品承諾與授權書，機構作品請加蓋公章，并以JPG的高清掃描件形式提交。請在下載區(qū)下載承諾授權書。如無法上傳，可聯系客服溝通發(fā)送方式。
（5）作品命名要求
投稿作品的郵件、壓縮包名為：姓名+所在單位+主題+作品題目。如：張三北京大學B《荷塘月色》系列。
（6）數量
每位作者投稿作品不能超過3個單件，或3組系列。其中每組系列作品不超過8幅，大賽鼓勵投稿系列作品。每個參賽作品作者不超過3人。
（7）費用本次比賽均為免費。
（8）截止時間
大賽從即日開始。
投稿參賽的作品至2023年9月25日截稿，以組委會收到稿件的時間為準。
2023年11月-12月，在紋藏中國及各大專業(yè)媒體公布獲獎名單，同期頒發(fā)相關證書與禮品。
1.Originality and Legality
Submissions must be the original work of the author and have independent copyrights.They must not infringe on the copyrights,trademarks,or any other rights of third parties.The works must have a positive and constructive nature,without defaming others,society,the country,or religious beliefs.They must comply with relevant laws and regulations.AI-generated works are not allowed for submission.Participants who include such content(or show suspicious tendencies)will have their eligibility canceled.If any adverse social consequences arise as a result,the participant will bear legal responsibilities and compensate for any losses incurred by the event.

(1)Submission Requirements
Log in to the competition link(wenzang.cn)and follow the above requirements to submit the entry in PDF/ZIP format,the entry registration form(Word),and the work commitment and authorization form(scanned JPG).
(2)Requirements for submitting electronic manuscripts of works
All entries must be submitted as electronic copies in JPG format with CMYK color mode.The internal image resolution should be no lower than 300dpi,and the JPG size should be A3.Please download the work template from the download area.
(3)Requirements for submitting a work registration form
Each participant must fill out and submit the entry registration form as a Word document.Please download the entry form from the download area.
(4)Submission of commitment and authorization requirements
Each participant must sign the work commitment and authorization form,and for institutional works,it should be accompanied by an official seal.The form should be submitted in high-resolution scanned JPG format.Please download the commitment and authorization form from the download area.If unable to upload,participants may contact customer service to discuss alternative submission methods.
(5)Naming requirements for works
The email and compressed file of the submitted work should be named as follows:Name+Affiliated Institution+Theme+Work Title.For example,Zhang San,Peking University,Group B"Lotus Pond Moonlight Series."
(6)Quantity
Each participant can submit up to 3 individual pieces or 3 series.Each series should not exceed 8 pieces.The competition encourages the submission of series.Each participant can be the author of no more than 3 entries.
(7)Fee
Participation in this competition is free of charge.
(8)Deadline
The competition starts from today.Submissions must be made by September 25,2023.The submission time recorded by the organizing committee will be considered final.
In November to December 2023,the winning entries will be announced on Pattern Vault China and various major professional media outlets,and relevant certificates and gifts will be awarded during this period.
1.WZD賽道獎項設置
（1）全場大獎：金紋藏獎1名、銀紋藏獎1名、銅紋藏獎1名；
（2）特別獎：服飾及紡織品組別、文創(chuàng)組別、平面組別、數字藝術組別各設立特別獎；
（3）入圍獎：作品入圍獎（參賽作品的15%-20%）；
（4）人氣獎：通過線上公示投票選出最佳人氣獎25名；
（5）優(yōu)秀指導教師獎：凡組織15人以上的院校機構或指導教師具備評獎資格。
2.獎金與榮譽
（1）本屆大獎的獲獎作者將擇優(yōu)推薦在紋藏及各大專業(yè)媒體做專題訪談或專題報道，最大限度宣傳展示其設計成就。所有金、銀、銅紋藏大獎作品將入編“紋藏藝術紋樣庫”，并頒發(fā)《入庫資格證書》。參賽視為同意本條款，條款細則請瀏覽“作品承諾與授權書”。
（2）金、銀、銅紋藏獎及特別獎頒發(fā)紙質證書，入圍作品獎頒發(fā)電子版證書。
（3）獲得金、銀、銅紋藏獎及特別獎的作品直接推選參與“2023白塔杯文化創(chuàng)意大賽”大獎綜合評選?！?023白塔杯文化創(chuàng)意大賽”以賽道獎項+單項獎的形式進行評選，綜合評選一、二、三等獎和單項獎，大賽最高獎項獎金為5萬元。
（4）金紋藏獎獲獎作品可直接推薦“白塔杯文化創(chuàng)意大賽“單項獎評選，獲得單項獎證書與獎金。
（5）獲得優(yōu)秀指導教師獎的老師可獲得紙質證書及紋藏教學禮包，包含紋樣教學課件1份、《中國經典紋樣圖鑒》1本、紋藏紋樣視頻教學包1個。
（6）本屆大賽的所有獲獎作品享有2023“白塔杯”文化創(chuàng)意大賽服務包的使用權限。
1.WZD Award Categories
(1)Overall Awards:Gold Pattern Vault Award(1 winner),Silver Pattern Vault Award(1 winner),Bronze Pattern Vault Award(1 winner).
(2)Special Awards:Special awards will be set up for each category,including Fashion and Textiles,Cultural and Creative Products,Graphic Design,and Digital Art.
(3)Finalist Awards:Entries that make it to the finals will receive finalist awards(15%-20%of the submitted works).
(4)Popularity Award:The top 25 entries with the most online votes will receive the Popularity Award.
(5)Outstanding Guidance Teacher Award:Instructors or academic institutions organizing more than 15 participants are eligible for this award.
2.Prize Money and Honors
(1)The winners of this competition will be selectively featured in interviews or special reports on Pattern Vault and various major professional media,showcasing their design achievements to the maximum extent.All Gold,Silver,and Bronze Pattern Vault Award-winning works will be included in the"Pattern Vault Art Pattern Library"and receive a"Library Qualification Certificate."By participating in the competition,participants are deemed to agree to this provision.For detailed terms and conditions,please refer to the"Work Commitment and Authorization Form."
(2)Gold,Silver,Bronze,and Special Award winners will receive physical award certificates,while finalist awards will be presented as electronic certificates.
(3)Works that win Gold,Silver,Bronze,or Special Awards will be directly recommended for the"2023 White Pagoda Cup Cultural and Creative Competition"Grand Prize comprehensive evaluation.The"2023 White Pagoda Cup Cultural and Creative Competition"evaluates both track awards and individual awards.The top three prizes and individual awards will be evaluated together,with the highest prize being 50,000 RMB.
(4)Gold Pattern Vault Award-winning works can be directly nominated for individual awards in the"White Pagoda Cup Cultural and Creative Competition,"and receive certificates and cash prizes.
(5)Teachers who receive the Outstanding Guidance Teacher Award will receive a physical certificate and a Pattern Vault teaching package,including 1 set of pattern teaching courseware,1 book of"Chinese Classic Pattern Encyclopedia,"and 1 set of Pattern Vault pattern video teaching package.
