  命題要求Design Theme
  在海淀區(qū)“挖掘文化科技融合新動力、構(gòu)建新型城市形態(tài)”，“推動高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、打造高品質(zhì)城市”的發(fā)展理念背景下，海淀區(qū)園林綠化局聯(lián)合北京林業(yè)大學(xué)對西北旺科創(chuàng)生態(tài)小鎮(zhèn)綠地規(guī)劃設(shè)計進(jìn)行方案征集。
  應(yīng)征者應(yīng)對西北旺科創(chuàng)生態(tài)小鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃綠地進(jìn)行研究，處理好項目用地與周邊自然環(huán)境、建設(shè)用地、河湖水系、市政交通等關(guān)系，對小鎮(zhèn)整體景觀風(fēng)貌進(jìn)行宏觀把控。
  應(yīng)征方案須明確項目用地總體定位，載明設(shè)計目標(biāo)與理念、功能定位、空間布局、慢行系統(tǒng)組織、綠化景觀特色、重點節(jié)點設(shè)置、文化與科技表達(dá)等內(nèi)容，最終實現(xiàn)以綠地為載體，串聯(lián)城市公共空間，激發(fā)城市活力，塑造城市形象，促進(jìn)環(huán)境友好的目的，并針對每個綠地單元，進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計。
  Under the background of the development concept of“excavating new power,constructing new forms”and“promoting high-quality development and building high-quality cities”in Haidian District,Beijing Haidian Gardening and Greening Bureau,together with Beijing Forestry University,will collect plans for Xibeiwang Technology Innovation Eco-Town Green Space System.
  The applicants should systematically study the green space of Xibeiwang Technology Innovation Eco-Town,and deal with the relationship between the site and the surrounding natural environment,construction land,rivers and lakes,municipal transportation,etc.,and control the overall landscape of the town.
  The application plan shall clarify the overall positioning of the site,and specify the design objectives and concepts,functional positioning,spatial layout,slow system organization,green landscape features,key node settings,cultural and scientific expressions,etc.Finally,with the green space as the carrier,realize the following purposes,that is,connecting of urban public spaces,stimulating urban vitality,shaping the image of the city,and promoting a friendly environment.Moreover,detailed design for each green space unit is required.

  1.報名對象
  Participant Qualification
  本次競賽面向全社會，以高校院所為主，國內(nèi)外設(shè)計機構(gòu)、組織團(tuán)體、個人等也可參賽。自由組隊，團(tuán)隊人數(shù)不超過5人，團(tuán)隊指導(dǎo)老師不超過3名，同時鼓勵跨學(xué)科進(jìn)行合作組隊，但每位參賽者或每組參賽團(tuán)隊只能提交一份作品，同一參賽姓名在報名名單上只能出現(xiàn)一次，違者將取消參賽資格。
  The competition is open to the whole society,mainly to colleges and universities.Domestic and foreign design institutions,organizations,individuals,etc.can also participate.Team entries is free in form,but are restricted to no more than 5 contributing team members.A team could have no more than 3 instructors.Interdisciplinary team is encouraged.Every entrant(whether individual or group)will only make one submission.One registration number refers to one submission,and the offender will be disqualified.
  2.報名方式
  Registrations
  參賽者須于2019年4月30日18：00前提交相關(guān)參賽報名信息（報名通道掃描文末二維碼），組委會將對參賽資格進(jìn)行審核。已提交報名信息的參賽者切勿重復(fù)報名。如若填寫錯誤，可重新提交。
  通過審核者會得到一個注冊號，注冊號由組委會于2019年5月6日18：00（北京時間）前通過電子郵件告知參賽者。5月7日之后不可更改報名信息。
  Participants are required to submit the relevant registration information(the QR code of the registration channel at the end of the article)before 18:00 on April 30,2019.The organizing committee will review the qualifications.Participants who have submitted registration information should not repeat the registration.If there is any error in your submission,you can resubmit.
