Project Overview

前海石公園作為前海公共空間中的一級(jí)綠地，是前海最重要的大型公共開(kāi)放空間之一。前海石公園要建成集休閑性、文化性、景觀性、藝術(shù)性、生態(tài)性等多功能一體化的城市開(kāi)放公園。

Qianhai Stone Park, as a first-class green space in the public area of Qianhai, is one of the most important public open spaces in Qianhai. Qianhai Stone Park will be built into an open urban park that integrates recreational, cultural, landscape, artistic, and ecological functions.

環(huán)前海灣4.3平方公里的公共開(kāi)放空間統(tǒng)稱(chēng)為“前海石公園”；其中2.4平方公里位于前海合作區(qū)內(nèi)，陸地面積約1.7平方公里，包含環(huán)灣濱?？臻g、雙界河水廊道公園、桂灣河水廊道公園、前灣河水廊道公園及月灣河水廊道公園。

The 4.3 square kilometers of public open space that surrounds Qianhai Bay is collectively referred as “Qianhai Stone Park”; of which 2.4 square kilometers is located in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, with a land area of approximately 1.7 square kilometers, including the coastal space around Qianhai bay, Shuangjie River Corridor Park, Guiwan River Corridor Park, Qianwan River Corridor Park and Yuewan River Corridor Park.

Work Scope

1）概念設(shè)計(jì)

Conceptual Design

設(shè)計(jì)范圍：總面積約2.4平方公里，其中陸地面積約1.7平方公里，水域面積約0.7平方公里。包含前海石公園濱海桂灣段、濱海前灣段、濱海媽灣段、雙界河水廊道公園、桂灣河水廊道公園、前灣河水廊道公園及月灣河水廊道公園。

Design scope: The total area is about 2.4 square kilometers, of which the land area is about 1.7 square kilometers and the water area is about 0.7 square kilometers, including Qianhai Stone Park Guiwan coastal section, Qianwan coastal section, Mawan coastal section, Shuangjie River Corridor Park, Guiwan River Corridor Park, Qianwan River Corridor Park and Yuewan River Corridor Park.

統(tǒng)籌設(shè)計(jì)范圍：總面積約4.3平方公里，除上述2.4平方公里以外，還包含寶安中心區(qū)、大鏟灣濱水區(qū)域，對(duì)環(huán)大鏟灣濱水公共開(kāi)放空間進(jìn)行一體化設(shè)計(jì)。

研究范圍：包括大鏟灣、寶安中心區(qū)、大小南山等周邊區(qū)域。

2）方案設(shè)計(jì)

Schematic Design

總面積約1.12平方公里，其中陸地面積約0.85平方公里，水域面積約0.27平方公里。包含前海石公園濱海桂灣段、濱海前灣段、濱海媽灣段、雙界河水廊道公園、月灣河水廊道公園北段。

The total area is about 1.12 square kilometers, of which the land area is about 0.85 square kilometers and the water area is about 0.27 square kilometers. Including Qianhai Stone Park Guiwan coastal section, Qianwan coastal section, Mawan coastal section, Shuangjie River Corridor Park, and the northern section of Yuewan River Corridor Park.

3）初步設(shè)計(jì)

Design Development

總面積約0.3平方公里，其中陸地面積約0.3平方公里。包含前海石公園濱海桂灣段、濱海前灣北段。

The total area is about 0.3 square kilometers, of which the land area is about 0.3 square kilometers. Including Qianhai Stone Park Guiwan coastal section, Qianwan coastal north section.

3  報(bào)名條件

Application Requirements

同時(shí)具備風(fēng)景園林工程設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)甲級(jí)，建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）甲級(jí)及以上設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)。

To be qualified for this tender, bidders are required to have both Landscape Engineering Specialty Qualification Class-A and Architecture Design and Construction Industry (Construction Engineering) Qualification Class-A or above.

或單獨(dú)具備工程設(shè)計(jì)綜合甲級(jí)資質(zhì)。

Or have Engineering Design Integrated Qualification Class-A.

4  招標(biāo)金額

Design Fee

本次招標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)暫定為人民幣5500萬(wàn)元。

The design fee is tentatively set at RMB 55 million.

5  報(bào)名時(shí)間

Registration Time

擬于12月中旬發(fā)布正式招標(biāo)公告，采用投標(biāo)報(bào)名方式（報(bào)名期5個(gè)工作日）。

The official announcement is expected to be released in mid-December and will adopt the bidding registration method (the registration period is 5 working days).
