Yanching institute of Technology,a university affiliated with Beifang international education group,has successfully hosted International Students Fashion Design Gala for ten times in succession,and created large-scale fashion design activities featuring fashion design,fashion make up,fashion photography,fashion micro video，fashion accessories,fashion pattern and other fields.A total of 432 schools submitted works in six categories of the 10th International Students Fashion Design Gala,including 97 foreign universities from 16 different countries,with a total of 4,122 participants and 7,978 entries.On the basis of the successful holding in the past,we specially plan to invite relevant professional colleges and universities from both domestic and abroad to participate in and hold the 11th International Students Fashion Design Gala of 2021,To build a display platform for fashion design students to display the learning results of college students at home and abroad,through professional large-scale activities and competitions to promote the cultivation of fashion talents.

Contestants of the Activity
國際、國內(nèi)（含港澳臺）從事時尚設(shè)計、藝術(shù)設(shè)計的在校碩士生、博士生、本科生、?？粕ê瑧?yīng)屆畢業(yè)生）。
International and domestic(including Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)students engaged in fashion design,art design,masters,doctoral students,undergraduates,college students(including fresh graduates).

參賽要求
1參賽作品整體風(fēng)格時尚現(xiàn)代，具有較強的創(chuàng)新性、藝術(shù)性、時尚性，不能涉及政治、色情、暴力、歧視性內(nèi)容，不得違反中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)的各項條款。
1.The overall style of the entries is modern,innovative,artistic and fashionable.The entries shall not involve politics,pornography,violence or discrimination and shall not violate the provisions of laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
2各項參賽作品具體要求如下/Specific requirements as below：
1、時尚圖案類：參賽作品至少1幅，要求圖案設(shè)計具有強烈創(chuàng)新性、主題性，主要應(yīng)用于紡織、印刷等領(lǐng)域，顏色設(shè)置為CMYK格式，分辨率不低于300dpi，以jpg或tif文件格式提交。
2、時裝設(shè)計類：提交作品分為創(chuàng)意設(shè)計作品與成衣商業(yè)設(shè)計作品兩類，參賽作品至少3套，要求三套主題一致，報名需提交電子版效果圖或時尚攝影片一張。
3、時尚化妝類：參賽作品至少1套，要求妝發(fā)設(shè)計時尚、新穎，服裝設(shè)計符合妝發(fā)設(shè)計主題，報名需提交電子版妝發(fā)攝影片與整體造型攝影片各一張。
4、時尚攝影類：參賽作品至少2張，以時尚攝影、創(chuàng)意攝影為主，作品以JPG格式提交，單張照片不低于1000萬像素，保留EXIF信息。
5、時尚微視頻：參賽作品至少1部，時長不超過10分鐘，題材可為劇情短片、記錄短片、動畫短片、形象宣傳片等，體現(xiàn)較強時代氣息，報名需提交上傳至騰訊視頻的鏈接。
6、時尚配飾類：配飾包括首飾、箱包、鞋帽三類，每位投稿者限投一類，參賽作品至少3件，要求三件作品為系列作品，報名需提交電子版或成品攝影片一張。
1、Fashion pattern category:At least one entry must be designed with strong innovation and theme.It is mainly used in textile,printing and other fields.The color is set to CMYK format,the resolution is not less than 300dpi,and submitted in jpg or tif file format.
2、Fashion design category：The submitted works are divided into two categories:creative design works and ready-to-wear commercial design works.At least three sets of entries must be submitted.The three sets are required to have the same theme.For registration,an electronic rendering or a fashion photo should be submitted.
3、Fashion make-up category:At least one set of entries is required,to be fashionable and innovative in makeup and hair design.for registration,an electronic version of the makeup and hair film and an overall design film should be submitted.
4、Fashion photography category:at least two entries,the theme is mainly fashion photography and creative photography.The entries shall be submitted in JPG format.The single photo shall not be less than 10 million pixels,and EXIF information shall be retained.
5、Fashion micro-videos:At least one entry,no longer than 10 minutes,the subject matter can be short story,documentary short,animation short,image promotional video,etc.,reflect a strong sense of the times,registration requires the video link that has been uploaded to Tencent video.
6、Fashion accessories:accessories include jewelry,luggage,shoes and hats.Each contributor is limited to one category.At least 3 entries must be submitted.Three entries are required to be a series.Registration must be submitted in electronic or one piece of finished photo.
3以上（1）、（2）、（3）、（4）、（6）5個類別的作品，獲獎之后會通知寄出實物作品，大賽組委會對于因獲獎郵寄到的服裝類、配飾類作品，參賽完后將寄回參賽者，視頻類、圖片類作品將不再寄回，請各自留底。
3.For the above five categories of works(1),(2),(3)(4)and(6),the organizing committee will inform the winners to send out their real works.The clothing and accessory works will be mailed to the winners after the competition,Video and picture works will not be sent back,the contestants should keep a copy.
4所有參賽作品建議為2019年7月1日之后作品，必須為原創(chuàng)，因抄襲和剽竊他人作品發(fā)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)或版權(quán)糾紛等由參賽者承擔(dān)法律后果。作品不得一稿多投，組委會對參賽作品圖片擁有印刷、出版、宣傳使用等權(quán)利。
4.All entries are suggested to be works after July 1,2019,all entries must be original works.Participants shall bear the legal consequences of plagiarism other people’s intellectual property or copyright disputes.One art piece is only allowed for one category.The organizing committee has the rights to print,publish,publicize and use the pictures of the entries.
5參賽選手請及時關(guān)注大賽官方所發(fā)出的比賽進(jìn)程消息，并保持手機暢通，以便工作人員對參賽信息的傳達(dá)和溝通。
5.Contestants please pay attention tto the information about the process of the competition issued by the competition authorities in time,and keep the mobile phone unblocked so that the staff can inform the participants about the information of the competition.

參賽選手將參賽作品高清照片、微視頻鏈接在大賽官網(wǎng)進(jìn)行作品線上報名，并按要求填寫相關(guān)信息，提交后等待后臺審核通過。投稿時間為2020年11月10日-2021年4月10日。
2021年4月中旬、5月上旬，為初評與終評階段，將按“網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票+專家評審”相結(jié)合的形式評出獲獎的作品。最終獲得金、銀、銅、優(yōu)秀獎的參賽選手需將作品（服裝實物、配飾、攝影圖片、視頻光盤）郵寄，郵出截至?xí)r間為2021年5月10日。

Participants will submit high-resolution photos and micro-video links of the entries on the competition's official website for online registration of works,fill in relevant information as required,and wait for background approval after submission.The submission period is from November 10,2020 to April 10,2021.
From Mid-April and early May 2021,the winning works will be slected in the form of"online voting+expert evaluation"during the initial and final evaluation stages.Winners of the gold,silver,bronze and honorary awards will be required to mail their works(clothing,accessories,photography,video CD).The deadline for sending out is May 10th,2021.

Yanching institute of Technology,a university affiliated with Beifang international education group,has successfully hosted International Students Fashion Design Gala for ten times in succession,and created large-scale fashion design activities featuring fashion design,fashion make up,fashion photography,fashion micro video，fashion accessories,fashion pattern and other fields.A total of 432 schools submitted works in six categories of the 10th International Students Fashion Design Gala,including 97 foreign universities from 16 different countries,with a total of 4,122 participants and 7,978 entries.On the basis of the successful holding in the past,we specially plan to invite relevant professional colleges and universities from both domestic and abroad to participate in and hold the 11th International Students Fashion Design Gala of 2021,To build a display platform for fashion design students to display the learning results of college students at home and abroad,through professional large-scale activities and competitions to promote the cultivation of fashion talents.

Contestants of the Activity
國際、國內(nèi)（含港澳臺）從事時尚設(shè)計、藝術(shù)設(shè)計的在校碩士生、博士生、本科生、?？粕ê瑧?yīng)屆畢業(yè)生）。
International and domestic(including Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)students engaged in fashion design,art design,masters,doctoral students,undergraduates,college students(including fresh graduates).

參賽要求
1參賽作品整體風(fēng)格時尚現(xiàn)代，具有較強的創(chuàng)新性、藝術(shù)性、時尚性，不能涉及政治、色情、暴力、歧視性內(nèi)容，不得違反中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)的各項條款。
1.The overall style of the entries is modern,innovative,artistic and fashionable.The entries shall not involve politics,pornography,violence or discrimination and shall not violate the provisions of laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
2各項參賽作品具體要求如下/Specific requirements as below：
1、時尚圖案類：參賽作品至少1幅，要求圖案設(shè)計具有強烈創(chuàng)新性、主題性，主要應(yīng)用于紡織、印刷等領(lǐng)域，顏色設(shè)置為CMYK格式，分辨率不低于300dpi，以jpg或tif文件格式提交。
2、時裝設(shè)計類：提交作品分為創(chuàng)意設(shè)計作品與成衣商業(yè)設(shè)計作品兩類，參賽作品至少3套，要求三套主題一致，報名需提交電子版效果圖或時尚攝影片一張。
3、時尚化妝類：參賽作品至少1套，要求妝發(fā)設(shè)計時尚、新穎，服裝設(shè)計符合妝發(fā)設(shè)計主題，報名需提交電子版妝發(fā)攝影片與整體造型攝影片各一張。
4、時尚攝影類：參賽作品至少2張，以時尚攝影、創(chuàng)意攝影為主，作品以JPG格式提交，單張照片不低于1000萬像素，保留EXIF信息。
5、時尚微視頻：參賽作品至少1部，時長不超過10分鐘，題材可為劇情短片、記錄短片、動畫短片、形象宣傳片等，體現(xiàn)較強時代氣息，報名需提交上傳至騰訊視頻的鏈接。
6、時尚配飾類：配飾包括首飾、箱包、鞋帽三類，每位投稿者限投一類，參賽作品至少3件，要求三件作品為系列作品，報名需提交電子版或成品攝影片一張。
1、Fashion pattern category:At least one entry must be designed with strong innovation and theme.It is mainly used in textile,printing and other fields.The color is set to CMYK format,the resolution is not less than 300dpi,and submitted in jpg or tif file format.
2、Fashion design category：The submitted works are divided into two categories:creative design works and ready-to-wear commercial design works.At least three sets of entries must be submitted.The three sets are required to have the same theme.For registration,an electronic rendering or a fashion photo should be submitted.
3、Fashion make-up category:At least one set of entries is required,to be fashionable and innovative in makeup and hair design.for registration,an electronic version of the makeup and hair film and an overall design film should be submitted.
4、Fashion photography category:at least two entries,the theme is mainly fashion photography and creative photography.The entries shall be submitted in JPG format.The single photo shall not be less than 10 million pixels,and EXIF information shall be retained.
5、Fashion micro-videos:At least one entry,no longer than 10 minutes,the subject matter can be short story,documentary short,animation short,image promotional video,etc.,reflect a strong sense of the times,registration requires the video link that has been uploaded to Tencent video.
6、Fashion accessories:accessories include jewelry,luggage,shoes and hats.Each contributor is limited to one category.At least 3 entries must be submitted.Three entries are required to be a series.Registration must be submitted in electronic or one piece of finished photo.
3以上（1）、（2）、（3）、（4）、（6）5個類別的作品，獲獎之后會通知寄出實物作品，大賽組委會對于因獲獎郵寄到的服裝類、配飾類作品，參賽完后將寄回參賽者，視頻類、圖片類作品將不再寄回，請各自留底。
3.For the above five categories of works(1),(2),(3)(4)and(6),the organizing committee will inform the winners to send out their real works.The clothing and accessory works will be mailed to the winners after the competition,Video and picture works will not be sent back,the contestants should keep a copy.
4所有參賽作品建議為2019年7月1日之后作品，必須為原創(chuàng)，因抄襲和剽竊他人作品發(fā)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)或版權(quán)糾紛等由參賽者承擔(dān)法律后果。作品不得一稿多投，組委會對參賽作品圖片擁有印刷、出版、宣傳使用等權(quán)利。
4.All entries are suggested to be works after July 1,2019,all entries must be original works.Participants shall bear the legal consequences of plagiarism other people’s intellectual property or copyright disputes.One art piece is only allowed for one category.The organizing committee has the rights to print,publish,publicize and use the pictures of the entries.
5參賽選手請及時關(guān)注大賽官方所發(fā)出的比賽進(jìn)程消息，并保持手機暢通，以便工作人員對參賽信息的傳達(dá)和溝通。
5.Contestants please pay attention tto the information about the process of the competition issued by the competition authorities in time,and keep the mobile phone unblocked so that the staff can inform the participants about the information of the competition.
報名及聯(lián)系方式
參賽選手將參賽作品高清照片、微視頻鏈接在大賽官網(wǎng)進(jìn)行作品線上報名，并按要求填寫相關(guān)信息，提交后等待后臺審核通過。投稿時間為2020年11月10日-2021年4月10日。
2021年4月中旬、5月上旬，為初評與終評階段，將按“網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票+專家評審”相結(jié)合的形式評出獲獎的作品。最終獲得金、銀、銅、優(yōu)秀獎的參賽選手需將作品（服裝實物、配飾、攝影圖片、視頻光盤）郵寄，郵出截至?xí)r間為2021年5月10日。

Participants will submit high-resolution photos and micro-video links of the entries on the competition's official website for online registration of works,fill in relevant information as required,and wait for background approval after submission.The submission period is from November 10,2020 to April 10,2021.
From Mid-April and early May 2021,the winning works will be slected in the form of"online voting+expert evaluation"during the initial and final evaluation stages.Winners of the gold,silver,bronze and honorary awards will be required to mail their works(clothing,accessories,photography,video CD).The deadline for sending out is May 10th,2021.
