 為助力深圳朝著建設(shè)中國特色社會主義先行示范區(qū)的方向前行，進一步加強軟城市文化建設(shè)，實現(xiàn)“環(huán)境優(yōu)先、生態(tài)立市、文化同行”的城市建設(shè)目標(biāo)，以“藝術(shù)介入”提升城市空間品質(zhì)，建設(shè)“高顏值”深圳，打造美麗中國城市典范，我們定于2020年10月～11月，舉行2020第四屆深圳“琵鷺杯”公共藝術(shù)精英賽的作品征集。

一、活動名稱：2020第四屆深圳“琵鷺杯”公共藝術(shù)精英賽 

二、活動主題：四十載·藝未來

以“藝術(shù)塑造城市”為切入點，獻禮深圳 40 周年。

“四十載”：旨在圍繞深圳獨特的DNA 文化精神，以公共藝術(shù)的方式彰顯深圳歷史底蘊和自然與人文交融的氣質(zhì)，為深圳市的文化品牌和公共藝術(shù)介入城市的美育儲備，研發(fā)具有前瞻性的創(chuàng)研成果。

“藝未來”：意在創(chuàng)造具有趣味性、創(chuàng)新性和未來感的公共空間，創(chuàng)造城市溫情和驚喜體驗，打造“城市人文景觀禮物”提升深圳市民的藝術(shù)福利。

三、征集形式

本次活動采用面向社會公開征集并入選64件公共藝術(shù)作品。凡認(rèn)同本次主題和宗旨，具有公共藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作能力的國內(nèi)外藝術(shù)家、設(shè)計師個人及團隊均可報名參加，不限國別、民族、年齡、性別。

四、作品要求

1．主題闡釋:作品以藝術(shù)獻禮深圳改革開放40周年，從藝見未來的視角洞悉明日城市豐富多彩的藝術(shù)生態(tài)。本次活動將展開對優(yōu)秀公共藝術(shù)作品創(chuàng)作的選拔，作品類別包括：

（1）公共藝術(shù)·公共雕塑

  （城市雕塑、景觀雕塑、工業(yè)雕塑及園林小品等）

（2）公共藝術(shù)·空間設(shè)計

  （室內(nèi)外空間設(shè)計、景觀藝術(shù)及地景藝術(shù)等）

（3）公共藝術(shù)·公共設(shè)施

  （藝術(shù)家具、花器、燈飾照明、導(dǎo)向設(shè)施、游樂設(shè)施、健身設(shè)施、環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)施等）

（4）公共藝術(shù)·交互藝術(shù)

  （交互投影、數(shù)字沙盤、增強/虛擬現(xiàn)實、動態(tài)影像、動力裝置及沉浸式空間藝術(shù)等）

2．參賽作品要求作者擁有作品全部的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，作品需具備原創(chuàng)性、藝術(shù)性、公共性、國際性、創(chuàng)新性和可實施性。

3．作品征稿一律采用網(wǎng)上報名的方式，參賽作者應(yīng)在北京時間11月15日24時前將填寫完整的《2020第四屆深圳“琵鷺杯”公共藝術(shù)精英賽報名登記表》以及報名作品的相關(guān)資料發(fā)至組委會指定郵箱diaosunet@163.com（文件命名：姓名+“琵鷺杯”活動報名）

4．參賽資料要求：

（1）每位作者提交至少1件作品的圖片，作品的圖片要與作品說明對應(yīng)，明確清晰；

（2）每件作品需提供至少三個拍攝角度（新媒體藝術(shù)作品需提供能清晰表達作品的視頻或其它文件）的資料供評委會評選；

（3）發(fā)送郵箱的所有電子版相關(guān)圖片解析度應(yīng)在300DPI以上。作品圖片為JPG格式，不應(yīng)標(biāo)注任何文字信息，圖片電子文件應(yīng)按作者姓名、作品名稱、規(guī)格、材料格式命名；

（4）新媒體藝術(shù)作品演示電子文件要求：視頻格式AVI、MOV、WMV，精度640DPI以上，演示文件為PPT、PDF格式，不應(yīng)標(biāo)注個人信息；

（5）《報名登記表》填寫不完整、報送材料逾期將不被受理。

5．參賽作品由評審委員會評選后，其結(jié)果由組委會負(fù)責(zé)通知入選作者，并在主辦方網(wǎng)站（雕塑在線www.diaosunet.com和深圳市新空間公共藝術(shù)研究院網(wǎng)站http://nspai.cn/）公布。

6．本次大展將評出“評委獎”及“提名獎”共計64件，其中：

（1）公共雕塑、空間設(shè)計、公共設(shè)施和交互藝術(shù)提名獎各10件，共計40件。

（2）公共雕塑、空間設(shè)計、公共設(shè)施和交互藝術(shù)評委獎各6件，共計24件；

7．本屆“琵鷺杯”將通過線上“云展覽”的形式展示獲獎作品，展覽時間與頒獎典禮時間同步網(wǎng)上展覽，線上展期2年。

五、活動與時間安排

1．作品征集時間：10月15日～11月15日

2．作品評選階段：11月16日～11月17日

3．評審結(jié)果公布：11月18日

六、關(guān)于獲獎作品

針對征募的作品方案評選出“提名獎”40件及“評委獎”24件，其中“提名獎”獲得者將獲得榮譽證書；“評委獎”獲得者將獲得獎金人民幣5000元（含稅）/件作品、獎杯及榮譽證書；

七、頒獎典禮

本屆深圳“琵鷺杯”公共藝術(shù)精英賽頒獎典禮暨公共藝術(shù)學(xué)術(shù)論壇將于12月19日13：30-18：00（具體時間以最后實施時間為準(zhǔn)）通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播的方式進行，獲獎作者不到現(xiàn)場，以視頻形式表達“獲獎感言”等，獎金、證書及獎杯以線上轉(zhuǎn)賬、郵寄的方式送達。

八、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)

1．應(yīng)征作品的著作權(quán)受中國法律保護，獲獎作品最終若被第三方選用，除署名權(quán)以外的一切知識產(chǎn)權(quán)歸組織方與作者共同擁有，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)費用另行商議。

2．主辦方對包括本規(guī)則在內(nèi)的本次征集活動的所有文件保留最終解釋權(quán)。任何與本次征集活動有關(guān)的未盡事宜，均由主辦方進一步制定相應(yīng)規(guī)定或進行解釋。

3．參展作品不得侵犯第三方的專利權(quán)、著作權(quán)、商標(biāo)權(quán)、名譽權(quán)或其他任何合法權(quán)益，若出現(xiàn)糾紛責(zé)任自負(fù)。

4．活動主辦單位有權(quán)對本次活動項目的獲獎作品匯編出版、發(fā)行以及進行公益宣傳的無償使用。

九、其他

1．具體事宜請留意雕塑雜志與深圳市新空間公共藝術(shù)研究院官方網(wǎng)站及公眾號。

2. 對入選本次活動的獲獎人才，主辦方會根據(jù)深圳龍崗人才政策優(yōu)先引進。

3．本次活動新聞發(fā)布權(quán)和對相關(guān)問題的解釋權(quán)歸主辦方。

Call for Artists: 2020 The 4th Shenzhen 'Spoonbill Cup' Public Art Competition

In order to boostShenzhen to stride toward to the pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics, strengthen the development of the Soft City, achieve the goal of“Environment priority,  Eco development, Culture everywhere“,improve urban space quality with “Art input”, construct“Good looking”Shenzhen, create the sample of beauty China, we had like to hold the entries of 2020 the 4th Shenzhen “Spoonbill Cup”Public Art Competition, from now till  November 2020.

·Event: 2020 the 4th Shenzhen Spoonbill Cup Public Art Competition

·Subject: Marks the 40th anniversary·Designs the futureInspire loving thoughts of the 40th anniversary of Shenzhen with ‘Designs the City with Art’.”Marks the 40th anniversary”-For forward-looking fruits of Shenzhen culture IP and ‘a(chǎn)rt input’education, we demonstrate Shenzhen history, nature and humanity by public art, depends upon its unique culture and legend.”Design the future” -This event aims to create the funny, innovative comtenparary public space, make urban warmth and unique experience and build the ‘urban humanity present’for higher quality of residential welfare.

·Entries:

The competition will select 64 artworks from submissions around the world, and is open to everyone who recognize the subject and theme of the event, and create the public arts as domestic and international artists, designers or artist teams. There is no limitation on nationality, ethnicity, age and gender.  

·Artwork Requirements:

1. The theme: The artworks couldbe themed to celebrate the 40^th anniversary of reform and opening-up of Shenzhen, as well as explore the artistic form of future cities. This event would select the outstanding artworks from proposals, the types of the design should:

(1) Public Art: Public Sculpture ( urban sculpture, architectural landscape, and gardening, etc );

(2) Public Art: Space design ( interior/outdoor design, architecture design, land art, etc) ;

(3) Public Art: Public facilities (artistic furniture, flowerpot, lights, signboards, facilities for playground/park, environmental protector design, etc);

(4)  Public Art: Interactive art ( interactive narrative, multimedia sand table, AR & VR, moving images, immersive experiences, etc).

2.  All participants must own the all copy right of their submission works, conveying the sense of creation, art, public, international, innovation, complement.

3. All applications must be submitted online by  23:59pm, 15th, November, 2020 (China time) to our official email diaosunet@163.com with a completed Application Form and relevant documents. The proposal file name must be formatted as the example below:

4. Proposal requirements:

(1) be no less than one, and the work concept should be clear, matching with the images;(2) be no less than three different views per work, the new media works be submitted in video clips or other documents which can demonstrate your qualifications;(3) include digital images, which the resolution is 300DPI or above in JPG format without text. The names of all the digital images should be formatted like the example below: name_work title_specifications_materials.jpg

(4) all the new media works shall be submitted in video file of AVI, MOV, WMV format (more than 640DPI per piece), or in presentation file of PPT, PDF format. No personal information in the file.

(5) any uncompleted Application Sheet or late submissions will not be accepted.

5. After the selection process, the Committee will contact selected artists and make public announcement on websites: Sculpture Online at www.diaosunet.com and Shenzhen New Space Public Art Institute http://nspai.cn/.

6. Totally 64pcs “Excellence Award” and “Nomination Award”will be selected, they are:(1) each 10pcs “Nomination Award” from public sculpture, space design, public facility and interactive art, the total is 40pcs; (2) each 6pcs “Excellence Award”from public sculpture, space design, public facility and interactive art, the total is 24pcs.

7.  We will demonstrate the winners’ artworks online, the exhibition date will the same with the ceremony date then. online exhibition is valid for two years.

·Timelines and Schedule:

1. Applications: 15th October – 15th November

2. Selection: 16th November – 17th November

3. Announcement of winning works: 18th November

·About the winning works:

We will select 24pcs of “Excellence Award”and 40pcs of “Nomination Award”from all submissions. The winners of “Excellence Award”will gain Money Award with 5000RMB (VAT inclusive) per piece, Certificates and Award Cups; the winners of “Nomination Award” will receive Certificates.·About the ceremony:We had like to hold the 4th Shenzhen “Spoonbill Cup”Public Art Competition and Public Art Forum in live-streaming from 13:30 till 18:00 on 19th Dec.2020 (on the basis of the actual date if the schedule and the actual event date are inconsistent ). In this ceremony, the winners will show us ‘Spoonbill cup Prize Acceptance Speech’by video, and we will send certificates and award cups express to winners specified  place, transfer offers to winners specified accounts.

·About the intellectual property:

1. Under the protection of Chinese law, the intellectual property of all “Excellence Award”/ “Nonimation Award”and real sculptures are co-owned by the organizers and the owner, except for the right of signature.The intellectual property fees shall be negotiated separately.

2. The organizers reserve the right of final interpretation for all documents related to the Call for Submissions and they are responsible for any guiding principles and interpretations of any unfinished tasks related to the event.

3. Participating artists must not breach the patent right, copyright, trademark right, reputation right, and other legal rights of the Third Party. Otherwise, participants will be legally responsible for any consequences.

4.The organizers have the right to compile, publish, and publicize the works at their own discretion for free.
