CGDA2018 Graphic Design Academy Award，暨第二屆平面設計學院獎面向港澳臺、亞太地區(qū)、全球范圍的美術院校設計專業(yè)學生、應屆畢業(yè)生、專業(yè)教師。學院獎旨在推動各高等院校間的教學與學科建設、設計教育觀念的革新。作為廣大師生相互交流和提高的平臺，學院獎致力于以國際先進設計思維與理念，挖掘不同的教學優(yōu)勢與人才，探索平面設計專業(yè)教學改革與實踐成果。

The Second CGDA2018 Graphic Design Academy Award aims at the students, current year's graduates, professional teachers of the art colleges in Hong Kong, Mocao, Taiwan, Asian-Pacific region and even the global areas. It aims at pushing forward the teaching and discipline construction of institutions of higher learning and the reform of educational concept. As a platform of mutual exchange and improvement of teachers and students, Graphic Design Academy Award devotes itself to using international advanced design thought and concept, excavating different teaching superiorities and talent and exploring the teaching reform and practice achievement in the major of Graphic Design.

參賽資格 Entry Rules

專業(yè)教師 Professional teachers

參賽對象為全日制院校美術設計專業(yè)、成人教育院校、培訓機構任職教師。參賽作品必須是近五年創(chuàng)作，即2014年之后創(chuàng)作的作品。

Competitors are the teachers of full-time art design schools, adult education schools and training institutions. The works in competition must be those created in the latest five years, namely those created after 2014.

學生 Students

參賽對象為全日制院校美術設計專業(yè)在校研究生、本科生、專升本、大專生和進修生，成人教育院校、高等教育自學考試學生和進修生。2018應屆畢業(yè)生均可參賽。

Competitors are the graduates, undergraduates, the students upgrading from junior college to university, the students of junior college and advanced students in full-time art design schools and the students through self-taught examination and advanced students of adult education schools. The graduates of 2018 can participate in the competition。

注：參賽作品可以是得到實際應用的設計作品也可以是未得到實際應用的練習作品。
Note: The works in competition can be the designed works in practical application or the practice works which have not been practically applied.

分別設置金獎、銀獎、銅獎、優(yōu)秀獎及入圍獎，CGDA2018平面設計學院獎另設全場大獎，優(yōu)秀指導教師獎優(yōu)秀組織獎。獲獎名單將于評選完畢后在官網及各媒體門戶網站等揭曉，入圍獲獎者均頒發(fā)獲獎證書，優(yōu)秀獲獎作品將會在官網展示。

Gold award, silver award, bronze award, excellence award and finalist award are set respectively. Whole-scene award, excellent advisor award and excellent organization award are also set in CGDA2018 Graphic Design Academy Award. The list of awarded works will be released in the official website www.cgda.hk, www.cndesign.com and web portals of Arting365.Certificate of award will be given to all award winners. Excellent awarded works will be shown at official website.

作品提交 Work submitted

本次比賽所有的參賽作品一律通過網絡郵箱提交，填寫并提交《作品登記表》，表格可通過登錄www.cgda.hk下載，郵件名稱格式為：參賽者姓名+類別，發(fā)送至cgdahk@163.com

All entries of this competition will be submitted via E-mail.Registration Form of Works shall be completed and submitted, and the form can be downloaded from www.cgda.hk. The format of E-mail is:  name of contestant +category. Send it to cgdahk@163.com.

品牌形象/海報設計/字體設計/插圖設計/環(huán)境圖形：每件作品需提交作品的電子檔，電子文檔要求：A4幅面，300dpi，RGB模式，存儲格式為JPEG。

Brand image/poster design/font design/illustration design/environmental graphic: electronic form of every work shall be submitted,Requirement on electronic form of works: A4 size, 300dpi, RGB mode, storage format JPEG.

包裝設計：需提交5張以上包裝作品的電子檔（作品的效果圖或實物照片均可），要能體現(xiàn)包裝的整體、局部或組合效果。電子文檔要求：A4幅面，300dpi，RGB模式，存儲格式為JPEG。

Package design: more than 5 packed works in electronic form shall be submitted for every work (design sketch of work or photo of material object). The global, local or combined effect of packages shall be shown. Requirement on electronic form of works: A4 size, 300dpi, RGB mode, storage format JPEG.

推廣用品及出版物：每件作品需提交5張以上作品的電子檔（作品的效果圖或實物照片均可），要能體現(xiàn)整體設計（包括出版物的封面、內頁和局部等設計）。電子文檔要求：A4幅面，300dpi，RGB模式，存儲格式為JPEG。

Popularization articles and publications: more than 5 packed works in electronic form shall be submitted for every work (design sketch of work or photo of material object). Integrated design (cover, inside pages and local design of publications are included) shall be shown. Requirement on electronic form of works: A4 size, 300dpi, RGB mode, storage format JPEG.

多媒體/交互設計：網頁設計、UI設計、APP設計、廣告影視、動畫短片、或交互實驗設計作品等表現(xiàn)形式不限（提交作品電子檔、作品應用鏈接或動態(tài)視頻均可，動態(tài)演示視頻時長不超過3分鐘，視頻文件大小不超過30M，統(tǒng)一提交格式為mp4格式）

Multimedia/interactive design: unlimited website design, UI design, APP design, advertisement and videos, short animations or interactive experimental design (electronic form of works, link of works or dynamic videos; duration of dynamic video shall not be longer than 3 minutes; the size of video shall not be larger than 30M; the uniform format submitted is mp4)

注：參賽者可按個人（小組）意愿提交作品，數(shù)量不限，不保證每個類別均有獲獎作品產生。
Note: All competitors submit their works at their（group）own will. Quantity is unlimited. Some types of work may be not awarded.

截止時間 Deadline

即日起至2018年12月20日截稿，以組委會收到稿件的時間為準。
2018年12月24日（圣誕平安夜），在CGDA官網及各大媒體公布獲獎名單，同期頒發(fā)證書。

The deadline is from now to December 20, 2018 and will be subject to the time when the organizing committee receives the document.
In December 24, 2018（Christmas Eve）, the official website of CGDA and major media will announce the awards, and the certificate will be presented at the same period.

教師單件作品80元/件，系列作品120元/件

學生單件作品60元/件，系列作品100元/件

CGDA會員參加本屆賽事費用減半。

Fee for final judgment:
80 yuan shall be paid for each work of teacher ; 120 yuan shall be paid for each series work.
60 yuan shall be paid for each work of student ; 100 yuan shall be paid for each series work.

CGDA members will have a 50% discount.

As for any doubt for the rules, organizing committee of school award reserves the right of final interpretation. As for any unaccomplished matter relevant to the school award, organizing committee of school award will make further rules and offer interpretation. The organizing party is entitled for the rights of entries’ exhibition, publishing (including electronic publishing) and collection.
